'Meghan's twerking pregnancy video speaks volumes about next unprecedented move'
Meghan Markle left royal fans shocked by sharing a video of her and Prince Harry dancing in a hospital room in a bid to bring on labour while pregnant with Princess Lilibet - and one royal expert says it's a glimpse into what to expect from the couple in the future
Meghan Markle sharing a video of herself twerking while pregnant alongside a dancing Prince Harry has proved "nothing is out of bounds", according to a royal expert.
The Duchess of Sussex sent shockwaves around the world when she shared footage taken in a hospital room as she tried to bring on labour while pregnant with Princess Lilibet. The candid Instagram video, which runs for more than a minute, also features Harry, who is seen dancing in and out of the frame.
He is beckoned in by Meghan as the pair dance together, with the duke appearing at the end, with the hood of his grey hoodie up as he continues his robotic dance moves. Meghan is wearing a black maternity dress and cradles her large bump as she dances, as well as lifting her skirt above her knees, raising her hands in the air and wiggling low with her hands on her hips and legs.
The video came as the pair marked the fourth birthday of their daughter Lilibet with Meghan explaining: "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work – there was only one thing left to do!"
And according to royal historian Dr Tessa Dunlop, the video was something people would once never have expected from a royal. She told the Mirror: "Let's not pretend otherwise, that Baby Momma dance was Instagram magic. The twerking, the baby brain, the Harry cameo, you could not make it up.
"Full marks to Meghan for constantly surprising, and out-manoeuvring, the naysayers. The vibe, the love, the crazy overdue drama, and the sheer audacity. The haters were horrified.
"How dare she so publicly demean the royal brand. Does the Duchess not know who Harry is? Fifth in line to the throne. No matter. Meghan is all woman and to hell with what the rest of the world thinks. This was leadership of a very different kind.
"It is a pity that while the Duchess working on her rhythm at university in Illinois, Harry was languishing at Eton College where lessons were of a very different kind. His wooden moves were a reminder of the stiff royal world he has left behind. The poor Prince was caught in limbo, somewhere between his full-on Californian earthmother and a former life riddled with institutions."
The video came hours after Meghan posted never-before-seen intimate family photos of 'Daddy's little girl and favourite adventurer' Lili. Meghan shared a black-and-white snap of herself cuddling the princess, who was sat on her lap, with the pair both sporting windswept hair, seemingly on a boat.
Another image showed Meghan tenderly cradling newborn Lili as she enjoyed skin-to-skin time with the new addition to her family in 2021. And Tessa added: "Fortunately his celebrity duchess has her hand on the tiler. Nothing is out of bounds as long as she controls the clicks. Oversharing is Meghan's Unique Selling Point. Surely it will only be a matter of time before we get a proper peek at Lilibet and Archie.
"Yesterday we got a little hand here, a wisp of hair there. Perhaps the only thing stopping full four-year-old facials is the moral high ground. Clicks versus morals has always been a difficult circle to square.
"As the Sussexes are fast discovering, lots of exposure can be very profitable, but the million dollar question is where to draw the line? Expectations are high for Meghan's next great Instagram hit..."
Tessa Dunlop is the author of the moving book, Lest We Forget, War and Peace in 100 British Monuments.

Bobby Brazier's desperation over brother Freddy's latest move
As Freddy Brazier's reported feud with his dad Jeff is thought to be rumbling on, a source has revealed what his older brother, EastEnders star Bobby, thinks of the family divide. The alleged feud between Freddy Brazier and his dad Jeff has left Freddy's older brother, EastEnders star Bobby, sad and praying for his family to be reunited, a source has told Mirror. The brothers – the sons of late TV personality Jade Goody – previously enjoyed a tight-knit relationship with each other and their TV presenter father, but in recent weeks 20-year-old Freddy has reportedly been living with his maternal grandmother, Jackiey Budden. The aspiring model was allegedly seen 'smoking a joint' with Jackiey, 68, who has a history of drug abuse. 