Britain's Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli quits after 2 years

Bruno Tonioli, who was formerly a judge on Strictly Come Dancing, has stepped away from the role on BGT due to other filming commitments.
Rapper KSI, who featured as a guest judge on this year's series, is in talks to become Bruno's permanent replacement, according to The Sun.
A show insider told The Sun: 'Bruno has officially quit Britain's Got Talent and they are hoping that KSI will replace him.
"He absolutely loved being on the panel with Simon, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden but Bruno just can't juggle his schedule with filming. There is no bad blood and Bruno is leaving with a smile on his face.'
Bruno's ongoing commitments include US dance competition Dancing With The Stars.
Earlier this week, rumours had circulated about Bruno quitting the show as a source said: "The filming schedule in 2024 meant that Bruno could get away with not being present for filming one week of auditions."
"But it would be virtually impossible for him to miss two weeks, because in the final edit, that equates to half the episodes in the new three-month run of BGT, which will air from February of 2026."
The 69-year-old joined the judging panel in 2023 alongside Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon, following David Walliams' departure.
Newcomer KSI, born Olajide 'JJ' Olatunji, is an internet personality, musician and boxer.

KSI proved to be a massive hit with viewers when he joined the panel for BGT's Blackpool auditions this year and went on to appear at the live semi-finals.

Love Island shock twist as MORE dumped stars return to villa in just a few days' time – and it's going to be explosive

LOVE Island stars are set for another shock twist as a slew of former contestants will return in "explosive" scenes. The Sun can exclusively report how the "entire" 2025 Love Island cohort will make a second entrance into the Mallorca villa. 6 6 6 We can reveal how they will come "face to face" with current Islanders - which might make for many awkward moments to come. A source told us the scenes will air on ITV2 soon and said: "The entire cast will be returning to the villa this week - just like the 'jury' in All Stars earlier this year. "They'll come face to face with the stars who dumped them, and in some cases, have slagged them off live on TV!" Previously, All Stars alum Mitch Taylor told how show bosses kept their season's jury vote secret from the stars. Last year, he told how they were not allowed to discuss their nominations or have any interaction with the cast. Meanwhile, in February All Stars beauty Liv Hawkins reignited her feud with model Grace Jackson. The bad blood was sparked when Liv returned briefly with a major revelation about the Manchester lass during the dumping ceremony. She claimed she'd seen text messages from Grace to someone where she'd declared she would "do anything to win the show this time". Our source added of the current show twist: "It'll be explosive and must watch TV - during All Stars Liv Hawkins spilled a secret that changed the outcome of the entire show so the cast will be VERY nervous when they realise what is about to happen!" Watch the moment This Morning accidentally reveals Love Island bombshell is returning to the villa live on TV It comes as fans are already convinced Helena and Blu have been secretly given the boot after the pair did not appear in the show's preview clip. Meanwhile, axed star Giorgio also let slip he was making a comeback live on This Morning. HUGE RETURN Meanwhile, the former show stars will be following in the footsteps of Megan and Blu, who made their surprise comebacks last week. The public previously turned on Megan after she dumped Tommy for Conor in her final few days. Yet she has re-coupled with Conor now she's back in the matchmaking show compound. LOVE ISLAND 2025 - ALL the dumped stars so far LOVE Island 2025 is in its penultimate week. Here are all the dumped Islanders so far ... Sophie Lee Blu Chegini (has since returned) Malisha Jordan Will Means Shea Mannings Poppy Harrison Caprice Alexandra Megan Clarke (has since returned) Remell Mullins Ryan Bannister Alima Gagigo Martin Enitan Chris Middleton Yas Broom Rheo Parnel Giorgio Russo Emily Moran Andrada Pop Ben Holbrough Tommy Bradley Lucy Quinn Lauren Wood Harrison Solomon (quit) Emma Munro Boris Vidovic Billykiss Azeez Blu was initially dumped after being left single - and had to fight for his place opposite bombshell Shea. He is now in a friendship couple with Helena, after she split with Harry. Megan said before heading back to Love Island: "I'm excited to go back in, I think I left quite abruptly and I'm going back in for some clarity. "It was an easy decision to make. When you can't speak to people for a couple of weeks and have to watch them on telly every night, you want some answers." Blu said: "There's a bit of open space now and people know the game a little bit more, so hopefully the couple of girls I've got my eyes on are willing to explore. "I told you all from the get go I'm not leaving and I'm not f***ing leaving!" Yet sadly he has been accused of being "furniture" after being pied three times on his show return. 6 6 6

