Playboi Carti sent Kanye West a tempered four-letter message after the Donda rapper came after him for wanting to make music with his daughter North West.
'YE,' the 28-year-old 'Sky' artist wrote on X Wednesday. 'STFU [shut the f*** up].'
Playboi Carti's message comes a day after the music star reached out to West's ex-wife Kim Kardashian about working with their 11-year-old daughter, who's famously featured on a few of her dad's tracks.
'TELL ME[sic] NIECE NORTH SEND ME A SONG,' he wrote, tagging Kim, who then reposted it on her own Instagram story.
West then took to X to mock Playboi Carti. 'HEY NORTH YOUR DAD GAVE ME MY BIGGEST SONG AND CO SIGN AND I LEFT HIM OFF OF MY ALBUM BECAUSE OF HIS TWEETS,' West wrote. 'OH BUT NORTH YOU MY NIECE I GOTTA USE YOUR VOCALS.'
In a separate post, West added: 'I HELD MY TONGUE ABOUT MOT[sic] BEING ON CARTI ALBUM HIM GOING TO MY EX TO ASK MY DAUGHTER TO BE ON A SONG 2 DAYS LATER WAS TOO FAR NOBODY FINNA PLAY WITH ME.'
Playboi Carti's bid to work with North comes after West dropped a new song entitled 'Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,' featuring disgraced rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs, his son King Combs, and North.
West released the track in a post on X, sharing a four-minute and 44-second-long video of a black screen with the music playing over the top.
'LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE new song by PUFF DADDY feat. His son KING COMBS my daughter NORTH WEST and new Yeezy artist from Chicago Jasmine Williams,' his caption read.
Combs is currently being held behind bars at a federal detention center in New York City as he awaits trial for a handful of charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The music producer has denied all of the allegations against him.

In an Instagram post on Monday, The Shade Room shared a recording of an apparent phone call between West and Combs, during which Combs warns West to 'be careful.' It's not clear if West called Combs, or if Combs called West from jail.
'This s*** is wicked, wicked, wicked. So you be careful,' Combs can be heard telling West. 'I need you out there, you feel me? And have some f***ing fun, because we not having no fun in in here. Get back behind the mic, have some fun, chop up them samples.
'Have some fun. Get back to smiling. F*** these other motherf***ers. They'll waste your time,' he continued. 'So put that love in your heart, and enjoy yourself, man. When I get out there, man, I want to see you f***ing tear down the stadiums. I need to see you back on that stage, actually rapping and actually performing and everything. I be dreaming of that s***.
West then responds: 'Yeah, it's time for me to grab the mic and get back [out there]. I love music again. There was a time when everything was so frustrating. I can't even explain it.'
Telling West to 'jump in [his] bag,' Combs said: 'We gonna have years and decades to f***ing fight these motherf***ers.'

