Sam Thompson was left mortified as Pete Wicks reads old thirsty tweet from a fan who has turned out to be a main feature of this year edition of Love Island.
Sam Thompson was left mortified as Pete Wicks reads old thirsty tweet from Love Island star.

The former Made in Chelsea star, 32, was joined by his best friend to record an episode of their Staying Relevant podcast, when Pete dug up an old tweet directed towards Sam.

At first, reading out the tweet, Pete said: "Where do I apply to sit on Sam Thompson's face? Asking for a mate." Sam looked shocked but then proclaimed that he knew who had sent the flirty message, and disclosed that she is currently a contestant of this year's edition of the ITV2 reality show.

Bursting into laughter, Sam said: "No way!" before claiming that the person behind the tweet was in fact Helena Ford, who is just days away from the Love Island final and has been coupled up with footballer Harry Cooksley on and off since her time on the series began.
Pete explained: "She tweeted this in 2017," and Sam described her as one of the 'main characters' on the programme.

Pete pointed out to the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! winner that the two will cross paths when he makes an appearance on Aftersun, and put pressure on his pal to bring up the tweet. He added: "I don't mind coming on to ask her!", to which Sam simply laughed.
Teasing what he would ask Helena if he met her, Pete said: "So, Helena, what do you think of Sam's face? Do you want to sit on it?" Sam admitted that no one had ever done such a thing to him before and Pete immediately noted that he wanted to 'dig into' the situation further. "

It comes after a dramatic night on Love Island for air hostess Helena, 29, and couldn't believe what they were seeing, as Harry called out Helena amid his flirty comments with Shakira during Thursday's instalment.
During the Grafties, Harry and the rest of the villa were shown a clip of Helena from weeks ago when she told a co-star that she wasn't all in for Harry after their on/off couplings. Harry seemed shocked by this, claiming at the time Helena had told him she was all for him.
So to see Helena claim otherwise left him stunned, while this was weeks ago before they gave things another go, and before they went "exclusive".

Just hours earlier, Helena was left in tears when she found out Harry was having chats with 'ex' Shakira after their constant triangles across the series. While Harry had told Helena that Shakira admitted she still liked him and was trying to get over the situation, he failed to mention his flirting and how he'd told Shakira they should go on a date outside of the villa. Not only that, but he suggested to Dejon he still liked Shakira too, or at least that he hadn't fully processed what happened between them because he moved straight on with Helena.
Helena was left crying over the situation, as other Islanders called out Harry's behaviour. So when the Grafties kicked off and the clip of Helena played, Harry's reaction shocked everyone, including viewers tuning in.

He claimed to be bothered about Helena not being honest with him, and Toni immediately picked up on Harry "trying to pick a fight" with Helena just hours after he learned Shakira still liked him. Viewers believed Toni was onto something, and they too questioned if he had an agenda.
Fans immediately suspected Harry was "looking for an out" with Helena, and was perhaps trying to force her to end things, or make it seem as though she was the cause of their split, if a split happened. Fans accused Harry of looking for a way to end things without coming across as the bad guy.
Slamming his antics as "diabolical" and "shameful", fans said they knew exactly what he was doing. One viewer said online: "I think Harry is trying to pick a fight with Helena so he can end it and make her seem like the villain… not on."
Another fan agreed: "Nah Harry really gonna pick a fight here so he can try and crack on with Shakira again. He's an actual piece of s**t." A third fan said: "Harry we know why you're tryna pick a fight have some shame."
A fourth fan commented: "Harry is a sick sick man picking a fight with Helena so he has an out is diabolical." A further comment read: "HARRY IS A VILLAIN. HE IS GOING TO USE HELENA'S ACTIONS TO PICK A FIGHT AND FREE HIMSELF LIKE HE AINT BEING DOING ALL THAT AND THEN SOME!!!!"