'Bobby wants the family to be reunited, he hates the divide. Bobby and Freddy both love their grandmother very much, she's Jade's mum and a connection they have to her – it's all the more poignant and sad given that it was their mum's birthday on 5 June,' claims the source. The source continues, 'But Jeff is livid over the whole thing. He feels that he has brought the kids up single-handedly and Jackiey is a bad influence. Drugs are not something Jeff wants the boys around and he's not happy with the whole situation.' Pictures of Jackiey and Freddy together surfaced just days before what would have been Jade's 44th birthday. Jade, who was a contestant on Big Brother in 2002, tragically passed away seven years later, aged 27, following a battle with cervical cancer. She was in a relationship with Jeff for two years up until their 2004 split, with Jeff going on to raise their two children following her death. However, Jeff has had a long-standing feud with Jade's mum. Previously he said that during his sons' childhoods, Jackiey would spoil them with 'unsuitable' gifts, claiming she once bought Freddy a hamster without checking with him, and supplied the boys with mobile phones during a visit. 'I just wish we could work together a little better,' he said in 2012. However, the relationship later broke down completely and Jackiey didn't see her grandsons for a period of time, before regular visits began again. 'As she settled in herself, the boys kept a lot of contact with her and at the moment she's very helpful and very prominent in their lives,' said Jeff in 2014. Things have once again turned sour between the pair, however, with Jackiey claiming in 2023 that she'd had to buy her own ticket for the National Television Awards where Bobby was being honoured with the Rising Star award. Asked about her thoughts on Jeff by reporters, Jackiey bluntly retorted, 'He's a c**t.' She added, 'He has been one for f**king nine years.' Now, more than a decade after Jade's tragic death, the source claims a family feud is the last thing she would have wanted. 'Jade wouldn't have wanted a divide within the family, it's the last thing she saw for them. This time of year is already difficult enough without any extra drama. The boys always remember Jade together and it's not nice doing it with drama over their heads.' In what appeared to be another snub to the family, Freddy is thought to have skipped his older brother's 22nd birthday last week. As the actor marked the milestone with loved ones including dad Jeff, 46, and stepmum Kate, his sibling was noticeably absent. However, Freddy did acknowledge Bobby's birthday on Instagram. And last Friday, days after he was spotted smoking what appeared to be a joint with Jackiey, Freddy revealed he was checking into rehab. He wrote in his Instagram Stories that he was going to be 'cutting down' as he headed to a rehab centre in Marbella. 'I've been smoking from the age of 12 and it's time to stop,' he wrote. 'It was a bad coping mechanism that turned into an addiction – something I relied on and something that made me feel sane and somewhat OK.' Continuing that he had found a rehab centre where he could heal, Freddy added, 'I want to be clean so I can live life happily and have healthy relationships with people and be there for all of my family rather than feeling like I'm in the middle and have to choose a side. I haven't been able to feel love properly as I have never loved myself and it starts now. I want to play football and take up boxing. I want to be happy and be in a healthy relationship and have a healthy relationship with my Nana and my father.' READ MORE: Susanna Reid stuns in colourful summer dress from Boden that's now 30% off Explaining that Bobby and Freddy remain close, but are struggling with the family dynamic, the source claims, 'It's difficult for Bobby and for Freddy as brothers, especially considering Bobby's success in recent years with Strictly and EastEnders – Freddy feels like he's fallen into the background. 'It's a case of him rebelling against it all. But they are really close as siblings and Bobby wants more than anything for his brother to come home and for the family to be back together again. He hates seeing his dad so anxious.' While Bobby has carved out a successful TV career, Freddy's profile is also on the rise. He describes himself as a 'model and TV personality' and appeared on Celebrity Race Across The World alongside Jeff. On the show, Freddy and Jeff's close relationship was clear for viewers to see, but it appears that things with Jackiey could be jeopardising that. Jeff has reportedly taken legal action in a bid to prevent Jackiey from seeing Freddy, citing concerns over his wellbeing. However, it has been claimed that the move has backfired on Jeff, with a source claiming recently, 'Jeff was never going to keep Freddy away from his nanny for very long – they've always had a strong bond. Jeff may hate her for all sorts of reasons going back many years, but Freddy loves her very much.' Meanwhile, our source maintains that Bobby is stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to his dad, brother and grandmother. 'Both the boys love Jackiey and have a close relationship with her, but Freddy is closer to her. He loves going to her flat and having time together. Bobby is happy to stay home with his dad and respect his wishes, but Freddy doesn't feel the same way, so Bobby feels stuck in the middle. He wants them all to be a family.'

