Chicago Bears Mount Rushmore: Seth Rollins builds his monument
WWE superstar Seth Rollins is a diehard Chicago Bears fan and is always one to share his thoughts on the team through social media. But he also knows the history of this franchise.
Rollins is currently planning for a marquee matchup at Wrestlemania 41 against fellow WWE superstars Roman Reigns and Chicago native CM Punk, but he took time out recently to co-host two days of "Good Morning Football."
Rollins was asked to build his Bears Mount Rushmore. And with so many legendary players in the team's storied history, Rollins had no shortage of options. But, in the end, he went with four of the most iconic figures not only for the Bears, but in NFL history, as well.

Papa Bear, George S. Halas was the first name on Rollins' list. Halas, who founded the franchise and the NFL, is the single most important figure in the history of the Bears. He's forever entrenched on Bears jerseys, across the organization, and there would be no legacy if it wasn't for Halas and the six championships he won during his time.
Walter Payton is arguably the greatest running back in NFL history, and the best running back in franchise history, and it's hard to imagine Chicago's history without him. Payton not only broke countless NFL records, but he played a key role in the Bears winning a Super Bowl championship in 1985, and his contributions off the field led to the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. A man who embodied what it meant to be a Chicago Bear, Payton set the standard for the entire franchise.
Another member of the legendary 1985 Super Bowl championship team, Mike Singletary was probably Rollins' most difficult pick given Chicago's long list of Hall of Fame linebackers. The Bears are known for their legendary middle linebacker play and, with Dick Butkus and Brian Urlacher also being candidates for this selection, Rollins went with a man who was an absolute staple for the Bears defense during his time.
At 38 years old, Rollins' era of Bears football was highlighted by the greatest return specialist in NFL history: Devin Hester. Holding an NFL return record with 20 touchdowns, Hester is also only one of 10 players to have a kickoff return for a touchdown in Super Bowl history. In his Bears career, he made Chicago football electrifying to watch week in and week out.

In the immediate aftermath of the Miami Dolphins' final regular season game of 2024, which resulted in the Florida-based franchise missing the playoffs, wide receiver Tyreek Hill made his stance on returning to the team as clear as can be. A move out of Miami has yet to materialize for Hill, who has not made any public statements about wanting to leave since January and attended the Dolphins' mandatory minicamp this week. Bleacher Report's Alex Kay believes that will not be the case by September, as he suggests the Dolphins' front office should field calls with that of the Arizona Cardinals. Kay predicts the Dolphins' return package will include two draft picks – a third- and fourth-rounder in 2026. The financial ramifications of the deal should be incentive enough for Miami to move Hill, Kay wrote. It would also free up nearly $15 million in immediate cap room," Kay wrote. "With the 'Phins sitting on just $14 million in available cap space — the sixth-lowest in the league — a breakup makes plenty of fiscal sense." Advertisement Kay likes the Cardinals as an ideal trade destination for Hill because it would provide them with a one-two punch at a position the team has not pursued aggressively in the draft or trade market so far this offseason. "The team is on the rise under head coach Jonathan Gannon, going from 4-13 in his first season to 8-9 last year. The receiving corps still needs a jolt, however, as Arizona avoided making any major splashes in free agency or the draft at the position," Kay wrote. "While the Cardinals have a foundational pass-catcher in Marvin Harrison Jr. to build around for the long haul, adding Hill would give quarterback Kyler Murray the weapons he needs to contend in wide-open NFC West races this coming year and over the next few seasons." Hill, who was named to the NFL's 2010s All-Decade Team, has put together a laundry list of accomplishments since his rookie season in 2016. He is a Super Bowl champion, a five-time First-Team All-Pro, and an eight-time Pro Bowler. Report: Injured Talent Backstage At WWE SmackDown
Is an injured talent ready to make their comeback later tonight on WWE SmackDown? Former NXT Superstar Kiana James was called up to RAW during the 2024 WWE Draft. However, she hasn't been seen since losing a triple threat match to IYO SKY and Zelina Vega on the June 17 episode of RAW.
