Where to buy Pedro Pascal's jacket from The Last of Us before it sells out again

Who knew Joel Miller, from Naughty Dog's The Last of Us, would become such a style icon? Adapt the award-hoarding video game into an HBO TV show, dress Pedro Pascal in a trucker jacket, and shout 'Clicker' – you've got yourself a trendsetter.
The HBO TV show is a hit among audiences and critics alike, receiving a near-perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes and impressing die-hard fans of the acclaimed PlayStation video game. And now, it's back for the hotly-anticipated season two.
Pedro Pascal is magnetic as Joel, but while we were captivated by the vistas, blooming fungi and abandoned cityscapes, it seems fans were mesmerised by something else – Pedro Pascal's jacket.
That's because the trucker design isn't a custom-made piece for the show, it's US brand Huckberry's most popular item – the Flint and Tinder flannel-lined waxed trucker jacket. It became so coveted that it sold out when season one aired. Now, with Joel wearing the jacket again in the latest season, plenty of viewers are looking for their second chance to own it.
While it doesn't come cheap, here, we've outlined exactly where you can buy Joel's jacket before it sells out (again).
Not only has Flint and Tinder's trucker jacket turned Joel into a style icon, it's also a piece perfect for transitional dressing. The men's canvas jacket is constructed using a waxed and weather-resistant Martexin sailcloth, which, according to Huckberry, only gets better with age, as the waxed fabric creases and bends to create the wearer's own unique wear patterns, like leather or denim. Both the body and sleeves are lined fully with a soft blanket lining, keeping you warm as the temperature drops. Plus, if it can see Joel through attacks from the infected, it's sure to see you through many years to come.
If you're ordering the jacket from the UK, international orders over $198 ship for free, so you won't have to pay to get it across the pond, but customs fees or duties may apply.

British acting legend new frontrunner to play Voldemort in Harry Potter reboot

A new name has emerged as the favourite to play Lord Voldemort in the Harry Potter TV reboot. HBO has already revealed the three young actors who will play Harry, Hermione and Ron, following in the footsteps of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint. Meanwhile, John Lithgow is set to play headmaster Albus Dumbledore, I May Destroy You star Paapa Essiedu will be Severus Snape, and Nick Frost has been cast as Hagrid. But Potterheads are still waiting to find out who will star as the new Voldemort. The current favourite to take on the role is Matthew Macfadyen, according to Online Betting Guide. They put the Succession star at 1/1 odds, in news that comes shortly after the acclaimed actor was cast to play Voldemort in a new Harry Potter audiobook series. The first of the seven full-cast audiobooks, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, will be released by Audible on November 4, followed by Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets on December 16. Meanwhile, former Doctor Who star Matt Smith and Marvel alum Paul Bettany are also tipped for the role of Voldemort in HBO's Harry Potter, both of whom enjoy 3/1 odds. Coming in behind them is Peaky Blinders' Cillian Murphy at 4/1, who previously had something of an edge after the original Voldemort actor, Ralph Fiennes, gave him his blessing. During an interview on Watch What Happens Live, Fiennes said: 'Cillian is a fantastic actor. That's a wonderful suggestion. I would be all in favour of Cillian. Yeah.' Who do you think would be the best Voldemort? Tom Hiddleston is also in the running, with odds of 5/1 — though he was previously the favourite for the role. No stranger to playing a baddie, Hiddleston is probably best known as Marvel's impish Loki. Senior TV Reporter Rebecca Cook shares her take… Tom Hiddleston's tenure as Loki in the Marvel franchise is riddled (get it) with moments proving he has a strong Voldemort performance in him. Think back to when he went full panto villain at Comic-Con in 2013, emerging from the dark with the audience eating out of the palm of his hand. He's certainly capable of playing a charismatic villain – but there's the risk his charm may soften Voldemort's edges. After all, who didn't end up secretly loving Loki, even before we were meant to? We want someone who's truly terrifying to play Voldemort. Hairs upright on the back of your neck type of thing. Perhaps an actor like Idris Elba would be a better fit, admittedly not currently in the conversation, but with a commanding presence and The Wire's Stringer Bell as proof he knows how to play a complicated villain. The show's confirmed cast, which includes Janet McTeer as Professor McGonagall, Katherine Parkinson as Molly Weasley, and Bel Powley as Petunia Dursley, have been subject to immense scrutiny already. Especially as Harry Potter creator (and the new HBO series' executive producer) JK Rowling's comments about the trans community have caused backlash from some groups. In a recent interview, The Crown's Bertie Carvel, who will star as Minister for Magic Cornelius Fudge, declined to discuss the author but did reflect on his future in the show. 'I am coming at it with a really open mind. Whether I come back [after the first series] probably depends on what the fans think. I mean, I'll be furious if it's not an amazing part.' More Trending Meanwhile, Jason Isaacs, who played Lucius Malfoy in the original Harry Potter films, has defended the casting of Paapa Essiedu as Snape after he faced racist backlash on social media. 'I've seen some people online who are being rude about him. What they're being is racist,' he said in an interview with Collider. The Harry Potter TV show will stream exclusively on Max in 2027. 'Masterpiece' zombie horror with perfect Rotten Tomatoes score now streaming

