Kylie Cosmetics to expand India product offering following first year in the country

Fashion Network12-06-2025
Kylie Cosmetics is set to expand its product portfolio in India following strong consumer demand during its first year in the market. Introduced through House of Beauty, the beauty label founded by Kylie Jenner has quickly gained traction, particularly with its Lip Kits, and now plans to roll out 50 to 60 new SKUs across lips, face, fragrance, and skincare.
A key highlight in the upcoming lineup is Cosmic 2.0, the second edition of Jenner's signature fragrance, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. Since its launch, Kylie Cosmetics has established a presence in 29 Sephora stores and expanded across major metros including Delhi, Mumbai, and Chandigarh. During the festive quarter, the brand saw a twofold increase in average monthly sales and a 75% rise in store footfall during Diwali and the holiday season.
The brand's first fragrance, Cosmic, and Kylie Skin Lip Oils were among the notable launches over the past year. Commenting on the performance, Vikram Vijay Kant, chief business officer at House of Beauty, said, '2024 has been pivotal for Kylie Cosmetics in India… We are additionally planning to expand our e-com presence to scale our reach and visibility in 2025," Indian Retailer Bureau reported.
'India is more than just a growth market," said Coty India's business development director Rizwan Mulla. "Our next steps involve expanding into additional channels to meet rising consumer demand.' Kylie Cosmetics launched with a range of lip kits in 2015 and changed its name to its current iteration in 2016.

Kylie Jenner fronts Miu Miu for first time in star-studded campaign

on Monday unveiled its newest campaign with a star-studded lineup including celebrity entrepreneur Kylie Jenner, who is making her campaign debut for the Italian luxury fashion brand. Dubbed 'Femininities, the campaign was shot by Lengua and also stars musician Towa Bird, actors Lou Doillon, Rila Fukushima, Myha'la, model Yura Romaniuk and rapper Cortisa Star. Set against a backdrop of moiré silk, the Miu Miu muses are dressed in key looks from the brand's fall/winter 2025 collection, which was inspired by lingerie, with bras shaping the torso, pointelle knits, satin dresses and bias-cut skirts. Elsewhere, mens- and sportswear-inspired tailoring in felted wools are softened by soft pastels, while straight-leg trousers, mid-length skirts and sweaters "embody the essence of the feminine, redefined," as styled by stylist Lotta Volkova. "An expression of individuality. An exploration of femininity that transcends preconceived notions of gender and women's dress," said Prada -owned Miu Miu, about the new campaign. "The focus is on the power of the portrait and on a wardrobe that is as elegant as it is enriching, as respectful of the language of fashion as it is of the body within." In its most recent trading update in April, Prada Group reported better-than-expected sales for the first three months of the year, outperforming a sluggish luxury sector with robust growth at its Miu Miu brand, up a whopping 60 percent on last year.
