Fae Beauty partners with Unicommerce to boost quick commerce operations
Fae Beauty has partnered with e-commerce enablement platform Unicommerce to streamline its marketplace operations and scale its presence in India's growing quick commerce segment following increased demand for Fae Beauty products online.
"We are delighted to partner with Fae Beauty, a brand rapidly making its mark in the beauty industry," said Unicommerce's CEO and managing director Kapil Makhija in a press release. "As one of the startups featured on Shark Tank India, Fae Beauty exemplifies innovation and growth. We aim to empower them to manage their growing operations more efficiently, enabling faster deliveries and seamless inventory management across marketplaces."
The collaboration enables Fae Beauty, also known as 'Free and Equal Beauty,' to consolidate order and inventory management using Unicommerce's 'Uniware' system. This integration is designed to help the brand reduce manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure real-time inventory visibility across multiple sales channels.
"Partnering with Unicommerce has been a game-changer for us," said Fae Beauty's founder Karishma Kewalramani. "Managing thousands of orders monthly across multiple marketplaces was a challenge, but now we have a single platform that simplifies everything- from order processing to returns. The ability to handle quick commerce orders seamlessly ensures we can meet our customers' demands quickly and precisely."
Unicommerce's plug-and-play capabilities support fast-paced fulfilment through platforms like Blinkit by facilitating bulk deliveries to centralised warehouses and onward movement to dark stores. The system also enables Fae Beauty to process returns, manage stock levels, and maintain consistent service standards through a unified dashboard.
