Prince Harry's ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas glows as she debuts new baby bump in London, just weeks after hosting his royal cousins on her podcast
The 36-year-old actress and model revealed her baby bump on Thursday at a chic event in London to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
The private gathering was held at NEXUS, a South Kensington members' club.
Dressed in a stylish green-and-white polka dot silk jumpsuit, Bonas added a burst of colour with a cropped yellow jumper, wearing her blonde hair in soft waves and keeping her makeup minimal.
The striking beauty is the only child of 1960s "it girl" Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon and entrepreneur Jeffrey Bonas, and is part of a sprawling blended family that includes seven half-siblings- among them Isabella Branson, who is married to Sam Branson, son of billionaire Richard Branson.
Cressida and Prince Harry, 40, were introduced in 2012 by Princess Eugenie and dated for two years.
Their relationship was covered extensively in Harry's 2023 memoir Spare, including the Prince's memory of a "painfully awkward" first kiss.
"I leaned in to give her a kiss, but my aim was off," the prince recalled.
"She turned, I tried again on the return trip and we managed something like a graze.
"But then came the good news," he continued. "Cressida was game to try again."
Harry also recounted emotionally intimate conversations he had with Cressida about the death of his late mother, Princess Diana.
"She was the first person to help me across that barrier, to help me unleash the tears," Harry wrote, revealing that it was the first time he had cried over Diana since her death in 1997.
"It was cathartic, it accelerated our bond and added an element rare in past relationships: immense gratitude."
Sadly, fate had different plans for the pair, who ended their relationship amicably after about two years of dating in 2014.
Cressida attended the wedding of Harry to American actress Meghan Markle in 2018, alongside his other high-profile ex, Chelsy Davy.
In 2020, she married property investor Harry Wentworth-Stanley, and two years later they welcomed their first child, Wilbur James Wentworth-Stanley.
The couple have been open about their journey with IVF, which is how both their children have been conceived.
In a recent interview with HELLO! magazine, Cressida said: "I have a toddler and another one on the way in less than two months, and I'm definitely feeling it.
"Motherhood is full of contradictions; it can be very challenging but can then be magical. It's the hardest thing I've ever done, and the best thing I've ever done."
Cressida attended Thursday's event with her half-sister Isabella, with whom she recently launched a podcast titled Lessons From Our Mothers.
Earlier this month, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie appeared on the podcast to reflect on their own experiences with motherhood and their relationship with their mum, Sarah 'Fergie' Ferguson.
Notably, the York sisters have yet to appear on any of Meghan Markle's podcast projects, including her latest, Lessons of a Female Founder.

Thrash metal band Megadeth uses artificial intelligence to say goodbye as it announces it's 17th album and farewell tour
An American thrash metal band has announced that their 17th studio album will be their last. In a video posted to Instagram, an AI generated video shows various cities on fire, volcanoes erupting and AI generated news anchors proclaiming the end times, before their mascot, Vic Rattlehead confirmed that the band was splitting up. The band, which was founded in 1983 by guitarist Dave Mustine, has toured Australia in 2025 and 2023. In the video, Vic Rattlehead said 'For over four decades, I've been chained in silence, but the end demands my voice. 'It's been confirmed; the next Megadeth studio album will be the last.' A statement that was published on the band's website from founding member Dave Mustaine said, 'It's our last studio album. We've made a lot of friends over the years, and I hope to see all of you on our global farewell tour.' Many of the comments that appeared on the Instagram video were supportive of the band, with many saying that they were sad to see the thrash metal band split up. 'Megadeth, you will always live on in our hearts. Thank you for everything Dave Mustaine,' one said. Another wrote, 'Make it a blast! One of the only bands I own all the albums to.' A third commented, 'It hurts my heart to see THE metal band that has got me into metal leave.' But some commented that they were critical of the band's decision to use artificial intelligence to create the apocalyptic hell scape that was used in the video to promote the new album. 'MEGADETH YOUR SUPPOSED TO DESTROY AI NOT JOIN THEM' one said in all capitals. Another said, 'Megadeth using ai,' whilst another said 'Hope AI won't be used for the actual music videos and album art. So disappointed' In a lengthy statement that was posted to the band's website, Mustaine expressed that he was grateful to the band's fans over the years for their loyalty. 'Don't be mad, don't be sad, be happy for us all, come celebrate with me these next few years, he said.' He went on to talk about Megadeath's legacy and the influence it has had on music. 'We started a musical style, we started a revolution, we changed the guitar world and how it's played, and we changed the world,' Mustaine said. 'The bands I played in have influenced the world. I love you all for it. Thank you for everything.'

‘They're starting to pull back and are less committed to her brand': Netflix ‘don't know what to do' with Meghan Markle
Netflix are reportedly 'slowly pulling back' from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry despite agreeing to a new 'first look' deal with the Sussexes. The Sussexes recently rolled over to a new 'first look' deal with the streaming giant following the expiration of their five year, $100 million contract. That contract produced the wildly popular Harry and Meghan 'docu-series' spilling royal secrets, but subsequent projects like Polo disappeared without a trace. Under the terms of the updated deal, Netflix has first run at any Sussex projects in the pipeline but is under no obligation to green light or fund Harry and Meghan's ideas. Celebrity chef Jameson Stocks, who said earlier this year that he declined an offer to work on Markle's cooking series, believes Netflix will struggle to utilise the Sussexes. 'I think Netflix will get to a point where they won't know what to do with her anymore and she might end up in an office job at Netflix headquarters,' he told the Express newspaper on Thursday. The TV chef also speculated that Meghan's decision to focus on the cooking and lifestyle space may end up limiting her career prospects. 'She won't stray from cooking, and Netflix along with other investors have invested heavily in her and her lifestyle brand (As Ever),' he said. 'Netflix's recent temporary contract extension, which is paid per show, suggests they're starting to pull back and are less committed to her brand than they were a few years ago. 'It seems to me that Netflix is placing a few more bets now, hoping to recover some of the money they've lost…. Netflix are a powerhouse, they can take the hit financially.' The warning comes after Netflix dropped the 'season two' trailer for With Love, Meghan. In the trailer, Markle showed a glimpse of her upcoming celebrity guests, including the likes of celebrity guru Jay Shetty and model Chrissy Teigen. While the timing of the trailer appeared to show the streamer's confidence in the Duchess of Sussex, those episodes were actually already in the can and were shot back-to-back with the first season last year. It is understood the first original project under the Sussexes' new deal will be a Christmas-themed special entitled With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration.
