Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's reps have reportedly dropped a joint statement regarding their breakup and what comes after that. The ex-couple will now put their main focus on their 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom.
Per Us Weekly, the statement by the representatives began by stating, 'Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting.' The reps continued, 'They will continue to be seen together as a family.' They added, 'as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.'
As reported by the news outlet, 'sources' told them that the split between Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom was 'a long time coming.' They claimed that things between the ex-couple had been 'tense for months.' Perry and Bloom reportedly got engaged back in 2019 on Valentine's Day. They welcomed their daughter Daisy a year later, in 2020.
In the meantime, Katy Perry is currently on her 'The Lifetimes Tour.' It commenced on April 23 and will come to an end on December 7. Meanwhile, Orlando Bloom was recently spotted solo in Venice for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's star-studded wedding.
After their split, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor has also shared several cryptic quotes through an Instagram post recently. 'Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself,' read one of the quotes.
