Roman Kemp says he has "peaked" after Lord Alan Sugar mocked his haircut on X.
The Apprentice boss criticised the 32-year-old TV presenter's "weird", "dead beaver Davy Crocket" trim as Roman hosted BBC One's The One Show on Tuesday (24.06.25).
He wrote on the X: "What a weird haircut Roman Kemp has.
"I know I am a bit old and out of touch with some things, but what is it. @BBCTheOneShow (sic)."
However, Roman felt on top of the world after the business magnate "fired" his hair.
Captioning a photo carousel of Lord Sugar's tweet, a shot of the Amstrad founder having a brown afro-like haircut, and Roman smiling in the back of a car, on Instagram, he wrote: "Well ... we've peaked. My hairs now been fired (sic)."

Roman left a comment on Lord Sugar's X post.
He replied: "I've no idea on the true name Lord Sugar, please feel free to suggest one (sic)."
And it did not take long before the businessman made a suggestion.
Lord Sugar, 78, wrote: "Dead beaver Davy Crocket."
Roman reacted to the name with a laughing face emoji.
The media personality - who is a Tottenham Hotspur fan - received a lot of backlash after questioning Arsenal F.C. supporter Roman's choice of haircut.
One person said on X: "@romankemp what a strange comment, unless there is some missed joke here, Roman seems a nice well-grounded lad ...
"Maybe it's a Spurs/Arsenal thing? (sic)"
Another X user wrote: "Why do you care about another man's hair?"
And a third follower penned on the social media platform: "Far better than yours has been - yes you are out of touch."
Roman's fans also jumped to his defence on Instagram.
One user said: "RIP hair. I think it looks great."
A second follower wrote: "He only wishes he was as handsome as you at your age.
"I'd take it as a compliment that he's so bothered."
And a third fan penned: "OMG HOW RUDE. Nothing wrong with your hair xx."
Roman previously admitted he struggles to keep fans updated with his life events on social media platforms because he wants to maintain his privacy, as well as protect his family and friends.
In May, he told the 30-year-old singer Tom Grennan on their 'You About?' podcast: "I'm terrified of doing it because I just think that you're letting everyone in. I struggle with it because I want people to know me. I'm not horrible, but I also want my private life.
"It's also for the protection of other people. I think you wouldn't mind having your life on it but if there are people who are in your life, who aren't in the public eye, it's more for them.

"I also don't want to be sat there thinking, 'This would be a great Instagram picture.' I don't want to live my life like that."

The One Show star makes BBC show announcement and it's bad news for fans
The One Show star makes BBC show announcement and it's bad news for fans Alex Jones and Clara Amfo presented The One Show on Wednesday night and they celebrated 40 years of Watchdog The One Show: Nikki says Watchdog will be taking a break A The One Show star made a sudden announcement about the BBC show as they confirmed one key segment will be taken off air for summer. During Wednesday's (June 25) episode of the hit chat show, Alex Jones and Clara Amfo were joined by Matt Allwright and Nikki Fox as they celebrated 40 years of Watchdog. To mark the special milestone, they dedicated the show to the programme as Matt and Nikki looked back at some of their more recent success stories, including everything from undercover investigations to big business policy changes and mega refunds. At the end of the show, Matt went on to say: "Happy birthday Watchdog and everybody who has worked on the show, amazing people. Thank you to everyone who has contacted us over the last 40 years because without you it would not mean a thing." Matt Allwright and Nikki Fox celebrated 40 years of Watchdog on BBC The One Show (Image: BBC ) Nikki jumped in: 'We can not do it without your stories.' The TV star then confirmed that her show will be taking a 'break' as she announced: 'Watch Dog is going to be taking a break over summer and we are back in September so please keep them coming.' Article continues below The beloved consumer investigation show, first broadcast on BBC1 on July 14th 1985, has saved people millions of pounds as it has taken to task rogue traders, even uncovering fraudulent activity. After 35 years, with 1,084 episodes aired, Watchdog was sadly discontinued as a standalone series in 2020, but has remained as a crucial segment on BBC's The One Show ever since. Over the years, some of the most astonishing cases include a fake banking app, counterfeit Royal Mail stamps and non-existent free flights. Nikki Fox announced that Watchdog will be taking a break for summer (Image: BBC ) Ahead of the anniversary special, Matt said: 'We've had instances of getting tens of £1,000s of pounds back for people. But the ripple effect of that is all those other people who look at that and use it as a negotiating tactic. Whatever we've got back for people, and it's millions of pounds without a shadow of a doubt, you can add a multiplier to that.' He added: 'I don't like bullies. I don't like people that use the strength of their position to get one over on other people. I think you know that sense of injustice, where you can see somebody who has got your money and doesn't feel the need to do right by you because they're a big company and they'll never see you again. The One Show airs weekdays from 7pm on BBC One and iPlayer