Kerry Katona makes savage dig at Brooklyn Beckham with 'nepo-baby' remark

As former Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona and her long-time pal Katie Price gear up for their tour, they discussed their 18-year-old daughters' careers, dismissing nepotism claims Kerry Katona has taken a brutal swipe at David and Victoria Beckham' s eldest son Brooklyn, as she discussed 'nepo-baby' claims about her own daughter. The former Atomic Kitten singer, 44, was revealed she has encouraged her daughter to take any offers of reality TV. ‌ Mum-of-four Kerry, who will soon head out on tour with long-time pal Katie Price, wants her 18-year-old daughter Heidi to follow in her footsteps when it comes to her career. Talking about her wishes for her children, she commented that she'd love to see her go into the I'm A Celebrity... jungle with her best mate, Katie Price's daughter Princess, also 18. ‌ The two old friends delighted audiences with their adult pantomime last Christmas, and decided to take their double-act on tour. An Evening with Katie Price & Kerry Katona will run from September to November. It comes after Katie Price worries fans with appearance in family photo after explaining weight loss . ‌ ‌ The official listing for their tour says the pair "are looking forward to hitting the road together and sharing stories of marriage and divorce, bankruptcy, I'm A Celebrity, the importance of family, their constant press attention and turning their lives around." But when challenged by critics over her dream for Heidi to go onto reality TV, she hit back at 'nepo-baby' claims. Kerry said: "Everyone talks about nepotism right, but everyone has a contact for somebody." She told the Sun: "I can open a door for you. Whether you get through that door and you stay through it, that's on your own f*****g merit." ‌ Kerry then took a swipe at David Beckham's 26-year-old son Brooklyn, who quit football. She remarked: "You don't see Brooklyn Beckham playing f***ing football, because he's s**t." Brooklyn played for Arsenal's youth squad until he was 16 but wasn't awarded a scholarship. He instead decided to become a photographer and also has his own hot sauce brand. Elsewhere, Katie Price weighed in on her daughter Princess' upcoming documentary, which follows the teen on the lead-up to her 18th birthday. But despite her mum's high-profile in the UK, Princess will be the star of the show, with Katie banned from taking part in her documentary. ‌ To add insult to injury, Katie's ex Peter Andre and his wife, NHS doctor Emily, will feature in the documentary. A source told MailOnline: "Katie will not be in Princess's show, the decision has been made and it's final. Princess loves her mum, and they have a great relationship, but the show is all about her work and home life. "Television bosses were adamant that nothing was to be 'staged' to include Katie as it would not be a real and truthful insight into her life." But mum-of-five Katie seems to feel pushed out by the move, bringing up the issue on her podcast, before being swiftly moved on by her sister Sophie. ‌ She said: "Princess is now officially an adult so mummy and Princess can now go out together. If certain people would let her be seen with me. "Everyone knows she's doing this documentary - and I'm not in it. Certain people don't think it's good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me." "You aren't on brand, Katie. You are too risky, Katie, that's why," her sister quipped. "It's pathetic. I'm her mother," Katie snapped. "It's so sad. When certain people who used to look after me are now looking after..." Katie was then cut off by her sister Sophie, who encouraged her to "save it for another day."

Love Island's Tommy reveals bosses staged fake scenes to cover up luxury treat for Islanders

The dumped islander, who split from Lucy Quinn just days after leaving the villa this year, joined GK Barry on her podcast, Saving Grace, to spill the deets. Tommy then explained: "They [the girls] get their nails done on the same day we had our hair cut, but in my five and a half weeks there, I only had two haircuts. So the girls got their nails done twice." "Here's another secret as well. When we got our hair cut, obviously it would have thrown off the viewers a little bit, like 'how've they got haircuts?'" However, the team seemingly had a plan to keep this going. "So they made us pretend to cut each other's hair," he revealed. "It might be in a little montage of getting ready, so I'll get Connor to sit down, and I'll just get my razor and pretend to be cutting his hair. "I used to do it [with the razor] on, but then I cut a bit of his hair once and he went mad. I thought, sorry, I'll turn it off". Tommy lasted just over a month in the villa before being given his marching orders – arriving on the show as one of the original islanders. While he initially started up a romance with Megan Forte Clarke, things turned south when she decided to ditch him in favour of getting to know Conor Phillips. Although he tried to get to know bombshell Emily Moran, he eventually ditched her for Lucy Quinn during the Casa Amor twist – with Emily being dumped as a result.