Sky's 'lowest price is back' as TV, Netflix and broadband at an all time low in payday sale
Sky has brought back a popular TV and broadband deal that's slashes prices to their 'lowest ever' in an surprise pay day sale. Just weeks after ending its Easter sale, Sky has once again discounted its Essential TV and Full Fibre 300 broadband bundle to £35 per month and is offering 300Mbps fibre broadband for the price of 150Mbps. Sky said 'our lowest ever price is back' as it announced the sale, which also sees the Ultimate TV and Full Fibre 300 broadband bundle, with more than 35 extra channels, reduced to £39. Typically, Sky's Full Fibre 300 costs £29 per month without any TV access, but the latest deals also grant access to more than 100 channels, including Sky Atlantic, Sky Sports News and major free-to-air channels like BBC, ITV and Channel 4. The combined packages also come with free Netflix and Discovery+ subscriptions, with the option to add Sky Cinema and Sky Sports for an additional £10 and £20 respectively. All of this is delivered via Sky Stream, the brand's new device that provides TV and streaming access through WiFi instead of a traditional satellite dish. Sky is now among the providers to adopt the new One Touch Switch scheme, which means customers don't have to contact their existing broadband provider to complete the switch. Rather, Sky will handle the necessary procedures on behalf of the customer. It's crucial to note that to benefit from the lower rates, customers must commit to a two-year contract, and Sky has indicated that the price for their TV and broadband packages 'may change' during this time. This includes the expected yearly price increase in April, a common practice among many companies, reports the Mirror. Earlier this year, a 6.2% rise was added to the cost of Sky's TV and broadband plans, which could suggest we'll see a similar change in April 2026. Nevertheless, Sky distinguishes itself by allowing consumers the chance to end their contracts early should a price increase be announced. Sky's latest promotional efforts rival Virgin's Bigger Combo bundle, which provides more than 200 channels and a 362Mbps fibre broadband connection at £34.99. Whilst this comes in just under Sky's price and promises around 60Mbps additional speed, it lacks Sky Atlantic and Netflix, which might turn some potential customers away. Amongst its competitors is the BT and EE Big Entertainment and Full Fibre 300, currently marketed at £48.99 per month for the initial six months but eventually exceeding £600 more across the length of the plan as it reverts to the regular £63.99. Sky customers have shared their positive experiences of the company on Trustpilot, where one glowing review said: "Sky Stream is a game changer. "Switched a few weeks back and it's the best decision I've ever made. Installation takes care of itself, the remote even auto-tunes itself to the TV. The best part is the ability to have a single charge for all your streaming subscriptions." This review offered a more mixed review, saying: "I wasn't happy with the service provided by Sky, phoned up to change my deal and was passed around like a parcel. Eventually, I got to speak to someone who knew what they were doing. I am happy my issue was finally resolved, but it took a lot of work." But this happy customer said: "I've been with lots of companies to get my TV and internet but the best service I have received out of them all is Sky. We changed to other companies because of the price but always go back to Sky."

Florence Pugh starred as a a nurse in Yungblud's new music video and gained her wings while portraying the 'dark side' of healthcare, resulting in heaps of praise from NHS nurses for raising awareness YUNGBLUD released his latest music video to newest single 'Zombie' starring Hollywood actress Florence Pugh, who opened up about her emotional appearance in the video which pays homage to the efforts of the NHS. The heart-wrenching video showcases the struggles of healthcare workers, with Florence portraying the overwhelming experience as a nurse consumed by grief, fatigue and the taxing need to remain positive. The Little Women actress said the decision to work with YUNGBLUD (formally Dominic Harrison) was "the easiest yes" she'd given. She shared her process, saying: "I always try to align myself and my career with people that inspire me. He inspires me but in an even more important way because his soul, authenticity of who he is and what he's making is so electric and full of love". Florence said the song "made [her] leap at the opportunity of collaborating" and that the shoot "was a dream", where the singer supported her "as hard as [she] was supporting him. That's true legendary leadership." Florence then shared that the unexpected duo "have been trying to find something to work together on for a while" and all it took was a "suuuper casual" voice note to convince Pugh squeeze the project into her "insanely busy schedule". "I haven't known him for long but I'm just so proud of this beautiful British talent," Florence said before thanking the singer "for making this love letter to nurses all around". The music video in question hitting 1.8 million views on YouTube in three days. Zombie's British Rock sound marries perfectly with the moody shots of Florence smiling amongst patients and being crushed by the emotional turmoil of nursing. I have cried on my bathroom floor over a patient I lost and cried happy tears with a different patient as they ring the bell after finishing chemo in the same day. "Nursing is one of the hardest yet most rewarding careers and this is such a beautiful portrayal of both the darkest and most joyful moments we go through. Thank you for this". Another wrote: "I've been a nurse for 23 years and no one ever talks about what goes on behind the professional mask. We are human too". "We all want someone or something to comfort us no matter how we are right now or who we become in the future. But it's f***ing scary," shared YUNGBLUD, who's inspiration was originally his grandmother "going through serious injury and trauma, leading her to become a different person to who she was before". The video's vulnerability conveys "the feeling of deterioration and ugliness; shutting out the world and the people we love out of the fear of becoming a burden or an embarrassment".
