Former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey granted conditional bail
The alleged offences took place between 2021 and 2022, when he was an Arsenal player.
Partey stood with his arms behind his back in the dock at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, wearing a black zip-neck jumper.
His bail conditions include that he cannot contact any of the three women and must notify police of any permanent changes of address or international travel.
It comes amid reports that Partey is set to join Spanish club Villarreal.
As bail conditions were discussed in court, Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring said: 'I understand he's no longer employed in this country and playing in Spain now.'
Partey is due to appear at the Old Bailey on September 2.
He was charged four days after leaving Arsenal when his contract expired at the end of June.
The Metropolitan Police said it first received reports of an allegation of rape in February 2022.
Partey's lawyer Jenny Wiltshire previously said he 'denies all the charges against him', adding he welcomed 'the opportunity to finally clear his name'.

Police have arrested a British 16-year-old after he allegedly tried to sexually assault another British tourist at her hotel in southern Tenerife. 'The quick work of officers led to his rapid location and arrest, preventing the possibility of further attacks. 'The incident occurred at the door of one of the rooms of the hotel where the victim, aged 22, was approached by an individual who managed to sneak in behind her. 'She resisted, screaming to raise the alarm, and managed to prevent the attacker from closing the door behind him who reacted by fleeing the scene. 'The attack happened in busy, daylight hours in a busy part of the hotel. CCTV cameras enabled the officers to reconstruct the events of that day and follow the suspect's movements so they could locate and arrest him at a hotel pool nearby. 'He was a guest there and on holiday with his family. The youngster was handed over to a youth court judge. 'Given the severity of the allegations against him, he was remanded to a youth detention centre where he will remain in custody, without being afforded the possibility of leaving the island.' 'On the prowl' A police source said: 'Both the teenage boy and the woman are British. She was holidaying alone and he was with his family.' Another source added: 'The CCTV images police obtained showed this lad appeared to be on the prowl after entering a hotel he wasn't staying at. 'He didn't know the older woman. She was a complete stranger.' It is currently unclear which hotel the alleged attack took place at.

The French midfielder recently signed a two-year deal with AS Monaco, restarting his footballing journey after receiving a ban for failing a drug test. Now, Pogba is eager to put his recent troubles behind him as he launches 'Unbreakable', a luxury collection in collaboration with his wife and jewellery house Elke Berr. Speaking to Var-Matin, Zulay described the struggles her husband has been through as something that created an extremely strong bond between them. She said: "Paul's problems were public. It affected us as a couple. It affected our children. We have been through very tough times, but we have stayed united. This is what we wanted to communicate through the collection: you are not alone in facing difficulties, what matters is getting back up." He found success at Juventus before returning to Manchester United, winning multiple trophies at the highest level. However, in 2023, the midfielder was initially suspended from playing after failing a drug test, with DHEA found in his system while in his second stint in Turin. More failed results followed, and the Italian side mutually agreed to terminate his contract after Pogba was banned from playing for four years by the Italian Anti-Doping National Tribunal. This ban was later reduced to 18 months, and he was allowed back into the competitive foray by March of this year. It wasn't just the stress of Pogba's drug ban that brought the couple closer together, though. The French international saw his brother, Mathias, sentenced to three years in prison in 2024 - with two years suspended - for attempted extortion of the ex-United star. The former footballer had been accused, alongside five other men, of attempting to extort €13million (£10.7m) from Pogba, and was found guilty last year - despite protesting his innocence throughout. Now, the current Monaco midfielder is trying to put his past behind him and focus on the future with his wife and children, with the jewellery business a joint venture between the two. Discussing their struggles, Zulay said: "Unbreakable isn't just about Paul and me. "It's a shared story – that of a child with their mother or father, sisters, brothers, two best friends. These bonds help us not to be defeated by life's roller coaster. For us, Unbreakable is more than just a jewellery collection. It's a symbol." The collection offers many different styles of jewellery, from necklaces to rings and bracelets, and is available on the Elke Berr Joaillerie website. Pogba and his partner plan to open a showroom in Monaco next September in collaboration with Monte-Carlo Diamonds. The Bolivian model added: "What we went through was seen by many because it was public. But getting back up isn't just about returning to sport, it's about returning to life."
