Taylor Swift Super Bowl 2026 halftime performance gaining steam on prediction market after ‘New Heights' appearance
A Taylor Swift Super Bowl halftime show is gaining steam.
In the days since the pop star joined boyfriend Travis Kelce's 'New Heights' podcast, the rumor mill has churned about a potential on-stage appearance at Levi's Stadium during the Big Game.
And prediction markets have followed.
Since Swift's podcast appearance, her odds of being the headline performer at Super Bowl 2026 have skyrocketed.

As recently as last Monday, Swift's chances to get the nod were just 6 percent at Kalshi, which was well behind Post Malone (19 percent) and Metallica (13 percent).
Kalshi is a CFTC-licensed derivative market that allows betting on real-life events.
Now, with her fans speculating that the 14-time Grammy award winner hinted toward a potential Super Bowl halftime appearance during her conversation with Kelce and his older brother, ex-Eagles star Jason Kelce, Swift is suddenly a massive favorite to get behind the mic in Santa Clara.
4 Kalshi is giving Taylor Swift a 59 percent chance to be the Super Bowl 60 halftime performer as of 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.
Kalshi
On Saturday afternoon, Kalshi is giving Swift a 59 percent chance to be the next halftime performer, with more than $272,000 wagered.
On Friday night, she reached as high as 65 percent.
Some of the so-called hints on the podcast seem far-fetched, but the Swifties are apparently convinced by how quickly Kalshi's odds shifted.

She also mentioned that she's thinking about sourdough bread '60 percent of the time,' which her fans claim was a nod to Super Bowl 60.
After Jason Swift a long introduction, the singer thanked him 'for screaming for like 47 seconds for me.'
Betting on the NFL?
Levi's Stadium just so happened to be her 47th stop on her 'Eras' tour.
Whether she was dropping Easter eggs — or, perhaps, bread crumbs — or not, it appears a Swiftie halftime show is as real a possibility as ever.

Patrick Mahomes had doubts about Travis Kelce's romance with Taylor Swift at first
Patrick Mahomes was doubtful when Kansas City Chiefs team-mate Travis Kelce told him he was dating Taylor Swift. The Chiefs quarterback revealed that his friend Kelce had told him about the pair's relationship but explained that it was only when the pop star attended her first NFL game in September 2023 that he realised that the romance was genuine. Speaking in the ESPN docuseries The Kingdom, Mahomes said: "He told me during the week. It was one of those where I gotta see it until I believe it." Travis and Taylor's relationship was confirmed when the Blank Space singer attended the Chiefs' Arrowhead Stadium for the NFL clash against the Chicago Bears and Mahomes admits that her presence at the game generated a "buzz". The 29-year-old sports star said: "You definitely felt the buzz and you could see people in the stadium gravitating towards where she was up there. At the same time, we had business to handle." Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones was astonished when the team discovered Taylor's relationship with Kelce. He recalled in the documentary: "We were in the locker room like, 'Taylor Swift's here. Taylor Swift? For real? With Travis? Oh my God!' "We were like, 'Oh my God Travis pulled Taylor Swift.'" Taylor recently compared Travis wooing her to being a John Hughes movie as she opened up about how the pair's romance came about. The 35-year-old singer said in a revealing interview on her boyfriend and his brother Jason Kelce's New Heights podcast: "This dude didn't get a meet and greet and he's making it everyone's problem. "That's what I thought at first... You realise he didn't even reach out to our management. He came with Pat [Mahomes] and he thought that because he knows the elevator lady, that he could talk to her about just getting down to my dressing room." She continued: "It felt more like I was in an '80s John Hughes movie, and he was standing outside of my window with a boombox saying, 'I want to date you! Do you want to go on a date with me? I made you a friendship bracelet! Do you want to date me?" The Cardigan singer acknowledged that Travis, 35, turned out to be the guy she'd been manifesting in her songs. She smiled: "I was like, 'If this guy's not crazy, this is sort of what I've been writing songs about wanting to happen to me since I was a teenager.'"

Did Dillon Gabriel throw shade at Shedeur Sanders?
Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel gave a very curious quote during his preseason debut on Saturday in Philadelphia against the Eagles. While talking with a sideline reporter, Gabriel said that "there's entertainers and competitors... and my job is to compete." As soon as Gabriel said that, folks wondered if he was throwing shade at fellow rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, who has embraced his celebrity status over the years. The most likely answer to this was always no, as Gabriel clearly isn't careless enough to throw his teammate under the bus on live television. Not even a rookie should make that kind of mistake. After the game, Gabriel affirmed the obvious that he wasn't talking about Sanders at all, more so prioritizing his NFL career and role as a quarterback over having a presence in the media. That makes much more sense. However, that explanation and the context around it won't stop folks from thinking Gabriel got in a subtle diss at Sanders. It's not the case, but the internet will likely run with it anyhow. Who has won the Cleveland quarterback battle? There is no winner just yet, but veteran quarterback Joe Flacco is atop the depth chart. This article originally appeared on For The Win: Did Dillon Gabriel throw shade at Shedeur Sanders?
