On July 21, Ciara shared an Instagram post of her nailing Nicki Minaj's stiletto challenge! It was so breathtaking that one IG user commented– 'Challenge closed!' Surrounded by the serenity and greenery of the scenery, Ciara stood on top of two dumbbells.
Correction: Ciara stood on her one stiletto over two dumbbells! She took up a squatting position where–she kept her right leg still and her left leg crossed over her right leg.
She balanced her whole body's weight on her right leg–right stiletto to be precise! The mother-of-four took it up a notch by holding a bottle of Ten To One Caribbean Dark Rum in her left hand! And to further add pepperoni to her attempt, Ciara attached Nicki Minaj's song, High School(feat. Lil Wayne) to her IG reel!

It goes back to Minaj's High School music video with Lil Wayne from circa 2013. She balanced in stilettos by a pool–while holding a pole. The challenge came to life after 12 years in the early Summer of 2025 when an influencer, Imanni, shared a video of balancing on a dumbbell. Various other users joined in the viral TikTok trend and balanced their weights on stools, soup cans, water bottles, kid toys, kitchenware, champagne bottles, Jenga blocks, weights, a container of Spam, a traffic cone, poles, and pottery equipment.

The 32-year-old attempted the bait-worthy trend just weeks after she delivered a baby.
