Caprice says 'I've cheated on my husband' in shock confession

Daily Mirror2 days ago

Caprice Bourret is taking the romcom scene by storm, having already produced, starred in, and sold the screening rights to three films. The model-turned-actress, 53, has just finished her fourth film, marking another milestone in her flourishing career.
Chatting exclusively with OK! from sunny Ibiza, Caprice shares that these achievements rank highly on her list of proudest moments, second only to her two sons, Jax and Jett. With the boys growing up, she's diving headfirst back into work and loving every minute of it.
'I'm getting better every time, and I'm getting a reputation,' she says, from the set location of her latest movie, A Royal Romance In Ibiza. 'Some people respect me, some people don't like me because they just don't like me, but I am so proud of what I'm doing. I'm working hard and it's paying off'. Here, she tells us more about her exciting film career…
I won't beat around the bush here, but I don't care what people say. I'm really proud of what I've done. As a woman, and especially a woman at 53, I want to make good movies. I'm not only doing it, but I sell in 25 different countries, for a budget where I can see a return. For people out there scared to move forward for whatever reason I say, 'If you have a dream, don't worry about the obstacles, go out and do it'.
I think I was scared to. Being a model and in my forties, I thought things were finished. But actually with age comes confidence and experience, and now I don't work harder, I work smarter. I'm finally doing what I've always wanted to do. I think I did care what people said, 10 or 15 years ago.
Yes, and I think we'd be idiots if we didn't admit it. But let's show everyone that we shouldn't be scared of our age or the fact we're women, or maybe mothers. I don't say, 'I don't care what people think' in an arrogant or disrespectful way, I say it because I want to be an inspiration, I want to show people that regardless of the obstacles, self-imposed or not, we can do it.
I've got a great team, that makes a huge difference. I work very efficiently, I'm smarter, I'm better – that comes with experience. My career took a backseat for many years so I could be a mommy, but I want to have a career and I want to work, so I make it work.
I was very naive coming into it, I had no idea how hard or time-consuming it would be. Pre-production usually takes me about three-and-a-half months and that's working non-stop every day securing locations, booking actors, organising plane tickets, catering, hotel booking, transport, everything. And then dealing with the traumas on set.
We were filming two of five scenes in a restaurant here for this one, and the restaurant manager comes over and says, 'you have to get out, we're fully booked now and I'm not going to lose this kind of money'. So I called my friends and called a few restaurants, and found somewhere to finish the scenes and we didn't lose a day! That's what I mean by working smart.
Initially my team will make the first call. If the agent's being difficult, I'll jump in. Then if the agent's being really difficult, I'll find the number of the actor and call them myself! It's ballsy but you've got to do what you've got to do.
I remember the first smooch I did. I was so awkward and thought, 'Oh God, I've cheated on my husband!'. But there's always smooching. It's quite a robotic process. With this one, I said to Matt, 'I love this scene in this movie, let's watch it and break it down. You're going to look at me like we're crazy about each other, come closer, touch my cheek, then a very, very slow smooch, then break away and look at me for about three seconds'. That's it, no romance at all.
Well, when you have to snog in front of 60 people it's a bit awkward, and of course because my kids have been in my movies, they have to watch me snog somebody! I mean Ty is the love of my life and has no insecurities whatsoever, he finds it all entertaining, but it took Jett a minute.
Look, if someone comes to my production and demands this and that and yada, yada, yada, they're going to look like a schmuck. I want people to enjoy working, we have a laugh, I'm not precious about anything. It's not like there's a crazy amount of money in this, I'm doing this because I have a passion for it and I want to make things that myself and my kids are proud of. I have no time for egos.
If I said my face was all natural, everyone would know I'm a freaking liar! I love sharing my secrets. I wear SPF 70 every single day, I don't tan from the sun, I get fake tans, and I love Botox, it's fabulous. But I've recently discovered the best thing ever, called CO2 Fractional Laser. It totally tightens the skin, I had so many wrinkles under my eyes but they're all gone. It's insane.
I used to take 32 supplements but I'm down to about 20 now. I gave up carbs in January and after the craving went away, I felt fabulous. I've lost about 20lbs since then. It's the first time I've lost weight since the boys were born. But more importantly, I feel really good!

