Starbucks unveils summer menu with 'next level' Tiramisu range and US drink
That's because the drinks chain is launching a new range of iced beverages inspired by an Italian classic — Tiramisu.
Cue the drooling…
The range features three new drinks made with a vanilla mascarpone flavour cream cold foam, bringing an 'innovative twist' to the iconic dessert.
First up, there's the Tiramisu Cream Iced Latte (prices start from £4.95) which sees vanilla mascarpone flavour sauce mixed with espresso, milk and ice. This is layered with a mocha drizzle then topped with the cold foam and dusted with mocha powder.
Then you have the Tiramisu Cream Iced Oat Shaken Espresso (prices start from £5.05) made by shaking together Starbucks Blonde Espresso with vanilla mascarpone flavour sauce and ice. Add a mocha drizzle, a splash of oat drink and top with that all-important cold foam and mocha dusting and voila.
Finally there's a Tiramisu Frappuccino (prices start from £5.05), which features all of the ingredients from above, but sees the vanilla mascapone sauce, milk and coffee blended with a coffeee Frappuccino base.
And just when you thought things couldn't get any better, Starbucks has also confirmed it's bringing a US favourite over to the UK as well, but in a brand new flavour.
Customers will be able to order a Melon Pearl Starbucks Refresha, which features 'juicy' pearls which burst with a melon flavour when bitten.
This fruity iced drink is the chain's take on the bubble tea trend and first launched in the US last summer, with raspberry pearls.
Starbucks claims the pearls have proved a 'roaring success' over the pond, which is why they're now launching in other countries too. The mango flavour is exclusive to the UK for now.
As well as the Melon Pearl Refresha, there's also a Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refresha launching here for the first time, offering a refreshing spin on the popular drink which gets blended with ice in this version.
It's not just drinks that are new, the food menu is also getting a shake-up for summer, with two plant-based lunch options being added – a Mexican Style Three Bean Wrap (£4.20) and a Meat-free Sausage Sandwich (£4.95).
Sandwich lovers will also be able to order a new Chicken Salad Sandwich (£3.40) which combines sliced chicken breast with a lemon and pepper mayo, lettuce and tomatoes on malted bread, and breakfast lovers can rejoice as the Signature Breakfast Sandwich (£4.85) is back.
And for people missing the Chicken, Mozzarella and Pesto Focaccia (£5.40), this is also going to be available once more too.
For those who prefer something sweet, the Boston Cream Muffin is returning as well, along with the Raspberry and Coconut Loaf Cake (both £2.90). Yum!
The full summer menu will be available in Starbucks stores nationwide (excludes Northern Ireland) from May 1. However, Rewards members will have early access to the Tiramisu Cream Cold Foam range from select stores as of April 24.
To become a Rewards member, simply download the app and sign up. You then scan the digital card on the app when you pay, or you can order on it and collect later, as long as you are aged 18 and over.
Fans online have been freaking out over the new Tiramisu menu, after the chain teased it on Instagram. More Trending

Gianluigi Donnarumma's agent blasts PSG and provides update as 'terms agreed' with Man City
Gianluigi Donnarumma's agent has opened fire on PSG and their treatment of the goalkeeper with his time in Paris up as Manchester City look to swoop in and sign him Gianluigi Donnarumma is set for the PSG exit door and Manchester City have come forward as a likely suitor as the Italian's situation in Paris looks to be irretrievable. Fallout has intensified after a changing of the guard in between the sticks. The goalkeeper, who helped the French giants claim Champions League glory last term, has found himself shunned by manager Luis Enrique and is not in the squad for Wednesday's European Super Cup clash with Tottenham. New signing Lucas Chevalier has come straight in and is set to be the first choice. City have wasted no time in seizing on the situation. They have reached an agreement in principle with Donnarumma regarding personal terms, according to L'Equipe. The goalkeeper has already engaged in positive discussions with City boss Pep Guardiola as those at the Etihad look to swoop in. It could open the door for Ederson, who has been linked with a move away, to join Galatasaray as those in Manchester continue to overhaul their squad. Donnarumma's agent Enzo Raiola, who has been left fuming by the situation, admits England is a serious option. He said: 'We will consider solutions now, maybe in Premier League there will be clubs able to pay what's needed. Paris Saint-Germain are asking for big money. They talk about respect, but it's only about the money. He =added: 'We are shocked by PSG. There's zero respect by the club after 4 years together. We will consider the situation also with our legal team. Gigio was even ready to reduce his salary but PSG