Daily Mail27-04-2025

Machine Gun Kelly joined Jelly Roll on stage during his headlining set at Stagecoach country music festival in Indio, California on Saturday night.
The 35-year-old Wild Boy rapper — who welcomed a daughter with ex-girlfriend Megan Fox weeks ago — wore a snug white T-shirt, baring his heavily tattooed arms as he appeared at the show.
He added shredded blue and white jeans and a pair of white Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers.
The music artist, who is also dad to 15-year-old daughter Casie, wore a backwards hat and appeared to be in great spirits days after celebrating his birthday.
He and Megan, 38, welcomed their one-month old baby girl on March 27.
Their baby, whose name has not been revealed, is Fox's fourth child.
She is also mom to three sons — Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, eight — with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
The Transformers actress and MGK were in an on-and-off relationship for four years before most recently calling it quits in November 2024.
They appear to be co-parenting amicably — they were spotted picking up groceries together last week — but insiders have said that there are no plans to rekindle their romance.
Days ago Fox was seen waiting in a Rolls Royce while MGK entered an Erewhon.
'The last few months alone have been difficult for her,' a source told People about the actress last month.
'At this point, she plans on co-parenting with Colson, but that's it. She won't be getting back together with him,' it was noted.
The insider added that the actress is 'doing great and over the moon about her baby girl.'

The musician announced their daughter's birth with a black and white social media video showing the newborn's tiny hands.
He wrote online, 'She's finally here!! Our little celestial seed. 3/27/25.'
Another source recently reported that Megan is thriving after giving birth to her only daughter.
'Megan has really leaned into motherhood again' and had 'missed' the phase when her 'kids were little,' a source told Us Weekly.