Peter Andre supports Liam Payne's girlfriend over 'signs' from the dead

EXCLUSIVE: Liam Payne's girlfriend Kate Cassidy has said she believes the late One Direction star leaves her 'signs' from beyond the grave - and Peter Andre is supporting her Peter Andre is not a stranger to grief. After losing his brother, Andrew, to kidney cancer in 2012, the dad of six is sympathising and relating to the late Liam Payne's girlfriend Kate Cassidy after she said she believes Liam leaves her 'signs'. The One Direction singer died at the age of 31 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina in October 2024. ‌ Kate has taken to social media to share what she considered to be a message from Liam months on from his death. The star shared a screenshot of the 4,444 shares on one of her social media posts, writing alongside it, "Hi Liam," with a white heart emoji. ‌ Kate has previously spoken about how 444 was her and Liam's angel number - a pattern of numbers that signifies a message of love and support. Kate wrote in her heartbreaking tribute to Liam at the time of her death that they both believed in that specific angel number. In his exclusive OK! Column, Peter could relate with Kate as he said: 'Some people will find that bonkers, but when I lost my brother, I remember many times when I thought he was sending me signs. It's easy for someone to say, 'That can't be true.'' ‌ 'But until you go through a personal experience like that, you ought not judge. If the thought of a sign offers comfort in dark times, why shouldn't people believe? My mum has such strong faith that there's life after death – who are we to challenge that faith and hope?' Pete was left heartbroken when Andrew passed away with his family at his bedside. A spokeswoman said at the time: 'Peter is devastated. He was very, very close to his brother. This is the very first family member Peter has experienced losing. He just needs time to grieve.' Andrew, who was diagnosed with kidney cancer in February 2012, was understood to have been responding well to treatment before his situation worsened in the November. ‌ His parents flew to the UK from their home in Australia to be at his bedside with his wife and daughter, as well as singer Peter. A family friend said: 'Everyone was with him when he passed away. They all did everything they could for Andrew and there wasn't one waking minute when he wasn't with somebody.' Peter was preparing for a show in Cardiff as part of his Up Close And Personal tour when he was told Andrew had taken a turn for the worse. He immediately cancelled his remaining tour dates this month so he could be with his brother. ‌ He even moved Andrew into his Surrey home so he could receive specialised treatment at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea, West London. Peter spent every moment possible at the hospital with his brother's wife Magda and the couple's daughter. Andrew frequently appeared in various reality TV shows alongside Peter and offered emotional support when his marriage to glamour model Katie Price broke down in May, 2009. At the time, Katie sent a message of support to her former husband on X. She wrote: 'My thoughts are with the Andre family at this difficult time xx.' Peter previously described his reaction on being told of his brother's illness, saying: 'I was horrified, so shocked, and I broke down. The tears were just rolling down my face and I've cried every day since.'