'I found the perfect 'blonzing' product for summer that rivals rhode'
'Blonzers' are on the rise for summer, and Mirror's shopping writer Grace tested out Refy's newest blush drop to see how it looked on the skin Popular beauty brand REFY is one of our favourites over here at the Mirror. From the popular Lip Sculpt to the Lash Sculpt mascara (loved by Molly-Mae by the way) and my personal favourite, the Brow Tint, Refy products never miss. And the brand has just extended its Cream Blush range with two new shades that are perfect for summer. The shades included are Rust, a deep, warm-toned burnt orange and Plum, a cool-toned deep berry. Thanks to Hailey Bieber sparking the berry-toned make-up trend, and her popular Toasted Teddy Pocket Blush from rhode, we're not surprised to see that orange and burgundy blush shades are on the rise. I'm a huge fan of orange and brown toned blushers that give that popular 'blonzed' or sunburnt look so I was so excited to see that REFY had launched these new shades. Refy Rust Cream Blush Review What I love most about REFY blushes is the smooth, buildable texture that melts into the skin and creates that natural sun-kissed flush, and this new Rust shade is no exception. I hate cream blushes that require you to work really hard with the formula, and luckily this blush is quite literally fool-proof. It glides efffortlessly onto the skin, especially when using the Refy Duo Brush to apply it. And priced at £16, it's a really wallet-friendly blush that only requries a little bit each time you use it. Creating that beautiful 'sunburnt' blush look that I aim for everytime I do my make-up, and this blush is really the shade of the summer. Although I've not personally tested out rhode's Toasted Teddy, it has that similar burnt terracotta tone that's so popular at the moment. I'm not the only fan of these cream blushes with Molly Mae raving about the shade Malaya. This is a cool dusty pink with neutral undertones, perfect if you like using a pink blush that's not overly bubblegum or coral pink and has more of a mauve-y depth to the shade. A few of my other favourite blushes that have that similar bronze-y feel includes the Morphe Cheek Thrills Multi Finish Face Trio Palette, a fairly new product but already a staple in my make-up bag and priced at £19. Plus the Nudestix Nudies All Over Face Matte Bronze, priced at £31.50, which I used as a blush rather than a bronzer.

EastEnders' Bradley Branning star unrecognisable with different job 15 years on
Charlie Clements, who played Bradley Branning in EastEnders has undergone a dramatic transformation since departing the soap, and has now switched his career entirely Charlie Clements has undergone a remarkable transformation, now sporting glasses and a beard, a stark contrast to his on-screen EastEnders persona. The actor who brought Bradley Branning to life started on the BBC One soap in 2006 before leaving in February 2010. Charlie 's dramatic exit from EastEnders took place in its first-ever live episode, marking the show's 25th anniversary, where his character fell to his death from the Queen Vic's roof while being chased by the police. Bradley had pledged to protect his wife Stacey after she murdered her rapist Archie Mitchell, and the couple had devised a plan to flee together. However, their getaway plan went disastrously wrong when Bradley attempted to scale The Vic to dodge the police. His hasty escape attempt ended in tragedy, leaving his wife a widow and sending shockwaves through Walford. The groundbreaking episode captivated nearly 20 million viewers. Over a decade after his EastEnders days, Charlie decided to step away from acting, admitting that, like everyone else, he needs to "pay his bills". In May 2024, he announced to his Instagram followers: "Aware that some may be less interested in my golf related activities! But for those who are go follow me at @charlieclementsgolf." His dedicated golf page showcases his new life as a greenkeeper, featuring photos of him honing his golf swing. In a recent post, the ex-soap star revealed: "In my career as an actor I've had some incredible opportunities and moments.. "But since starting out as a Greenkeeper a year ago, this is up there with the best of them... Touching the hallowed turf of Centre!" Known as the unsung heroes of the golfing world, greenkeepers play a vital role in preserving the game's manicured greens and fairways, overseeing tasks from smoothing out sand traps to grooming the plants that border the course. Charlie was recognised for his work during his time on EastEnders, scooping the Most Popular Newcomer award at the 2006 National Television Awards. Following his dramatic departure from EastEnders, Charlie continued to make his mark in the entertainment industry. He played Jake O'Reilly in Casualty and in 2017, he appeared in the documentary Elizabeth and Her Enemies, portraying the Earl of Essex. Off-screen, Charlie married his long-term girlfriend, Rebecca Clatworthy, in 2018 and the pair have three children. In addition to his acting prowess, Charlie has a keen eye for photography, frequently sharing photos of landscapes and nature on his Instagram page. However, like many during the pandemic, Charlie faced the need to adapt. During the lockdowns, he temporarily put his acting career on hold to support his family. He worked in a restaurant during the initial lockdown and later at a garden centre during the second. Speaking candidly on Loose Women, the actor explained: "Acting is my first love and career choice, but at the end of the day, I'm a jobbing actor. I've got bills to pay and a family to support like everyone else." Back in February, Charlie reflected on his EastEnders success on Instagram, writing: "Reminded today that 'I died' 15 years ago today which makes that little thing even older.!!! As EE turns 40 I remind myself how fortunate I was to work on such an institution at such a young age and will be forever thankful to those to who made it possible." He concluded: "Happy birthday EE, I am immensely proud to have been a small part of you."
