The pair joined the rest of the cast for a boozy celebration on Saturday night following the end of the play's six-week stint at London's Southwark Playhouse.
A source said: 'Max and Tori hit it off pretty much straight away.
"They have the same sense humour and Max was always making her laugh, they just got each other.
"Neither was looking for romance, it just kind of happened.
"They're having a lot of fun together.'
Glamorous Tori is known for BBC sitcom, Here We go, where she starred alongside Gavin and Stacey's Alison Steadman and Rivals actress Katherine Parkinson, as well as cop drama London Kills, as trainee detective Billie Fitzgerald.
Max was axed from his role as Albert Square's Ben Mitchell in 2023 following a showdown with bosses over his party lifestyle.
He has since starred in a number of theatre productions including a tour of Bird Song.
His next role will see him star alongside Coronation Street actress Susie Blake in the UK tour of Murder at Midnight, which kicks off in Derby this September.
Speaking about his new role Max said: 'I'm excited to begin working on this ambitious new dark comedy from a writer and a team I admire greatly.

It was recently revealed that the couple were no longer on speaking terms and had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
A TV insider said: 'Max just can't help himself when it comes to his co-stars.
Real-life soap couples
Soaps are renowned for their sweet and scandalous romances – but it's not just in scripted storylines where love is blossoming. A number of our favourite small-screen actors have fallen for co-stars and soapland rivals when the cameras have stopped rolling.
Max Parker and Kris Mochrie Despite playing brothers Luke and Lee Posner on Emmerdale, the pair never actually shared any scenes together. But the pair still fell in love after meeting on set. Max and Kris got together in 2020, moving in together later than same year and got engaged in 2022. In a sweet Instagram post, the couple confirmed they're planning a 2025 wedding.
Beth Cordingly and Ian Kelsey Beth, who plays Ruby Fox-Miligan, announced her love for her co-star Ian Kelsey, who played Dean Glover, shortly after she joined Emmerdale at the beginning of 2024. 'I am very in love with Ian and very happy. I think it really does work him being an actor too. He has been so fantastic," she gushed.
Laura Norton and Mark Jordan Kerry Wyatt and Daz Eden actors Laura and Mark met on the set of Emmerdale in 2014. The couple, who got engaged in 2018, told Loose Women they spent a long time deciding whether they should "just stay as friends." Although it seems they were meant to be and the pair now share two children together.
Zoe Henry and Jeff Hordley Emmerdale favourites Zoe and Jeff, who play Rhonda Goskirk and Cain Dingle met at drama college in 1994 and have been together ever since. While working together might be too much for some couples, that's definitely not the case for Zoe and Jeff. Zoe previously told The Sun: "Working on the same show as Jeff also helps because if one of us is having a bad day then the other will completely understand."
Lesley Dunlop and Chris Chittell Lesley and Chris are another Dales romantic success story. Unlike some of the other soap stars, the pair who play Brenda Walker and Eric Pollard, are together on and off screen, officially tying the knot in 2016. They also adore working together, but have clear home-work boundaries. "We make a point of not talking about Emmerdale when we're at home, though – that would be just too sad, wouldn't it?" Chris revealed.
Sally Carman and Joe Duttine Abi Franklin and Tim Metcalfe actors Sally and Joe got together after meeting on the set of Coronation Street in 2017 and they tied the knot in July 2022. But unlike some of the Emmerdale stars, Sally and Joe prefer that their characters don't interact much. Sally previously admitted it "would be horrendous" to work on a storyline with Joe because "he's too funny."
Anthony Cotton and Peter Eccleston Sean Tully may have been unlucky in love on the cobbles, but in real life Antony's met his Prince Charming. The soap star started dating long-term partner Peter in 2005, after they met when he was working as an assistant props buyer on Corrie.
Jane Danson and Robert Beck Corrie favourite Jane Danson tied the knot with soap star Robert Beck in 2005. The actress, who plays Leanne Battersby, shares two children, Harry and Sam, with the former Brookside star. During their marriage, Robert has also done a stint in Weatherfield playing criminal Jimmy Dockerson.
Caroline Harding and Chris Gascoyne Chris, who played pub landlord Peter Barlow, married soap star Caroline in 2002. Although she is best known as an Emmerdale star, Caroline did visit her husband at work when she did a two-episode stint as doctor on the Manchester soap in 2020. The couple share a daughter called Belle, plus two children, Pip and Freddie from Caroline's previous marriage.
Nadine Mulkerrin and Rory Douglas Speed Nadine Mulkerrin, and Rory Doulas Speed are known for their Hollyoaks alter egos Cleo McQueen and Joel Dexter. The loved-up pair got engaged on a December 2018 trip to Amsterdam - just over a year after they announced they were dating. They now share two kids, Reggie and Dougie.