Ladbaby Roxanne Hoyle's rag to riches story - '£20 a week' to tea with Elton

Roxanne Hoyle, one half of internet sensation LadBaby, talks about her marriage to Mark, parenting, the dark side of fame - and a surreal celebrity moment involving Elton John She's the matriarch of Britain's most famous online family, amassing over a million followers, and a whopping five Christmas number ones. She's a comedy duo with her husband Mark, but Roxanne Hoyle – better known as LadBaby Mum – has faced her fair share of public scrutiny, from trolling to recent headlines about Mark's alleged fidelity (Roxanne insists that a man in a viral TikTok clip who seems to grope a woman on a night out was not her husband). Here, Roxanne opens up exclusively to OK! about parenting sons Phoenix, nine, and Kobe, seven, and her relationship with Mark – from those early days when they survived on '£20 a week' to being some of the most successful social media stars in history. ‌ ‌ Roxanne, you just celebrated your 10-year wedding anniversary – congrats! Thank you! We've been together longer than that, but yeah – 10 years married! For us, we're all about divide and conquer. We support each other, we have date nights, we're with the kids all the time and we work together – people always ask how we manage it! But, honestly, we're best mates. We've been through so much and come out stronger. I never thought I'd get married, let alone to someone I love so much and with two lovely boys. I'm really grateful. What was life for you two like before all this success? ‌ Well, we met over cocktails in London and fell in love – cheesy, but true. When we got pregnant with our first, Mark worked a couple of jobs and I stayed home. We had literally £20 a week to live on – it was joyful, but it was so hard. That's why we'll never forget where we came from. That's why we give back, support food banks and do what we do now. What is it about you and Mark that just works? We're like two big kids together. We never want to grow up and not have fun. After what we've been through, we just say, 'Why not?' If you get the chance, grab it. ‌ How do you protect your relationship, behind closed doors? We always talk, every day. We're close with our boys, too, they can come to us with anything. I think we've stayed the same people we were when we met 15 years ago. The world 's changed around us, but we haven't. ‌ You're very open about parenting – what's the hardest part? The fatigue – that phase when the boys were teething or not sleeping – I'd just be so tired. You can feel like you're losing yourself. But I'd always remind myself: it's a bad day, that's all. Would you have more kids? ‌ I'm really blessed with my two. People always say, 'Have a girl!' but I've got sisters and I'm happy. I feel lucky. You've said your story's one of 'never giving up'. Was writing your book, Our LadBaby Journey, emotional? Oh, yes. Mark and I are both dyslexic, so we talked it through together to write it. It was like reliving everything – the deepest, darkest moments, remembering that time, living in one room with a kettle and a bed, and then the joy of eloping for our wedding, having the kids, the Christmas songs, helping the food banks. On reflection, it was great, because we lived through that. Wow. All that before 40! It's absolutely insane. ‌ What were those dark moments you relived? Being trolled online – even when we were doing something nice, like a charity song with Ed Sheeran and Elton John. There was no reason for it, but people can be cruel. Then just the exhaustion of parenting, those early days. There were times I felt like, 'I can't do this'. But then you meet a nurse or someone who says, 'Thank you, your videos helped', and that just lifts you. ‌ You've faced harsh some comments online about your relationship, your looks – how do you deal with those? I ignore them. If anything, they light a fire in me to do more. I don't have time to waste on negativity. I can't listen. I'm just focused on the children and positivity and creating greatness that can go on to do even better things. That's what I do, that's who I am. You're looking amazing right now – has anything changed? ‌ I turned 40 last year – then everything changes! The kids are in school now, so I've got more time for me. I wanted to feel stronger, have more energy. I've changed a bit, but I'm still me. I'm embracing the age, but I also wanted more energy to keep up with my boys. I want to see them grow older, and be there for them – and able to outrun them! What's something people get wrong about you? That I've changed. But I'm still the same person. Just because I look different doesn't mean I've changed inside. I'm still just Rox. You've had five Christmas number ones – more than The Beatles! What's been a surreal celeb moment? Elton John singing back the lyrics I wrote on my sofa while drinking tea – that was cool! I even bought him silly Christmas glasses from Poundland for the video, and he wore them! Any music legends you'd love to collaborate with next? ‌ Mariah Carey would be hilarious. And Adele, singing about sausage rolls! Can you imagine? Would you do a reality show? I love a challenge. People are always asking when I'll go on Strictly because I'm always dancing – I'd love to beat Mark at dancing. I'd give it a go, as long as it's something where I could come out with a new skill. You recently visited Downing Street for the Formula for Change campaign, to make sure families have access to affordable baby formula. Why was that important to you? People should be able to afford to feed a baby – motherhood's hard enough as it is. We've always tried to use our platform for good, and to see over 100,000 people sign that petition blew us away. Our followers made a huge difference. I just pray it goes on to change the world.
