Recent, report has suggested that Deepika Padukone will be next seen in director Atlee's next big project, tentatively titled AA22×A6. If true, this would mark the first-ever on-screen collaboration between Deepika and the Telugu superstar Allu Arjun— a pairing that has fans excited across the country. Times Now has reported Deepika and Atlee have been talking about the project for the 'past few months and recently sealed the deal". Peepingmoon also reported that both actors, Deepika and Allu Arjun, have openly expressed a desire to collaborate, and this film marks their exciting first onscreen collaboration.
Talking about the film, Allu recently told News9, 'Yes, it's my twenty-second film, and it's with Atlee garu, who directed Jawaan. We've collaborated on it. I like the concept he told me, and I like his goals; they were similar to mine on many levels, and we aim to present a fresh visual spectacle film to Indian cinema."
Further, describing the project, the actor said that it is an 'international presentation film with total Indian sensibilities."
On the other hand, Deepika Padukone is no longer part of Sandeep Reddy Vanga next big project, Spirit. Prabhas will be seen in the lead role. According to multiple Telugu outlets, including Gulte and GreatAndhra.com, Vanga reportedly removed Deepika from the project after repeated clashes over her demands, which were deemed 'unprofessional" by insiders.
Deepika allegedly requested an 8-hour workday, which reportedly translated to just about 6 hours of actual shoot time. Things escalated further when the actress is said to have demanded a hefty remuneration along with a percentage of the film's profits. Additionally, insiders claim she refused to deliver her dialogues in Telugu.