Fans of 70s band blast 'awful' biopic casting of Nick Jonas as rock legend

Nick Jonas has been cast in a new biopic about an iconic rock band – but fans aren't happy (Picture:) KISS fans have expressed their disappointment over the 'awful' and 'ridiculous' casting of Nick Jonas as frontman Paul Stanley in an upcoming biopic. The Jonas Brothers singer, 32, is reportedly set to star as the legendary musician, 73, in Shout It Out Loud, a biopic charting the 70s band's rise to fame. KISS – made up of Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley, and Peter Criss – formed in 1973 and went on to become one of the most influential and biggest-selling rock bands of all time. The film will be directed by McG, famed for his work on Charlie's Angels and Transformers. But fans aren't happy Jonas will be playing the Starchild, taking to social media to air their frustrations and vow to 'never see the film.' 'This casting just assures I will never watch this,' one person commented on a Reddit post about the casting news, while another simply added, 'Oh f**k no' and a third wrote, 'Absolutely not, that's awful.' Jonas will play KISS frontman and guitarist Paul Stanley (Picture: Robert Cianflone/AFL Photos/via Getty Images) Fans of the shock rockers have dubbed the casting 'awful' and vowed not to watch the film (Picture:) Shout It Out Loud will follow the band's rise to fame in the 1970s (Picture:) Others noted the band had enjoyed its fair share of controversy over the years. Several of its members openly admitted they had taken advantage of their star status to sleep with up to 5,000 women, while the band also caught flak for marketing a KISS-themed coffin. 'Absoultely (sic) ridiculous casting,' a commenter declared. 'But then we are talking about the band who replaced their lead guitarist with a roadie.' Elsewhere, commenters complained that too many music biopics had been released lately, with movies about the lives of Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, Bob Marley, and Amy Winehouse all released in the last two years. 'I'm sure a lot of people must love them, but I cannot describe how happy I would be if they just stopped making most musician biopics,' one wrote. Other fans were more supportive, with Iamacannibal commenting: 'Nick is actually a really good actor. He was in a show called Kingdom a while back that is fantastic and he was great in it.' 'Oh I can totally see why they picked him he will really pull it off!' Rap_A_Toni93 posted, with other users drawing similarities between Jonas and Stanley's appearances. Some fans felt there had been too many music biopics in recent years (Picture: Gilbert Flores/Variety via Getty Images) Further casting is yet to be announced (Picture: Medios) The Hollywood Reporter reports Jonas is in 'final talks' to take on the role of Stanley, while movie bosses are still looking for an actor to play the singer's bassist bandmate Simmons. The group is helping to develop the project while Stanley and Simmons are among the producers, along with McG. Deadline reports Jonas plans to take on singing duties in the film and needs time to train his voice to be able to emulate Stanley's signature vocals. Longtime KISS manager Doc McGhee previously revealed the movie would focus on the band's first four years together after forming in the 1970s. Speaking to Talking Metal in 2021, he explained: '[The script is] completely done … And the script is about the first four years of KISS. Basically, it's before they were famous – it was up to Cadillac High [KISS' famous gig in a high school gym in Cadillac, Michigan in 1975] , that kind of thing. 'And I think it's a very interesting look at the formation of KISS, the mindset of how that came about, the social pressure that everybody was in in the '60s and '70s that brought something like Kiss to the forefront, that it could actually happen. Longtime manager Doc McGhee said the film would explore the formation of the influential band (Picture:for SiriusXM) Stanley (left) said he would be 'there and watching' the casting process (Picture: Ginny Winn/Michael) 'So it's a very interesting, and I think it's a well-written movie.' Stanley has also previously spoken about the movie, telling broadcaster Kylie Olsson in 2021: '[The movie is] definitely happening. And that's gonna be really interesting. The script was really good. And we really waited until we felt comfortable.' Speaking of actors who could play him in the film, he added: 'I will tell you this: for casting to be accurate in terms of age, we are looking at actors in their early 20s. 'Honestly, I don't know a whole lot of actors in their early 20s. When people get asked these kinds of questions, they'll say, 'Oh, Brad Pitt,' or this one or that one.' He went on to say that he will be 'there and watching' as the casting process continues, so if that remains true, surely Jonas has the stamp of approval from the man himself. 'But as the casting process goes on, I'll certainly be there and watching. It'll be interesting to see how someone else- be it the casting people or the director – how they view who I am and who they see doing that. 'I think I'll learn a lot about their perception of me by who they cast.' The biopic was originally slated for a 2024 release date on Netflix, but so far, a revised release date has not been announced. Got a story? More info Treasured TV presenter Bradley Walsh marked his 65th birthday this week, but despite hints at "slowing down", his busy schedule shows no signs of letting up. Walsh is a staple on British television, hosting popular shows such as 'The Chase', 'Gladiators', and 'Blankety Blank', as well as travelling the country with his son Barney in 'Breaking Dad'. However, before becoming a household name, Walsh began his career as a Rolls Royce apprentice jet engineer and even had a brief stint as a footballer with Brentford FC, until an injury cut his playing days short. Walsh's foray into show business began as a Pontins bluecoat entertainer, giving him his first taste of life on stage. However, his natural prankster tendencies, which often landed him in hot water at school and in previous jobs, ultimately led to him being sacked from this role. In an interview with earlier this year, Walsh recalled: "Once I left that to get into the entertainment industry and become a blue coat, I got sacked from being the bloke that was messing around. I thought that was the job! In the end I thought to myself, why don't I just get paid for messing around?". Post-Pontins, Walsh carved a career in stand-up comedy and remarked: "That was a very conscious decision. So, I've got myself a routine together," discussing his approach to humour. Reflecting on his style, he commented, "I was a very physical comic, bit like Norman Wisdom, not so many jokes. I was a very physical comic. And that's where it all started.", reports the Mirror. Celebrated across Britain, Bradley Walsh has been a staple on TV screens for over two decades, mastering roles in comedy, acting, and presenting. His notable roles include Danny Baldwin on the renowned ITV soap 'Coronation Street', DS Ronnie Brooks in 'Law and Order: UK' and as Graham O'Brien in the beloved sci-fi series 'Doctor Who' broadcast on BBC One, according to Gloucestershire Live. In 2009, Bradley transitioned to game show hosting by taking over as the host of ITV's hit quiz show 'The Chase'. He narrated how he landed the gig while popping into ITV to enquire about hosting opportunities. During a nostalgic chat with the ex-head of daytime television, she revealed plans for a new quiz show, to which Bradley promptly gave his critique. Recalling their conversation, Walsh shared, "I took it away and I said 'Yes, this can work, this will work' and she said, 'Okay, well we're going to make a pilot' and I said, 'I'll do it for you' and she said, 'Yeah, but it's only an office run-through' and I said, 'I'll do it for you, don't worry'." In an interview on the Tommy Tiernan show last year, Bradley Walsh recalled helping launch the pilot and coming up with nicknames for The Chasers. Nearly 16 years on, Bradley's passion for The Chase remains strong, with no plans to leave the show. Speaking to the Daily Mail, he reflected on his time on the programme: "Until people say they've had enough and start switching off, I'll do it. We've had such an extraordinary time together. It's the best job in the world."