Sophie Austin and Shayne Ward Former Hollyoaks star Sophie, whose best known for playing villain Lindsay Butterfield, was introduced to singer and ex-Corrie star Shayne through mutual friends. She gave birth to their daughter Willow in December 2016 and they welcomed a son in 2022.
"He has this energetic charm that the ladies seem to love.'
Reps for Max and Tori were approached for comment.

Bethenny Frankel viciously tears apart And Just Like That's disastrous series finale
Bethenny Frankel took to Instagram on Saturday to share her unfiltered thoughts on the And Just Like That series finale. The 54-year-old outspoken media personality, who recently revealed the celebrities ChatGPT suggested she date, delivered her fiery hot take in a video recorded from the comfort of her bed. She captioned the post, shared with her four million followers, '25 pounds of disaster in a 5-pound bag — and yep, it explodes.' 'This is the worst show ever. Honestly, this is from hero to zero. It's just so forced,' she stated in the clip. Bethenny declared across the video, ' And Just Like That ' sucks.' In her takedown, she tore into the show's 'outlandish' fashion, plus protagonist Carrie Bradshaw's returning love interest Aidan Shaw (John Corbett), longtime friend Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) and her husband Harry Goldenblatt (Evan Handler). She passionately reviewed, 'Everybody's just a weird caricature of themselves and it's just the most bizarre, forced show.' The former Real Housewives of New York City star added that she was not a fan of the series' 'woke' narratives. 'Put it in the back and shoot it. Put it to rest,' she demanded about the show, whose cancellation was announced earlier this month. Bethenny was name dropped in a slight included in And Just Like That's June 2023 premiere season. She prefaced her critique by stating, 'I don't feel bad about saying his because they dragged me in season one when Sarah Jessica Parker's character said, "Every time I thought about getting a place in The Hamptons I always found a reason to not do it," and Seema says, "Was that reason always Bethenny Frankel?"' The TV star said she 'was actually really flattered' by the line and watched the series 'nevertheless.' The Sex And the City spinoff concluded with its series finale on Thursday after three seasons. 'I probably would be saying this in a gentler manner, but because they dragged me, this is my innermost self unfiltered, unedited opinion of this show,' she proclaimed. The Sex And the City spinoff concluded with its series finale on Thursday after three seasons The post has collected more than 50,000 likes and Bethenny's comment section was full of viewers who agreed with her. 'No they ruined it they really did and I watched it just because it was sex and the city but they really really destroyed something iconic,' one person wrote. Another person laughed at her Aidan impression and wrote, 'Yea after the first season I was done. Nothing like the original.' There was also someone who noted, 'Everything woke turns to sh*t. Case closed.' 'Kim Catrell did the right thing in not joining this show,' said another disappointed fan. But one person wholeheartedly disagreed with Bethenny's take and collected 647 likes with the comment: 'Nope, sorry disagree. Loved it. Huge fan of Sex And The City and this show allowed us to fan out a little while longer. 'It was a nice way to mentally escape for 45 min every week to see something light, funny and fashionable. Sad to see it end.'

Gisele Bündchen enjoys rare public outing with Joaquim Valente and their newborn since giving birth
Sundays don't seem to be as stressful for Gisele Bündchen anymore. The supermodel, 45, was pictured on a daytime walk with her boyfriend Joaquim Valente, 35, and their newborn son on an idyllic Sunday in Surfside, Florida. The ex-wife of NFL icon Tom Brady, who welcomed her first child with Valente this past February, was clad in a lithe ensemble as summer's days become fewer. The supermodel was clad in off-white cap with her hair tied pigtails; and a matching tank top, as she pushed her son in a stroller. Bündchen rounded out her ensemble with brown denim cutoff shorts and matching sandals, as she and her love got in their steps on the late summer day. The couple was joined by their pet dog on the weekend outing in the Sunshine State. The couple was joined by their pet dog on the weekend outing in the Sunshine State Valente, who has a background in martial arts, sported a beard as he wore a black T-shirt and joined his lady love in flashing a thumbs up to photographers. Bündchen and Valente, a professional Jiu-Jitsu instructor, have been seeing one another since June of 2023. They were initially spotted with one another in November of 2022 during a trip to the Costa Rican coastal area of Provincia de Puntarenas. The Brazilian supermodel and ex-husband Brady, 48, share two kids: 14-year-old son Benjamin and 12-year-old daughter Vivian. Brady is also father to son John Edward Thomas Moynahan, who turns 18 this week, with Blue Bloods actress Bridget Moynahan, 54. Bündchen, who last appeared on the catwalk in 2015, and Brady divorced in 2022 after a 13-year marriage, and share custody of their kids. Bündchen told Vanity Fair in April of 2023 about the high-profile split: 'Sometimes you grow together; sometimes you grow apart. 'When I was 26-years-old and he was 29-year-old, we met, we wanted a family, we wanted things together.' Bündchen said that as time passed, she and Brady realized they 'just wanted different things,' and in turn, were faced with a difficult 'choice to make.' She added of Brady: 'That doesn't mean you don't love the person.' Bündchen's most recent modeling stint on a catwalk came on April 15, 2015 at the Candido Portinari Park in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with Brady in attendance. Bündchen went out on top, as her catwalk retirement came after a year in which Forbes ranked her as the top-earning model worldwide. She had been walking for labels including Chanel, Carolina Herrera and Pantene at the time. 'Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business,' Bündchen said on Instagram at the time. She added, 'I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey.' Prior to Brady, Bündchen had been in a high-profile romance with A-lister Leonardo DiCaprio.

