Sky Broadband deal beats BT and Virgin Media for this exact internet speed
Sky has made its best-selling broadband package even cheaper, meaning you can now snap up Full Fibre 150 Broadband for just £26 a month. But you'll need to be quick to take advantage of it

Sky has slashed the price of its top-selling broadband package, Full Fibre 150 Broadband, to £26 a month. This deal comes with no upfront costs and is tied to a 24-month contract.
The key feature of Sky's Full Fibre is that it delivers fibre directly to your home. However, you'll need to check if you're eligible for this fantastic offer from Sky.
At £26 a month, it's significantly cheaper than BT's Full Fibre 100 package, which would set you back over £160 more over a two-year contract.

This deal, however, is only available to new Sky Broadband customers. Sky's Full Fibre 150 provides impressive broadband speeds, allowing you to download a film in less than two minutes and offering ample bandwidth for all your connected devices.
This is ideal if multiple people are streaming 4K films or gaming in your household, reports the Express. Netflix recommends a speed of 15Mbps or higher for streaming 4K content, so this broadband package from Sky ensures you have plenty of speed to enjoy the highest quality streaming content.

But that's not all Sky is offering: the company also has deals on its Broadband and TV packages. While the Sky Broadband deal offers great savings, bundling the broadband with a TV package gives you access to a wealth of content through Sky Stream, including Netflix.
The Essential TV and Full Fibre 150 Broadband package offers a speedy internet connection, the Sky Stream puck, and access to channels such as Sky Atlantic, Netflix, Discovery and more. The TV part of this bundle is priced at £15 alone, so you're effectively getting Sky Broadband for just £20 a month, which is a bargain.
However, these prices are tied to 24-month contracts, and Sky has stated that there will be price increases during the contract, but hasn't specified by how much. Sky isn't your only option for full fibre. You can get M125 Virgin Broadband at the same price from £25.99 a month, but this only gives you 132Mbps compared to the 150Mbps from Sky.

It's worth exploring the options to see which suits you better. Virgin Media does state that it will increase to £29.49 a month from April 2026, but it's only an 18-month contract, so you're not tied in for as long as you would be with Sky Broadband.
If you think it's all too expensive, Sky Broadband offers a 75Mbps service (Full Fibre 75), but this is £25 a month, so only £1 cheaper for half the speed, so not worth the downgrade.

Postecoglou sacked by Tottenham despite winning first trophy in 17 years
Ange Postecoglou has reportedly been sacked by Tottenham Hotspur despite leading the club to a first trophy in 17 years by winning last month's Europa League. Postecoglou had struck a defiant note after defeating Manchester United in Bilbao - bringing silverware back to north London for the first time since 2008 and guiding the club into next season's Champions League while fulfilling his promise that he always wins a trophy in his second season in charge. He had also retained the backing of big name players with captain Son Heung-min and goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario among those calling for Postecoglou to be kept on following the Bilbao victory. However chairman Daniel Levy has now decided another change in the dugout is required - with Spurs set to welcome in a fifth permanent head coach already this decade.
