Fans now think they've worked out another famous face who will appear.
Welsh drag queen Tayce was the runner-up on Drag Race UK series two.
She already has a Strictly link - having won the 2024 Christmas special with pro partner Kai Widdrington.
Tayce wrote in her Instagram story: "Guess I was too much" while adding a disco ball emoji.
Taking to Reddit, fans were divided as to whether this hinted at her joining Strictly's upcoming series.
One wrote: "She's trying to throw off the scent."
Another disagreed, saying: "Idk, it sounds to me like girlie was waiting for the call, but it didn't happen."
A third said: "I would be delighted to see the fab Tayce!"
Others highlighted how Tayce's Christmas special co-star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey - aka Gladiators star Nitro - has already been announced for the series.
"Idk, I would interpret this as the opposite - she saw someone else from her Xmas special was cast and she wasn't picked, hence saying she 'guess[es] she was too much.
"I guess we'll see."
A second agreed, commenting: "It feels odd though that they'd have 2 from the same Christmas special on…"
Josh Widdicombe, Tamzin Outhwaite, Billy Monger and Vogue Williams rounded out the Christmas special line-up.
Tayce achieved a maximum score from all four of the BBC show's judges.
It comes as The One Show confirmed the three latest names to sign up for Strictly.
First up was former Love Island winner Dani Dyer, 29, who recently tied the knot with Jarrod Bowen.
Next announced was actress Alex Kingston, 62, known for her role as River Song in Doctor Round.
The third and final celebrity announced was former footballing sensation Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One and iPlayer.

Bradley Walsh and his son Barney took over presenting duties from Ulrika Jonsson for the new series, and are set to return to the arena for its third season this year. Bring it on and get me up that travelator! But on a serious note, I genuinely can't wait to take part, I'm so excited. I grew up watching the show, so to now be taking on the Gladiators in real life is really cool." I may be a champion in the boxing ring, but this is different. I'm ready to give it everything I've got!" And Vogue shared: "This is wild. I have loved this show since I was little and I'll be living out my childhood dream just stepping into the arena. But I can't quite process how I'll actually face these amazing Gladiators.
