Starbucks unveils summer menu with 'next level' Tiramisu range and US drink

Metro24-04-2025

Starbucks has just unveiled its new UK summer menu and coffee lovers across the nation are truly in for a treat.
That's because the drinks chain is launching a new range of iced beverages inspired by an Italian classic — Tiramisu.
Cue the drooling…
The range features three new drinks made with a vanilla mascarpone flavour cream cold foam, bringing an 'innovative twist' to the iconic dessert.
First up, there's the Tiramisu Cream Iced Latte (prices start from £4.95) which sees vanilla mascarpone flavour sauce mixed with espresso, milk and ice. This is layered with a mocha drizzle then topped with the cold foam and dusted with mocha powder.
Then you have the Tiramisu Cream Iced Oat Shaken Espresso (prices start from £5.05) made by shaking together Starbucks Blonde Espresso with vanilla mascarpone flavour sauce and ice. Add a mocha drizzle, a splash of oat drink and top with that all-important cold foam and mocha dusting and voila.
Finally there's a Tiramisu Frappuccino (prices start from £5.05), which features all of the ingredients from above, but sees the vanilla mascapone sauce, milk and coffee blended with a coffeee Frappuccino base.
And just when you thought things couldn't get any better, Starbucks has also confirmed it's bringing a US favourite over to the UK as well, but in a brand new flavour.
Customers will be able to order a Melon Pearl Starbucks Refresha, which features 'juicy' pearls which burst with a melon flavour when bitten.
This fruity iced drink is the chain's take on the bubble tea trend and first launched in the US last summer, with raspberry pearls.
Starbucks claims the pearls have proved a 'roaring success' over the pond, which is why they're now launching in other countries too. The mango flavour is exclusive to the UK for now.
As well as the Melon Pearl Refresha, there's also a Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refresha launching here for the first time, offering a refreshing spin on the popular drink which gets blended with ice in this version.
It's not just drinks that are new, the food menu is also getting a shake-up for summer, with two plant-based lunch options being added – a Mexican Style Three Bean Wrap (£4.20) and a Meat-free Sausage Sandwich (£4.95).
Sandwich lovers will also be able to order a new Chicken Salad Sandwich (£3.40) which combines sliced chicken breast with a lemon and pepper mayo, lettuce and tomatoes on malted bread, and breakfast lovers can rejoice as the Signature Breakfast Sandwich (£4.85) is back.
And for people missing the Chicken, Mozzarella and Pesto Focaccia (£5.40), this is also going to be available once more too.
For those who prefer something sweet, the Boston Cream Muffin is returning as well, along with the Raspberry and Coconut Loaf Cake (both £2.90). Yum!
The full summer menu will be available in Starbucks stores nationwide (excludes Northern Ireland) from May 1. However, Rewards members will have early access to the Tiramisu Cream Cold Foam range from select stores as of April 24.
To become a Rewards member, simply download the app and sign up. You then scan the digital card on the app when you pay, or you can order on it and collect later, as long as you are aged 18 and over.
Fans online have been freaking out over the new Tiramisu menu, after the chain teased it on Instagram. More Trending

Ange Postecoglou SACKED by Tottenham despite finally ending Spurs' 17-year trophy drought with Europa League triumph

Spurs beat Manchester United 1-0 in Bilbao to lift the Europa League last month - sparking incredible scenes, both at San Mames and back home at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Nevertheless, chairman Daniel Levy has decided to end the Aussie's reign, with the club's dire Premier League form costing Postecoglou his job. Tottenham finished the season with a 4-1 home defeat by Brighton that left them 17th in the table with 38 points - their worst in Prem history. They fell six points short of their previous worst points tally of 44 in 1997-98. As SunSport reported Fabio Paratici is to return to Tottenham as managing director and will play a key role in finding the club's next manager. The Italian, 52, was the club's managing director of football between 2021 and 2023, before being forced to resign in April 2023 after being hit with a two-and-a-half-year worldwide ban by Fifa due to financial malpractice at previous club Juventus. They were top of the table until a crazy 4-1 home defeat by Chelsea and a slew of injuries in late October triggered a steady decline in form. Tottenham finished fifth following a dismal end to the campaign, but many fans still felt optimistic about Postecoglou's tenure. However, Spurs struggled with a long list of injuries this season and despite a landmark 4-0 win over champions Man City at the Etihad in November, they were frustratingly fragile domestically. Following the City thrashing, Spurs won just one Premier League game in the next 71 days - and that was against Southampton - before eventually ending their barren run at Brentford in January. 'QUE SERA, SERA' Postecoglou pleaded for patience amid a heavy injury crisis across the winter months. And with his first choice defence and front line restored, he was able to guide Spurs to Europa League glory. Following the final, Postecoglou said: "I would be disappointed if we don't continue on this path. "It is difficult to buy into one person's vision. I have been a serial winner. I know people dismiss what I have won because it didn't happen here, but they were hard earned. "There is huge relief. You carry the weight of responsibility and 150 times I have been a spokesman for this club. "There are no planned meetings. I'll go back to my hotel room with friends and family, open up a nice bottle of scotch, a massive parade on Friday, game on Sunday against Brighton and then holiday. Then que sera, sera." Postecoglou added: "I know our league form has been unacceptable, but coming third was not going to change this football club, winning a trophy would, that was my ambition and I was prepared to wear it if it did not happen. "People kept reminding me of it because we were getting closer but I'm happy with that."