However the film comes with a warning for fans watching A 'masterpiece' zombie horror movie that earned a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes is now streaming with film fans urged to discover the little known title. ‌ Indie Japanese film One Cut of the Dead is now available on the streaming platform and is said to be quite unlike anything else viewers may have seen before. Released back in 2017, it was made for just 3 million Japanese Yen, which is approximately £15,000 yet managed to make more than £30 million at the box office worldwide. ‌ Audiences can now watch the film from the comfort of their own as it is available via Shudder. Users can subscribe to the platform directly or via an add-on subscription through Amazon Video. ‌ The film follows a film crew trying to make a zombie film for live television, that is supposed to be done in a single take. Recording in an abandoned WWII Japanese facility they are soon attacked by real zombies. However, it's release came with a warning from fans. An English subtitled cut of the trailer had a special message included at the beginning. It says: "One Cut of the Dead is being called 'the best zombie comedy since Shaun of the Dead.' It's full of hilarious surprises - some of which we are about to spoil. You should skip this trailer and go get your tickets instead." Avoiding being spoiled by anything regarding the film is a sentiment backed up by many fans and critics. While managing a perfect 100% rating on website Rotten Tomatoes, one critic claimed: "The less you know going into this masterpiece, the better. If you're going to watch a zombie movie, watch this zombie movie." Another added: "One of the smartest, funniest, and sweetest zombie movies you will ever see." While someone else penned: "One Cut of the Dead is easily an instant genre classic that renews my hope for zombie films with its triumphant story of one family united in their struggle against the undead." ‌ Viewers should be rewarded if they manage to go in with little expectations as one person said: "Just when I thought I couldn't possibly find something new in a zombie movie, One Cut of the Dead comes along and completely upends my expectations of the genre." Its a sentiment backed up by horror movie fans, as one sharing their thoughts online, posted: "You really should know very little about this movie before watching, so all I'll say is that it's joyful to watch. Also, watch it with others. Non zombie fans will love it too." ‌ Some also offer up a second warning for those looking to watch the film. That is to remain patient when watching. As one person explained: "If you haven't seen it, I refuse to tell you anything about it. This is a movie that you have to go in blind for in order to get the full effect. And whatever you do - STICK WITH IT. You will have the urge to turn it off during the first 30 minutes - but DON'T. "You will be so happy that you didn't and be greeted to one of the better movie experiences that you've had in awhile. It's unique, hilarious, extremely clever, and had me genuinely happy after it ended." One Cut of the Dead is streaming on Shudder.

Here's how to watch ‘Alien: Earth' for free

Alien: Earth has landed, and it's spectacular. The series, an eight-episode prequel to the sci-fi horror franchise launched by Ridley Scott in 1979, is one of the most anticipated TV shows of the year. Devised by Fargo 's Noah Hawley, it's set two years before the events of the first film, following a crew of soldiers investigating a spaceship that's crash-landed on Earth and brought with it some dangerous cargo. The first two episodes debuted Aug. 12 on FX and Hulu, and the show is already receiving raves. It has a 94 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with critics calling it 'heady', 'bone-chilling' and 'nothing short of a triumph' If you're a fan of the franchise, you're certainly dying to watch. Here's how. Where is Alien: Earth airing and streaming? Alien: Earth will air new episodes every Tuesday at 8 pm PT/ET through Sept. 23 on FX, while also streaming on both Hulu and Disney+. If you have a live television streaming service, such as Hulu + Live TV, Fubo, DirecTVor Sling, you can also catch it there. Don't have any of those services, yet still feel compelled to watch killer xenomorphs wreak havoc on our planet? Luckily for you, Hulu offers a 30-day free trial of its ad-supported plan, meaning if you sign up on Aug. 25, you'll be able to watch the entire run of the series for free, while also exploring what else the streamer has to offer. (Just make sure to cancel your subscription when the month is up, as it auto-renews at $9.99 per month… but hey, maybe you'll be convinced to keep going.) And while you're at it, you can also stream every movie in the Alien series on Hulu. Be forewarned, though: Alien: Earth effectively retcons not just the maligned Alien vs. Predator films but also 2012's polarising Prometheus. Will there be a second season of Alien: Earth? Despite the great early buzz, Alien: Earth has not yet been officially renewed for a second season, but creator Noah Hawley has stated that he envisions the show continuing, telling Variety that he considers Season 1 'the proof of concept'. 'And if it works commercially', he continued, 'then Season 2 is about building a model upon which we can envision making a Season 3, 4, 5.'
