To everyone's amusement, every single player pointed to Stefon Diggs.
When Diggs himself was asked about it in the video, he responded with a laugh, saying, 'I'm a great guy. I'm actually a great guy… They just don't know me well enough.' Stefon Diggs early life and career
Stefon Diggs' path from a standout high school athlete in Maryland to one of the NFL's premier wide receivers is a story of grit, talent, and unwavering determination. Born on November 29, 1993, in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Diggs grew up with two younger brothers—Trevon and Darez—both of whom also pursued football careers.
At Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, Diggs emerged as a sensation during his junior year, amassing 810 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns. His electrifying play earned him five-star recruit status and the attention of college programs nationwide. But instead of heading far from home, he chose to stay close, enrolling at the University of Maryland to support his family.

Diggs made an immediate impact at Maryland, racking up 1,896 all-purpose yards as a freshman—nearly breaking the school record. Though injuries hampered his next two seasons, he still managed to tally 2,227 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns before declaring for the 2015 NFL Draft.
Despite being selected in the fifth round by the Minnesota Vikings, Diggs wasted no time making his mark. His defining moment came in 2017 with the legendary 'Minneapolis Miracle'—a dramatic 61-yard touchdown as time expired to defeat the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional Round. As Diggs once put it, 'You've got to go out there and make plays when your number is called.' And he lived by that mantra.
A 2020 trade to the Buffalo Bills launched the next phase of his career. That year, he led the NFL in both receptions (127) and receiving yards (1,535), earning First-Team All-Pro honors. His dominance helped power Buffalo to four consecutive AFC East titles.
In April 2024, Diggs signed with the Houston Texans. Although his debut season was shortened by a torn ACL, he still reached a major milestone—surpassing 10,000 career receiving yards—and even notched his first rushing touchdown.
Through every triumph and challenge, Stefon Diggs has proven himself a relentless competitor and an elite talent. His journey is a powerful reminder that heart, resilience, and dedication can turn dreams into legacy.

Sports nutritionist shares what to eat before a run: From 2 hours to 15 minutes
Running is a test of endurance and stamina, a power-packed cardio exercise that gets your heart pumping and actively burning calories. But to power through a run, what you eat beforehand in a way makes how much you can run without ending up in a huffing and puffing mess mid-run, far away from the finish line. To keep your running session sustainable, instead of following a standard meal before a run, fine-tune it as per the time you have until the run. Make sure you eat right so that you have stamina during the run.(Shutterstock) ALSO READ: Are you running correctly? 3 hacks to push long distances without getting tired Dubai-based sports nutritionist and dietitian Carolina Villalta, who frequently shares tips with her Instagram community for running better with proper nutrition. She revealed in an August 7 post that what you eat before a run depends on the timing, so you should adjust your meal or snack to match how long you have before you hit the track. What to eat 2 hours before a run? Carolina wrote that 'Longer window = fuller meal, a bit of fats and protein is fine!' So it means if you have around two hours before your run, then you can safely eat a standard meal with protein, fats and little carbs. The food will digest in between, and when it's time to hit the track, you will have plenty of energy. An oatmeal consisting of fruit and nut butter helps sustain energy because oats provide carbs for energy, fruits offer natural sugar, and nut butter adds healthy fats.(Shutterstock) Here are some meal options, she shared: • Rice with egg • Oats, fruit, nut butter • Toast, avocado, ham What to eat 45-60 minutes before a run? Next, if you have about an hour before your run, skip the heavy meal and instead, the sports nutritionist suggested going for lighter, quick-digesting carbs that can be digested fast. Any heavy carb will make your stomach feel heavy and bloated during a run, hence settling for lighter carbs. Caroline listed out three light carb options: • Toast, banana, cinnamon •Toast, honey/jam • Bowl of fruit or baby food pouch What to eat 30 minutes before run? For 30 minutes before a run, you have less digestion time, so keeping it light is essential. Carolina recommended topping off glycogen and hydration, giving your body a quick energy boost and fluid intake without causing the usual heaviness of a meal. Here are some of the options she shared: • 2–3 dates, 200 ml water •Watermelon • Small smoothie (banana + berries + oat milk) • Energy chews or a small carb gel What to eat when you have less than 15 minutes before run? At this point, there's no time for your body to digest solid food, so Carolina didn't include any solid meals at all. So she recommended options that give a quick boost without the bulk: •Electrolyte drink • Spoon of honey (if low on energy) or add to water bottle Note to readers: This article is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Canadian Local Questions Rules After Indian Family Plays Punjabi Songs At Beach
The clip begins with a man complaining about the loud music at the beach and showcases a picnic blanket with bags on it and a speaker playing Punjabi music, with no one around. It has only been a few weeks since the heated online debate over Civic Sense after a video of an Indian family allegedly throwing garbage in a forested roadside area in Canada went viral. Well, now it looks like the fire has caught some more air after a Canadian citizen called out an Indian family for playing loud music at the beach. Taking to Instagram, the man dropped a video claiming that local officials previously stopped him from performing at a beach and penalised him for it, but are letting others 'blast whatever kind of music they want." Canadian Man Lashes Out At Indian Family The clip begins with a man complaining about the loud music at the beach and showcases a picnic blanket with bags on it and a speaker playing Punjabi music, with no one around. 'This is another example of coming down to the beach and playing whatever music you want at whatever volume you want. These people are not even present, and everyone within 150 feet must listen to this. Great job, City of Barrie," the man remarked sarcastically. He went on to target the authorities for fining him for playing guitar on the beach. 'God forbid, I play guitar and raise funds for the Barrie Food Bank. That is unacceptable. But, fine, come here and blast whatever music you want; you don't have to listen to it; go play in the water while everyone else does," he said. How Did Social Media React? The video instantly surfaced online, prompting mixed reactions from the viewers. While many agreed with him, others asked him to stop hating everyone. An Instagram user commented, 'Welcome to Canada. Where immigrants get it all and Canadians with roots are the problem. Elbows up." Another one shared, 'Have the speaker join them in the water." One of them shared, 'Just confront them about it? Or request a slightly lower volume? I don't understand, is it a new trend to come and cry to the internet as a full-grown man? Cmon man. Find another spot, or request them. Weeping on the internet is not it." A comment reads, 'I think the dude is on point for not disturbing others' peace and doing things considering people around you." Another one penned, 'Okay, I will say that no matter what it is, it's so irritating to have someone blasting music in a public space." Indian Family Plays Loud Music In Malaysia In a similar incident, an Indian vlogger lashed out at his fellow travellers for playing loud music in the city. 'Wherever these Indians travel, they often cause a scene. There is now an Indian family here, and you may hear music in the background. They've arrived at a reserved forest blasting loud party music over Bluetooth for no apparent purpose. Everyone around them is judging them, but they remain absolutely unconcerned. This is disturbing," he said in the video. The clip has again reignited the debate on Public civic sense.