Bradley Walsh on being 'sacked' from role as opens up on The Chase future

Bradley Walsh has graced our TV screens for over 20 years. TV icon Bradley Walsh celebrated his 65th birthday this week and even hinted that he would be now "slowing down", but with his jam-packed diary, it's clear that it's just not going to happen anytime soon. The star is known for presenting many famous shows including The Chase, Gladiators, Blankety Blank, and hits the road in Breaking Dad with his son Barney Walsh. However, before he became a national TV treasure, Walsh kicked off his career joining Rolls Royce as an apprentice jet engineer and then briefly glimmered on the football pitch after being scouted by Brentford FC, until an unfortunate injury ended his football career. ‌ His showbiz career kicked off as a Pontins bluecoat entertainer and it gave Bradley his first taste of the stage life. Despite his natural fun-loving tendencies which often got him into trouble during school and previous occupations, his spirited antics eventually led to him losing this job, writes The Mirror. ‌ Brad chatted to earlier this year where he reflected on the start of his career: "Once I left that to get into the entertainment industry and become a blue coat, I got sacked from being the bloke that was messing around. I thought that was the job! In the end I thought to myself, why don't I just get paid for messing around?". Post-Pontins, Walsh then went into comedy, he said: "That was a very conscious decision. So, I've got myself a routine together,". Describing his comedic style, he said, "I was a very physical comic, bit like Norman Wisdom, not so many jokes. I was a very physical comic. And that's where it all started." The much loved star has graced our TV screens for 20 years as a comedian, actor, and presenter. His impressive acting portfolio includes stints as Danny Baldwin on ITV's Coronation Street, DS Ronnie Brooks in Law and Order: UK and Graham O'Brien in Doctor Who. In 2009, Bradley took the reins as host of ITV's quiz phenomenon The Chase, marking a strategic shift in his professional path. Walsh detailed how he snagged the opportunity to host The Chase after popping into ITV studios to enquire about presenting jobs. ‌ While reminiscing during a conversation with the former head of daytime TV, she mentioned an upcoming quiz show concept, prompting Bradley's feedback. Recounting their discussion, Bradley shared: "I took it away and I said 'Yes, this can work, this will work' and she said, 'Okay, well we're going to make a pilot' and I said, 'I'll do it for you' and she said, 'Yeah, but it's only an office run-through' and I said, 'I'll do it for you, don't worry'." During an appearance on the Tommy Tiernan show last year, he remembered kick-starting the pilot and devising the monikers for The Chasers. Fast forward nearly 16 years, Bradley's enthusiasm for The Chase hasn't waned, and he has no intention of quitting anytime soon. In conversation with the Daily Mail, he mused about his tenure: "Until people say they've had enough and start switching off, I'll do it. We've had such an extraordinary time together.