Charles requests Sugababes for King's Trust Awards red carpet
Hollywood celebrity George Clooney and wife lawyer Amal Clooney were joined by fellow trust supporters, actors Dame Joanna Lumley, Joseph Fiennes and TV presenter Dec Donnelly, one half of Ant and Dec, at a Buckingham Palace reception honouring recipients. Fiennes dubbed the King the 'patron saint of second chances' for the work of his trust supporting young people over almost five decades, ahead of the awards ceremony being staged on Thursday. Amal and George Clooney were among the celebrity King's Trust supporters (Stefan Rousseau/PA) Ant and Dec, the trust's goodwill ambassadors, will be hosting the awards ceremony for the 13th time and Donnelly joked how the King had offered to write some jokes for the pair 'he's going to do some script writing for us, it's always gratefully received'. After chatting to the girl group Sugababes, Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan, Siobhan Donaghy, who will open and close the ceremony at London's Royal Festival Hall, Charles spoke to Radio 1 DJ Melvin Odoom. The broadcaster, who will be playing a DJ set for those arriving on the red carpet, asked the King 'Any tunes you want, let me know', and said later 'he asked for the Sugababes CD to be played.' He joked: 'I didn't want to say to him we don't use CDs anymore, I'm using USB, but I'll drop the Sugababes.' King Charles meets actor Joseph Fiennes and members of The Sugababes, during a reception for winners of the King's Trust Awards 2025 at Buckingham Palace (Stefan Rousseau/PA) The girl group has just finished a tour and Buchanan said: 'That's very, very cool to know the King has requested us. 'We said to the King we've been around for 25 years and he was like wow, he was a bit taken a back. 'He said he wanted a CD and we think we'll introduce him to Overload first, he was really lovely.' George Clooney joined his wife who was supporting Alice, 19, winner of the Amal Clooney Women's Empowerment Award after setting up a business teaching other women the traditional Kenyan craft of bead work. King Charles III speaks with Dame Joanna Lumley during the reception (Stefan Rousseau/PA) She said Amal had been acting as a mentor and described the couple as 'very intelligent people' and said 'all the world is shining', after being told she had won the award after taking part in a programme run by the King's Trust International. The trust will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026 and was started by Charles, when he was prince of Wales, following his concern too many young people were being excluded from society through a lack of opportunity. In 1976, when he left the Royal Navy, he used the £7,400 he received in severance pay to fund a number of community schemes. These early initiatives were the founding projects of his charity. George and Amal Clooney with Alice, winner of the Amal Clooney Women's Empowerment Award (Stefan Rousseau/PA) Fiennes said after talking to the King: 'In the 25 years that I've been doing this we've just seen a collection of young potential that has been picked up and disenfranchised and not given the right opportunities, so I said to His Majesty, maybe it was inappropriate, but 'you are the patron saint of second chances'. 'And giving young potential second chances is just vital, cost of living, mental crises after Covid, this deep rupture in our psyche, especially for the youth, has been massive, so for the trust to be running and doing what it's doing is so extraordinary. Among the celebrity supporters at the event were Former Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes, actor James Nelson-Joyce, model and actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Made in Chelsea stars Jamie Laing and partner Sophie Habboo and comic Tom Davis. The King appeared moved by his conversation with Brandon Hulcoop, who presented him with an image of the royal family on the Buckingham Palace balcony printed in raised ink so it can be 'seen' by visually impaired people. The winner of the NatWest Thrive Enterprise Award, from Plymouth, was born blind and unable to find work until he took part in the King's Trust's Enterprise course, gaining the skills and support he needed to set up his own business producing Braille products. Charles grasped his hand to shake it before asking about Brandon's business, All Things Dotty. 'It wouldn't have happened if it hadn't be for you, sir,' he told the King. 'I don't know what I would have done.'

EastEnders fans 'rumble' Christmas plot as favourite 'killed off' after 33 years
EastEnders fans are convinced that a beloved Walford resident is going to die over the festive period after a heartbreaking health diagnosis was confirmed earlier this year EastEnders viewers reckon they've sussed out a gut-wrenching Christmas plot that's bound to leave the audience in bits. Beloved character Nigel Bates, portrayed by Paul Bradley, won over the fans' hearts when he first appeared on the Square in 1992. After an original stint of six years concluding in 1998, Nigel made a dramatic comeback on Christmas Eve 2024 following a 26-year hiatus. However, it was heartbreakingly disclosed that Nigel is grappling with early onset dementia, and recent episodes have shown his memory lapses increasing, causing concern for his mate Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden). Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) recently popped by Phil's place to recommend that he gets additional support for Nigel, advice which Phil stubbornly shrugged off despite being Nigel's oldest pal, reports Belfast Live. Complications arose when Nigel agreed to assist little Lexi Pearce (Isabella Brown) with her school story project but found the trip down memory lane painfully challenging. Phil's worries spiked after discovering Nigel with Lexi, who in his confusion, he mistook for his daughter Claire Bates (Gemma Bissix). With Nigel's condition evidently worsening, the EastEnders community fears that the cherished character might tragically pass away during the yuletide season. Social media has been buzzing with speculation, as one viewer posted: "They aren't going to drag his Dementia storyline on for long. I suspect Nigel is a definite death for Christmas." Another echoed: "I think Nigel will die at christmas tbh and it's going to be heartbreaking." And a third pondered: "I sadly think Nigel could die and it will be a teary Christmas." Paul Bradley, who plays Nigel in the series, opened up about his character's "experiencing a slow decline". "Things have started to happen that are understandably very confusing for him," he shared. Adding further, he said: "He often mistakes things in his past for the present day, and his memories are disjointed. When that happens, it is also incredibly upsetting for those around him." EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One and available to stream on BBC iPlayer from 6am