Beckhams' fresh sting as Brooklyn declares love for Peltz family in renewal vows
Intimate details of Brooklyn Beckham's vows in his renewal ceremony with wife Nicola Peltz have emerged, spelling fresh heartache for his parents. Chef Brooklyn, 26, and actress Nicola, 30, married in a lavish ceremony in 2022 at the Peltz family's £92million oceanfront mansion in Florida. While their first guest list comprised not only family but also A-listers such as Eva Longoria and Serena and Venus Williams, when they decided to renew their vows, it was a smaller affair. So much smaller, in fact, that Brooklyn's own family was noticeably absent, as rumours continue to swirl that the eldest Beckham boy has fallen out with his dad, Sir David, 50, and mum, Victoria, 51. Their wedding vow renewal took place on August 2 in Westchester County in front of Nicola's relatives, comprising 200 guests and, of course, another bridal gown, this time a remodelled version of her mum's own dress. It's now been revealed how former photographer Brooklyn had only fond words for his in-laws, having penned a 'heartfelt tribute' to billionaire tycoon Nelson Peltz, 83, and wife Claudia, 70, for the romantic occasion. A source close to the lovebirds told The Mirror that Brooklyn 'spoke movingly' about the Peltz clan. 'He spoke from the heart—and at the centre of his heart is Nicola who he loves very dearly, but also the Peltz family, who have really stuck by his side.' They added: 'He wanted to recognise them all and was determined to do them all justice.' It's believed there was no similar tribute to his own parents, who got married in 1999. As for the rest of the Beckham brood, they were also not invited to the vow renewal, with the likes of grandparents, cousins, aunts, and uncles only finding out about the ceremony via articles online. Rumours of a rift in camp Beckham first arose when Brooklyn and Nicola failed to show at Sir David's starry 50th bash earlier this year, where the rest of his siblings celebrated long into the night. In the months since, while neither party has explicitly commented on the flying accusations, there have been plenty of subtle and cryptic digs made on social media, whether it be brother Romeo posting quotes about 'telling lies' or Brooklyn vowing to 'always choose' Nicola in a statement Insta caption. The latest development suggested that Brooklyn and Nicola have opted to cut themselves off from not only his family but some celebrity pals too, as insiders claim he now has 'no contact' with various big names. As per The Sun, Brooklyn has distanced himself from Madonna and Guy Ritchie's son Rocco Ritchie, as well as Gordon Ramsay's children Jack and Holly Ramsay. His and Nicola's 'throuple' with Selena Gomez has also ended, friends allege. A source told the publication: 'Rocco, Selena, the Ramsay kids—none of them have even liked the wedding pics after Nicola posted, let alone commented to congratulate them. 'Things have gone very cold with his old friends—it's like the marriage to Nicola meant he started a whole new life with new people around him.' But Brooklyn doesn't seem fazed by his shrinking circle, having made it perfectly clear numerous times who his main focus is. Chatting to People after his and Nicola's vow renewal, he called it a 'beautiful' day. 'We just wanted a really beautiful experience—a really cute memory.' Professing his adoration for his other half, he confessed that he could 'renew [his] vows every single day with her'. More Trending 'I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they're going to spend the rest of their life with. 'It definitely shapes you as a person. Yeah, it was really, really cute. It was really fun.' The heavily inked star joked that he's going to have to 'find space' to get his renewed vows tattooed somewhere on his body, like he did the first set in one of many designs dedicated to his wife. 'These ones were actually longer than my original ones.' Got a story?
