Despite reportedly owning a private jet worth around Rs 8 crore, Rajinikanth opted for a regular economy ticket—once again cementing his reputation for remaining grounded even amidst superstardom. The actor was reportedly flying back to Chennai after completing a schedule for his much-anticipated action entertainer, Jailer 2.
Before catching his flight, Rajinikanth also made a spiritual visit to Kerala's historic 400-year-old Matheswaran Shiva Temple. Donning traditional attire, he was seen stepping out of his car and being welcomed warmly by temple authorities before proceeding inside to seek blessings—a testament to his deep-rooted spiritual side.

He also recalled that he once fell off the spiral staircase as he was trying to slide down the banister and hurt himself. Rana currently resides in a luxurious mansion in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad with his wife Miheeka.