Midsomer Murders mystery over 'missing' new episodes as fan favourite takes on new role

Midsomer Murders' theatre show might soon be getting underway but fans have been left puzzled by a set of 'missing' episodes that are yet to air on ITV Midsomer Murders fans have been left puzzled over a string of 'missing' episodes. A new version of the hit ITV drama is now in the works, with a stage show seeing a former star take on the lead role. ‌ Daniel Casey - who played young Troy in the first series of the hit ITV show alongside John Nettles, who played DCI Barnaby - will now take on the role of Barnaby in a special UK tour of Midsomer Murders: The Killings at Badger's Drift. ‌ Speaking about his new role, Daniel said: "I never expected to revisit the world of Midsomer, with its weird and wonderful characters and all their dark, twisted secrets. So to be asked to play the iconic role of Detective Chief Inspector Barnaby in this new stage adaptation of The Killings at Badger's Drift was a real surprise. Workshopping the play, you realise the characters have an inherent theatricality, which is perfect to bring to the stage. ‌ "It has brought back some wonderful memories of such a happy time in my career playing Sergeant Troy and the fantastic time I had working with the amazing John Nettles and to be stepping into his shoes as Barnaby is both a little daunting and incredibly exciting." John also had his say on his former second-in-command taking on the lead role. ‌ "How wonderful that the original tale of murder and intrigue in Midsomer will be solved by Daniel, in this new stage version of Badger's Drift. Daniel brought the young Troy to life so brilliantly in the original TV pilot of the book and I'm delighted that he gets to lead the investigation in this theatre adaption," he said of the new part for his former sergeant. "He has a fabulous track record in his stage work – and had a marvellous DCI to teach him the detecting ropes, back in the day!" Ahead of the stage show, fans have been desperate to find out when the programme will be back on ITV. It has aired sporadically as of late, owing to TV schedules and changes. There had also been fears that the show might have been axed. However, the 24th series has been confirmed for ITV eventually, with the four-episode line-up already airing abroad. Kicking off with The Devil's Work, the synopsis reads: "The demise of the Shirewell patriarch sparks a vicious inheritance dispute when eldest son Lucian announces plans to break up an estate that's been in his family for centuries." Following that, there will be Book Of The Dead, Claws Out and A Climate Of Death.

James Nesbitt ‘honoured' to accept LIPA companionship from Paul McCartney

The 60-year-old, who starred in ITV drama Cold Feet, praised the work of students at the institute, as he was honoured alongside James Bond director Sir Sam Mendes, actor Adrian Lester and indie band The Wombats, who were formed at LIPA. Nesbitt said at the ceremony: 'I'm so honoured to accept this award from LIPA. Sir Paul McCartney joined his Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) companions for 2025 (Peter Byrne/PA) 'When I visited a few months ago to speak to a group of students I was immediately struck by just what an extraordinary seat of learning this is, home to inspirational teachers and magnificent facilities out of which clearly pours creativity, innovation, passion, authenticity, collaboration and joy. 'After my talk I was lucky enough to see a short scene from a new take on Oklahoma. It was honestly astonishing, breathtaking and, somehow, courageous.' The Northern Ireland-born actor also starred as civil rights activist Ivan Cooper in the film Bloody Sunday (2002), and has also appeared in The Missing, Occupation and Murphy's Law. He was nominated for a Golden Globe for his lead role in Steven Moffat's Jekyll, portrayed Bofur in The Hobbit trilogy, and is a Unicef ambassador. The event was held at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall (Peter Byrne/PA) Nesbitt was awarded an OBE in 2016 in recognition of his services to drama and to the community in Northern Ireland. Others being honoured by Sir Paul were director Gay Linvill, who has directed episodes of The Big Bang Theory, and Go Live Theatre chief executive and arts accessibility campaigner Sita McIntosh. The LIPA was founded by Sir Paul and Mark Featherstone-Witty in 1996, on the site of the old Liverpool Institute – the former school of both Sir Paul and Beatles bandmate George Harrison, and the adjacent Liverpool Art College, once attended by John Lennon. This year's graduation ceremony celebrated the achievements of around 420 graduating students from more than 30 countries, including Colombia, Hong Kong and India.