changed the conditions again', told Sky Sport. Initial reports had claimed the Italian would be available for around £26million, but others have suggested it could be as high as £40m. City deem the second figure to be too high and may need to negotiate with the Parisians if they are to land the 26-year-old, who has also been linked with Manchester United. Donnarumma's situation has escalated after a contract fall-out, which has reportedly seen the Italian ask for a 50 percent hike on his current £210,000 per week salary - although that contradicts what his agent says - despite PSG wanting to change their wage structure. And on Tuesday he vented his frustration at being forced out by Luis Enrique. He posted on Instagram: 'Unfortunately, someone has decided that I can no longer be part of the group and contribute to the team's success. I am disappointed and disheartened. I hope to have the opportunity to look the fans at the Parc des Princes in the eyes one more time and say goodbye as it should be done.' Plans for £2.7m transformation of Troon's pool submitted
The transformation of Troon Swimming Pool is a step closer following the submission of a major planning application. The £2.7m project aims to secure the venue's future as a modern, accessible hub for community sport, health, and wellbeing. Architects Holmes Miller, set out proposals for a significant extension, full internal refurbishment, and external recladding of the council-owned facility on Jubilee Road. Background works have been ongoing, through engagement with council leisure services, staff, and user representatives, in a bid to ensure the plans are linked to the wishes of the community and operational priorities. One of the most notable changes is a dramatic expansion of the 'dry-side' faciilities on offer. The existing fitness gym, currently just 95m² and described as small, awkwardly shaped, and poorly suited to modern use, would be replaced by a 260m² purpose-designed space. The new gym will feature cardio, strength, and free-weight zones, contemporary interior finishes, improved lighting, and enhanced ventilation to create a bright, energising environment. Alongside it, a dedicated multi-purpose fitness studio will be introduced to cater for group exercise classes, functional training, and other flexible activities – a provision currently missing from the facility. Council officers say this expansion is intended to meet growing community demand for high-quality gym and studio spaces, increase participation in fitness activities, and boost the venue's commercial viability. Another key part of the plans is a complete overhaul of the changing facilities. The current pool side changing areas – split into separate male and female spaces – have been dubbed outdated, inefficient, and unwelcoming. These would be replaced by a modern, mixed-sex 'changing village' that the developers say will improve privacy and inclusivity for all users, including families, people with disabilities, and older adults. The reconfigured plan will also reduce awkward spaces, improve circulation, and clearly separate wet and dry activity zones. A new dry changing area will be created specifically for gym and studio users, providing appropriate support for the expanded fitness facilities. Externally, the pool building will be reclad to improve energy efficiency, reduce maintenance needs, and give the venue a modern appearance. The proposals reference the town's distinctive use of red and cream sandstone, suggesting a modern interpretation of this palette to harmonise the extension with its surroundings while giving the building a stronger civic identity. The main entrance and frontage will be redesigned to create a more inviting arrival point for visitors and a clearer connection to the town's public realm. Troon Swimming Pool has been a fixture in the town for decades, opening in the early 1990s to replace the outdoor swimming 'pond' on the seafront, which first welcomed bathers in 1931. The outdoor pool was demolished in the late 1980s, but its adjacent Italian Rock Garden remains as a public amenity. The current indoor facility sits just a short walk from the seafront, close to public transport links, and is well-used by both residents and visitors. A modest 90m² extension was added in the early 2000s to create the present gym, but demand for fitness provision has since outgrown the space. South Ayrshire Council say the redevelopment aims to: Enhance the fitness offer to support health and wellbeing Improve the visitor experience Ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all users Deliver a sustainable, energy-efficient building through fabric and service upgrades If approved, the refurbishment and extension would be delivered while maintaining the building's core function as a swimming and leisure centre. The council says the investment will help secure the site's long-term viability in an increasingly competitive leisure market and ensure Troon residents continue to benefit from high-quality public sports facilities.
