‘Mahavatar Narsimha' box office collection day 6: Ashwin Kumar's animated film picks up pace; mints Rs 37.05 crore
Ashwin Kumar
's animated spiritual drama 'Mahavatar Narsimha' has raked in an impressive Rs 37.05crore in just six days, as reported by Sacnilk.
Despite limited expectations during its initial release, the film has gained traction steadily across languages, particularly in Hindi and Telugu belts. Word-of-mouth, coupled with curiosity around its mythological subject, has worked in its favour, pushing the collections higher each day. What's most remarkable is how a film with humble regional collections early on has managed to go national, and now global.
Hindi and Telugu versions lead the charge
The real push has come from the Hindi-speaking belt, where the film has collected a staggering Rs 20.9 crore net by Day 6. Day-by-day growth has been consistent.
Reportedly, the figures jumped from Rs 1.75 crore on opening day to Rs 7.50 crore on Day 6. The Telugu version has also shown strong performance, earning Rs 7.62 crore so far. These two languages have contributed the lion's share of the total earnings.
These collections have helped 'Mahavatar Narsimha' stand tall despite lower figures in other versions.

Ashwin Kumar's vision finds unexpected success
Directed by Ashwin Kumar, 'Mahavatar Narsimha' is turning out to be a breakthrough for Indian animation cinema. The animation, backed by emotional storytelling and a sense of cultural depth, has clicked with family audiences and young viewers alike.
With zero overseas contribution so far, the entire Rs 37.05 crore collection has come from domestic screens, making its success even more commendable. If current trends hold, the film could well cross Rs 40 crore in its first week.

Let's step inside and explore his dream space. Prime location with stunning ocean views Hrithik's dream home is located on the Juhu‑Versova Link Road, one of the most desirable addresses in Mumbai. Known for its excellent connectivity, this stretch links easily to other parts of the city while being close to shops, office spaces, and malls. The surroundings are well maintained, adding to the charm of living in such a prime spot. The biggest advantage of this location is the breathtaking view of the Arabian Ocean. From the moment you walk into the apartment, the vast blue water becomes a part of the backdrop, creating a sense of calm and openness that city living often lacks. Massive space spread across three floors As reported by Republic World, Hrithik's home is far from an average Mumbai apartment. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like When Knee Pain Hits, Start Eating These Foods, and Feel Your Pain Go Away (It's Genius) Read More Undo Spanning a huge 38,000 square feet, the property occupies the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of Mannat Apartments. What makes it even more unique is how it came together, the home was created by combining 46 smaller flats, each about 800 square feet. The result is a sprawling sky‑high space with enough room for every corner to have its own personality. Breezy vibes straight from the sea According to Architectural Digest, the airy feel of the home isn't just down to clever design. The fresh sea breeze from the Arabian Sea drifts straight into the apartment, giving it a light, open atmosphere throughout the day. One of the highlights of the space is the large den next to the living room. This is not just a quiet corner, it's where Hrithik spends quality time with his two sons. The sea air, the natural light, and the relaxed design make it a favourite hangout spot in the home. A creative hub for work and play The den also doubles as Hrithik's private office, filled with bound scripts and books on filmmaking. Adding a creative edge is a life‑size graffiti mural by Daku, often called the 'Banksy of India', painted on a white brick wall. On weekends, Hrithik transforms this wall into a big screen, projecting films for a cosy home‑cinema experience. He often shares glimpses of his gym and living room on social media, especially during workout sessions with his mother. Designed with the sea, travel and family in mind The design and colour palette of the home draw inspiration from the sea, with themes of travel and family woven in. As Architectural Digest revealed, Hrithik even travelled to Dubai to select the larger furniture pieces himself. Though the house boasts elegant décor, it remains child‑ and pet‑friendly. Artworks and artefacts, including a Desmond Lazaro quadriptych and a panel of vintage architectural blueprints, bring character to the space.
