Fans are certain that Sabrina Carpenter wrote a Taylor Swift-level savage song about her ex Barry Keoghan.
The pop diva, 26, announced her new single – titled Manchild – on Tuesday evening via an Instagram post.
Highly anticipated by fans of Sabrina Carpenter and messy situationships alike, the song is set to drop on Thursday.
The singer shared a vintage-looking teaser video – in which she can be seen wearing daisy dukes, platform shoes, and a tied-up white shirt – hinting at the new song.
She captioned the post: 'This one's about you!!' along with details about the song's release.
Fans were quick to speculate that the new song is about Barry Keoghan, who Sabrina started dating in December 2023 before breaking up around a year later.
Rumours of infidelity and hard partying swirled around the Irish actor in the wake of the split, though nothing was ever confirmed.
One fan commented on the post: 'And we know who you are talking about diva'.
The official account for the dating app grindr wrote: 'We all thought of him didn't we'.
Another added: 'DRAG HIM BABE WE CAN'T WAIT.'
One fan chimed in: 'You better clock that Barry!'
The pair's much-discussed relationship included music videos, countless break-up rumours, and several social media interactions – and it seems fans are still getting new content even nearly a year later.
The pair broke the internet when Barry starred in Sabrina's music video for Please Please Please as the love interest, something she later used against him in an on-stage dig.
Performing in Barry's hometown of Dublin, Ireland, back in March, Sabrina spoke to the crowd at Dublin's 3Arena, saying that Irish boys are 'hard work,' drawing a knowing laugh from the crowd. More Trending
The dig came before the pop star launched into Please Please Please, which is also widely believed to have been written about her relationship with Barry.
One source previously claimed to The Sun that Sabrina and Barry broke up because she was 'fed up' with Barry's behaviour when drunk.
Later, unconfirmed rumours that Barry may have been unfaithful to Sabrina were rampant, with the actor going online in December 2024 to plead with disgruntled fans to stop 'showing up at his Granny's door.'
Now, it seems – much to the delight of fans – that the drama is still not over, and Sabrina will make sure she gets the last word.

Love Island casting comes under fire AGAIN after it's revealed star had TikTok account where he ‘secretly films women'

He insisted he's a good, normal guy after being quizzed by cops over a machete attack. VILLA BAD BOY Love Island casting comes under fire AGAIN after it's revealed star had TikTok account where he 'secretly films women' AXED Love Island hunk Kyle Ashman took part in 'misogynistic' videos with a pal where they secretly filmed women. The lad was struck from the dating show line-up earlier this week after it was revealed that he had been held and questioned by police over a machete attack at a wake. Advertisement 3 Kyle was axed from the show earlier this week Credit: Instagram Now it has been revealed that he had a joint TikTok and YouTube page with a friend called Fin Musker. Whilst the joint pages have been wiped of content, a source has told The Sun that the videos involved them 'picking up girls and filming them without knowledge'. The source added that the videos 'displayed misogynistic behaviour towards women'. Some content still online shows Fin and Kyle out on the town, kissing women and speaking to them in bars. Advertisement When approached about the videos, Kyle did not wish to comment. It raises further question marks about ITV's vetting process for its reality shows. Earlier this week Kyle was sent packing from Majorca after The Sun alerted show bosses that he had been arrested on suspicion of a machete attack and was only cleared by police last month - meaning he would've been in discussion with authorities whilst auditioning for Love Island. ITV chiefs sent him home from Majorca, plunging the show into chaos ahead of Monday's launch. Advertisement A source said: 'All of the online content had been cleared so may not have come up on surface level checks, but for this kind of show far deeper trawls should be in place. 'ITV has steered clear of OnlyFans stars in the past and Kyle's link to one - particularly taking part in joint content of a misogynistic nature - is surely not in keeping with Love Island being a family show.' Love Island's Kyle Ashman reveals he wants show return as Casa Amor hunk after being axed over machete attack on dad ITV declined to comment. Ashman, 23, was one of two quizzed over a brutal machete attack at a wake in Stafford in February but was released with no further action. Advertisement Sources said the channel was unaware of the incident and he was not flagged as part of contestant checks. The victim, 38, nearly lost his arm. He was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment and kept in for around two weeks. Another mourner was glassed, one struck with a metal pole, and two people run over by a car during the 15 minutes of terror at a social club. Ashman, who lives in the town, was one of two men to be nicked on suspicion of affray then bailed. Advertisement Police confirmed that after the matter had been investigated the pair were released with no further action only last month. Speaking after he was axed from the show, he said: "I'm not a bad guy, honestly. I'm a normal guy from a normal place. An opportunity arose to find love and I grabbed it with both hands, and it's been taken away from me. "I've seen the support pages and, who knows, maybe I'll get the chance to go on Casa Amor or as a bombshell, go back in and show you who I really am. Show you I'm not a bad guy. We'll see." 3 He was quizzed by cops over a machete attack that happened in February Credit: Instagram/@kyleashmantr Advertisement 3 He was released without charge and insists he's a normal guy Credit: Instagram

