Sofyan Amrabat offered to Inter Milan
Inter Milan is looking to bolster its midfield after a 2024/25 campaign that ended without silverware in either Serie A or the Champions League. Sofyan Amrabat has been offered to the club.
According to journalist Pasquale Guarro, the Italian side has received a proposal for Sofyan Amrabat, the 29-year-old Moroccan midfielder currently at Fenerbahçe. A standout performer at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the Moroccan international boasts extensive European experience, notably with Fiorentina and in the Premier League.
His versatility and experience could prove to be a strategic asset to strengthen the Nerazzurri's midfield under Cristian Chivu's project. The final decision now rests with Inter's board of directors, who are weighing up whether to open negotiations to make this potential transfer a reality.

Off-limits United ace now considered the ‘dream candidate' for league winners, they'll test INEOS' resolve
PSV Eindhoven have reportedly set their sights on a late swoop for Manchester United's Joshua Zirkzee following an injury to forward Alassane Plea. The reigning Eredivisie champions, according to GetFootballNewsBene, have identified United's No.11 as their 'dream candidate' to lead their line for the season ahead. It's said to be 'clear' that PSV will make an imminent approach. However, they have acknowledged that a deal, one that would see Zirkzee return to his native Netherlands, is going to be 'extremely complicated'. In fact, from United's perspective, it's likely considered impossible. Already this week, the Reds have rebuffed an approach for Zirkzee from Napoli in the aftermath of Romelu Lukaku's injury layoff, instead directing them to an alternative option in the form of Rasmus Hojlund, who's now in negotiations to make the switch to Naples. Despite facing an uncertain Old Trafford future following a turbulent start to his United tenure, Zirkzee is poised to play an integral role in Ruben Amorim's squad throughout 2025/2026, so much so that he ranks higher than his £64 million counterpart Hojlund in the coach's pecking order. (Photo by Ben) Joining PSV would allow the 24-year-old to play Champions League football in the coming months, but representing the 20-time champions of England week in, week out is an opportunity few can pass up on. Zirkzee is now preparing to do so for his second term, where he'll be figuring out how he can bounce off of new teammates Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha. Chivu Admits ‘I Feel The Burden Of Responsibility' Ahead Of Inter Milan Vs Torino Serie A Opener
Cristian Chivu says that he feels the 'burden of responsibility' ahead of Inter Milan's Serie A opener against Torino. The 44-year-old spoke to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, via FCInterNews, just a few days before the Nerazzurri kick off their league campaign. He also praised striker Ange-Yoan Bonny. Inter Milan are just a few weeks away from the start of their Serie A season. The Nerazzurri kick off their campaign against Torino on Monday. They host the Granata at the San Siro in their first match of the season. This will be the first Serie A match in charge of Inter for new coach Cristian Chivu. Meanwhile, some new faces who have arrived during the summer transfer window will also have a chance to make their debuts. Inter came agonizingly close to winning the Serie A title last season. However, they lost out by just a single point to Napoli on the final day of the campaign. Therefore, Chivu will have the task of trying to return Inter to the summit of Italian football in his first season at the helm of the club with whom he spent six years as a player. 'I'm sure the burden of responsibility I feel here will be able to hide my feelings,' Chivu said. 'We try to maintain the same mentality. The same perception of the importance of being an Inter player.' The coach declared that 'there are expectations, passion, and love.' Meanwhile, Chivu called Inter striker Ange-Yoan Bonny 'a pure young guy.' 'He's someone who wants to improve,' the 44-year-old added. 'He's at a big club, and he's understood that right away by working hard from day one.' Chivu praised Bonny for 'immediately making himself available to the group.' 'Having top players around you allows you to grow quickly,' the Inter coach added.
