The representatives of Shreeja and Mother Dairy met the chief minister at his new residence in Kuppam on Monday and held a detailed discussion about their expansion plans. After the meeting, the CM posted the outcome of the meeting on his X handle.
'Met the representatives of Shreeja Milk Producers Organisation and Mother Dairy at Kuppam. We discussed their transformative investment plans to achieve zero poverty, which aligns with our vision for Swarna Andhra,' Naidu stated.
'In line with this vision, the companies have been allotted land to establish their industrial units at Kuppam. Shreeja Milk Producers Organisation will set up a dairy and an animal feed processing unit, and Mother Dairy will set up a fruit pulp processing unit. Together, the two companies will generate employment for 8,000 persons,' the CM asserted.

Asserting that both Shreeja Milk Producers Organisation and Mother Dairy will ground their projects within the next 18 months, Naidu underlined that these investments are part of a broader agreement previously signed with the Kuppam Area Development Authority (KADA) to support inclusive development in the region.

Chandrababu Naidu Champions Recycling and Green Initiatives on World Environment Day
In a significant move to enhance environmental sustainability, Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has directed top officials to formulate a special policy on recycling. This announcement came during a sapling planting event held on June 5th, in Ananthavaram village, as part of World Environment Day celebrations. The Chief Minister, alongside Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, actively participated in the initiative by planting saplings in the Amaravati region. During the event, CM Naidu emphasised the importance of inter-departmental coordination to effectively implement recycling efforts. He also highlighted the need to consider suggestions from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to enhance the green cover in Amaravati, instructing officials to focus on developing Miyawaki gardens—a dense planting method inspired by practices in Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and the United States. The Chief Minister has mandated that a comprehensive report on the recycling policy be submitted every 15 days, in collaboration with the Panchayati Raj, Urban Development, Pollution Control Board, and other relevant departments. Additionally, he called for the establishment of exhibitions on recycling across three areas, along with awareness campaigns for college students utilizing mobile units. At the event, CM Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan explored stalls set up by the Pollution Control Board that highlighted various aspects of environmental protection. The occasion was also attended by Minister Narayana and several other ministers and senior officials. In line with these green initiatives, the coalition government is dedicated to developing the Amaravati capital to international standards, aiming for 30 percent of the area to be designated as blue and green spaces. The administration is taking proactive measures to ensure future temperatures are maintained at least 2 to 3 degrees lower, drawing on successful plantation strategies from countries like Singapore and Japan.

People's revolution ended tyrannical rule: Andhra CM Naidu
VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu commemorated the first anniversary of the TDP-led NDA government's landmark victory on June 4, 2024, describing it as a historic day in the State's political landscape. In a heartfelt message shared on X, Naidu hailed the triumph as a 'people's revolution' that ended what he termed 'tyrannical and psycho-governance', ushering in an era of freedom, peace, and democratic restoration for the State's citizens. The coalition, comprising the TDP, JSP and BJP, achieved a resounding victory in the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections. Naidu credited the success to the relentless efforts of TDP's 'yellow soldiers', JSP's activists, and the support of BJP workers, whom he collectively referred to as 'Kamal Nathas'. The coalition's win, he noted, was a mandate to rebuild the State that had suffered under what he described as 'governmental terrorism'. Reflecting on the past year, Naidu emphasised his government's commitment to fulfilling the people's aspirations. 'We have taken the mandate as a responsibility to reconstruct Andhra Pradesh,' he said, highlighting efforts to streamline governance, prioritise welfare initiatives, and accelerate development.

TDP completes 1 year in power, YSRCP marks ‘Betrayal Day'
As the Telugu Desam Party-led coalition government in Andhra Pradesh completed its one year in office on Wednesday, the opposition YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) termed the day as 'Betrayal Day'. While the YSRCP observed 'Betrayal Day' by organising protests in different parts of the state, the TDP and its alliance partners – JanaSena Party (JSP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) — celebrated it as the 'End of Psycho Regime Day' by cutting cakes and distributing sweets in their respective party offices. YSRCP state coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy told reporters that 'Betrayal Day' was a grand success, despite restrictions on taking out processions without permission and raising provocative slogans against the government, being imposed on the party workers as it reflected the ire of the people who felt cheated as none of the poll promises were implemented by the coalition government. 'The people are feeling cheated as the Chandrababu Naidu government has stopped existing welfare schemes and failed to roll out the schemes he had promised before the elections,' Reddy said. He said that Wednesday's protest was only a mild reminder and the swell of support for the YSRCP in the coming days would spell the TDP's doom. 'Health, medical and agriculture sectors are being neglected by the coalition government. Naidu has downsized the number of beneficiaries of various existing schemes drastically,' he added. Meanwhile, chief minister Chandrababu Naidu commemorated the first anniversary of his regime's accession on the social media platform X. He wrote, 'The day when dictators were swept away by the people's revolution.. The day the people drove away the madness that had been unleashed in the name of power... The end of the psycho day every citizen enjoys freedom and peace... The day when democracy was restored in the state by voting like a movement.' 'We are working every day considering the power given by the people a year ago as the responsibility of rebuilding the state,' he added. 'On the occasion of the completion of a year of the unilateral verdict given to change the direction of the state, I bow my head to the people and remember the victory of that time. We promise to undertake many more development and welfare programmes in the next 4 years,' he further said. 'The people's aspirations won a resounding victory over the anarchic and factional rule. This victory is the victory of five crore people,' Naidu's son and state IT minister Nara Lokesh said. He said that the people's verdict further increased the responsibility of our alliance. 'With Naidu's experience in governance and Prime Minister Narendra Modi 's abundant blessings, the reconstruction of Andhra Pradesh has begun,' he asserted. JSP president and deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan said that exactly a year ago, people of Andhra Pradesh pulled down five years of anarchic rule and feudal autocracy with the power of their vote, and heralded a new chapter in the protection of democracy. 'Under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is guiding the nation along the path of development, and the seasoned political experience of chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, who has stood resilient through decades of political turbulence, and with the enduring resolve of JanaSainiks, the people stood by us and delivered this historic victory,' he said. Senior BJP leader and state health minister Y Satya Kumar also recalled the glorious victory the coalition had achieved in the assembly elections on this day last year. 'The coalition is here to stay for many more decades,' he said.