Groundbreaking WWE star hails TNA championship as 'best in all of wrestling'

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video WWE superstar Trick Williams has blasted fans for TNA Wrestling 'outsiders' over him. The 31-year-old star made history last month by becoming the first ever WWE-contracted wrestler to win the TNA Wrestling World Championship, which he'll defend tonight at Against All Odds. He'll be taking on Elijah, AKA Elias, after beating TNA's Mike Santana on NXT earlier this week, and Trick exclusively told Metro how he's embracing his hectic schedule and enjoying performing for a new crowd. 'Shoot, that's what I want, you know? I mean, I want to see many people as possible. I don't want to get stuck in just the Performance Center,' he admitted. 'I love the Performance Center. They've been great to me – but shoot, as we can see, they can turn on you any minute. I gave blood, sweat and tears for four years. 'Look at them now, they're cheering for Mike Santana, an outsider. Ain't been here, ain't got his feet wet! So, yeah, I want to go see other people. Orlando's been good to me, but shoot, they change… I'll change up too.' The two-time NXT Champion, who also has a run with the NXT North American Title to his name, also insisted he isn't simply carrying on the TNA World Championship legacy. The prestigious title has been held by the likes of Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, LA Knight, Nick Aldis and maybe more over the years, but Trick isn't looking at the past. 'I ain't continuing nothing. I'm starting my own legacy. I mean, you're right – Kurt Angle had the title, LA Knight had the title, Bubba Ray Dudley had the title. 'We can go all day, but the thing is, has it ever been a big of a deal as it is right now? I mean, the TNA Title is literally the best title to have in all of wrestling today.' On-screen, fans have seen Trick bring hip-hop into his wrestling persona, 'dropping diss tracks' on the likes of former champ Joe Hendry and Santana. 'I just moved into a house, and as I'm moving and packing, I found a journal that I had since sixth grade, of my raps that I was writing way back in the day,' he beamed. 'I'm really doing this on TV now, I'm dropping diss tracks on my opponents. Who would have known that skill, or that passion, something I love so long ago, was gonna be something that I use to humiliate my opponents?' His next challenger is superstar Elijah (AKA Elias), who has dealt with his rivals in a similar way across WWE and TNA. When it comes to actually getting in the ring, Trick isn't fazed. 'I've known him for a while. He's a strong guy. He's an athlete. He's wise beyond his years. He's swole, he done put on some weight, he looks good,' he said. 'Truth is, there's one Trick Williams. [Elijah] straps on his boots same way I strap on my boots. I'm ready to go to war.' Trick's been well-prepped for moments like this, under the tutelage of NXT boss and WWE icon Shawn Michaels. 'I've been working for him for four or five years now, and it's just cool to see our relationship actually grow,' he added. 'I get to sit down with him now, and the feeling of him actually trusting me to go out there and do what I'm supposed to do. [But] I don't know if I got all this trust yet.' Another key figure for Trick has been Booker T, another Hall of Famer who has been vocal behind the scenes – and the commentary desk. More Trending 'He's been a great mentor for me,' he said. 'He verbalises all the support every single week, that's just an extension of who he truly is and how he helps me behind the scenes.' Now, Trick is repaying that faith by representing WWE with TNA gold around his waist. 'TNA is a magical place,' he admitted. 'I'm able to spread my wings and be exactly who I always wanted to be. Even more so now you've put his gold on me, you really can't tell me nothing! My head is all the way through the building.' View More » Against All Odds airs tonight at 3am on TNA+.
