Aaron Rodgers offers cold response to kid who claimed star QB almost hit him with golf ball
A video posted to social media on Sunday showed Rodgers walking to the next hole at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course in Nevada when a kid yelled out that the NFL star almost hit him.
"Almost doesn't count," Rodgers responded as he strolled toward the tee box.
It was one of two viral moments the four-time NFL MVP had with fans during the tournament.
On Saturday, Rodgers refused to sign an autograph after he quizzed the man about the one pass he threw in a game in 2005 when he was still a backup to Brett Favre with the Green Bay Packers. The fan claimed he had a ticket from the game.
The fan couldn't name the player Rodgers threw a pass to when the quarterback asked. Rodgers then refused to sign anything for him and declared him an "autograph hound."
Rodgers finished 15th in the American Century Championship golf tournament with a Stableford score of 44.
Former NHL star Joe Pavelski won the tournament with a 73. He defeated Baseball Hall of Famer John Smoltz, who previously told Fox News Digital he was feeling good about his chances of winning the tournament.
Rodgers, now, will look ahead toward training camp in his first year with the Steelers.

Ziering went on to say that he misses Doherty and that he thinks of her "often." "Your kind heart that so few really got to see. I still carry all of it with me. Rest easy, Shan," he concluded. Dozens of fans took to the comments section of the post to send Ziering love and to let him know that his tribute was "beautifully written." Princess Kate, Prince William attend Wimbledon men's final
Princess Catherine and Prince William attended the Wimbledon men's singles final Sunday along with their eldest two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Kate has attended the prestigious tennis tournament in London nearly every year since 2011, and she was also in attendance for Saturday's women's singles final. Despite that dismal match — Iga Swiatek crushed Amanda Anisimova 6-0, 6-0 — Kate brought the family back for Sunday's men's final between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner, who most recently played a stirring final at the French Open in June. George, 11, and Charlotte, 10, have attended matches in the royal box on Centre Court alongside their parents before. George first attended the tournament in 2022, and Charlotte watched her first match in person the next year. However, Kate and William's youngest child, 7-year-old Prince Louis, has not yet attended the tournament. Kate has missed Wimbledon only once in the past 15 years, skipping in 2013 when she was several months pregnant with George. Last year, her appearance at the men's final between Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic was one of the first times she stepped out in public after being diagnosed with cancer earlier in the year. The Prince and Princess of Wales were not the only royals in attendance Sunday. King Felipe of Spain also watched the match, presumably cheering on his countryman, Alcaraz. _________

Kobe Bryant not in NBA's all-time top 10? Shaq thinks that ranking is 'criminal'

On Monday, Bleacher Report released its list of the "top 100 NBA players ever," based on a compilation of rankings from a "legion of B/R NBA experts, writers and editors." Shaq's beef was with the placement of his former Lakers teammate, the late Kobe Bryant, who landed outside of the top 10. He left his comment a little more than an hour after the original Bleacher Report post went live. Here are the 10 players ranked ahead of Bryant, in order from the top: Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Bill Russell, O'Neal, Tim Duncan, Larry Bird, Wilt Chamberlain and Stephen Curry.
