And it looks into the crazy regime that, at 76, saw him named 'Torso of the Week' by gossip mag Heat.
Noel shares: 'The exercise I do, I call tranquil power. It's about quiet and slow. You hold it (the weight), you feel the muscle burn and then let go.
'I normally have a warm shower in the morning and wash it off with a cold shower.
'And then a sauna, infra red.

Emily In Paris looking for 500 extras - but there's one surprising requirement

Emily In Paris bosses have issued a casting call as they search for 500 extras to appear in the next season, but there's a huge catch that could hold hopefuls back Emily In Paris bosses are looking for 500 extras to appear in its next season. The Netflix hit, which stars Lily Collins in the title role, normally shoots in the French capital but as filming for the next batch of episodes in Vienna after Emily moved to Rome, they have put out a call for several locals to act as background artists. ‌ The block of filming for the fifth season of the hit comedy drama in question will take place until next Monday, and as part of the story, Emily will take a trip to the Italian city with love interest Marcello Muratori, played by Eugenio Franceschini. Scenes will be shot at landmarks such as Hotel San Daniele, the Santi Giovanni and Paolo basilica and the Grand Canal amongst a host of others so legions of extras will be required in order to realistically pad out the heavy tourist areas. ‌ The casting call stipulates that, in order to be considered for a background part, women must be 'beautiful' and wear a dress size from size six to ten only. The call reads: "We are looking for beautiful extras, with a lean physique and size from 38 to 42." It comes after one huge TV star looks completely unrecognisable as she reveals latest facelift. ‌ 'Well-groomed, dry body, attractive' is also bluntly listed as criterion, and men must be size 46–52, and while 'all ages' will be considered, they must adhere to the physical requirements in order to be in with a chance of landing a role in the background. What's more, fans only have until midnight on 20 August to apply. Away from the cameras, Lily, welcomed Tove, six months, with Charlie McDonnell and her co-star Lucien Laviscount, recently admitted she's juggling motherhood with her leading-lady duties like a total pro as filming ramps up on the new season. Lucien, 32, who plays heartthrob Alfie in the series, says reuniting with the cast has been like no time has passed at all. 'It's so bizarre… life's been going on for everyone, but it only feels like a couple of weeks,' he says. 'We're getting the scripts through, it's like, 'Oh sh*t, this is crazy.' It's going off!' He also had us laughing talking about his Schweppes campaign — a cheeky nod to his Caribbean roots and growing up with ginger beer at his grandma's. 'Schweppes was like the fancy stuff we bring out at Christmas,' he shared, adding with a grin, 'It was like a perfect little match, to be honest.' ‌ Filming has taken place over the last few months and there is of drama ahead - both on screen and off - and Laviscount promises this season is one to watch. 'Everyone's really excited about what's to come,' he says. 'It's all there to play for, really.' Fizzing with energy, we say! After months away from filming Emily In Paris, Lily's return to set was always going to be a welcoming affair. But Netflix star brought the entire set to a standstill as she returned to work with her four month old daughter in tow. Cradling her in her arms, the 36-year-old actress looked the picture of happiness as she was surrounded by her cast mates and crew as they cooed over her baby girl, named Tove. And it looked as though the four month old was also in her element as she playfully smiled and sat comfortable in the arms of various pals of the actress. The new series of the show is being filmed in Rome instead of Paris as Lily's character is now creating a new life for herself in the historical city with her on-screen boyfriend Marcello, played by Eugenio Franceschini. Back in January, Lily and Charlie welcomed their daughter via surrogate. Sharing her happy news with her 29 million followers, Lily posted: "Welcome to the center [sic] of our world Tove Jane McDowell. Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again…"

TV fans predict 'Inbetweeners reunion' after stars tease new project

Fans of The Inbetweeners have been begging for a reunion of the Noughties comedy series since it came to an end in 2010—and some new photos have given everyone fresh hope. Starring Simon Bird, Joe Thomas, James Buckley, and Blake Harrison, The Inbetweeners became one of Channel 4's most successful shows of its era. Set in suburban southern England, The Inbetweeners focused on the hilarious and painfully awkward love lives (or lack thereof) of four ordinary boys in sixth form college. It ran for three seasons, produced 18 episodes in total, spawned two sequel films, and is still one of the most popular British comedy shows of all time. Such is the extent of its popularity in Britain that fans have begged for a reunion episode for 10 years now, following the release of The Inbetweeners Movie 2 in 2014. So, when one cast member took to Instagram with a cryptic post, it's safe to say he set the comments alight. On his social media, James teased that he and Joe are 'working on something', giving no further details to excited fans. The post was accompanied by a series of pictures of James and Joe, who dressed up in different outfits for a photoshoot and showed fans behind-the-scenes images of the get-together. Naturally, the comments section reacted anything but calmly to the post. MostlyEnders commented, 'Inbetweeners 3?' while Johnoo1992 demanded, 'We need an Inbetweeners reunion'. SkylarRossFelton said they 'couldn't wait' for a potential Inbetweeners 3, while JamesKeeleyy is also 'waiting' not-so patiently. Following the end of The Inbetweeners, stars Joe and James worked together on the sitcom White Gold, which followed a crew of window salesmen in 1980s Essex. White Gold ran for two seasons between 2017 and 2019 before it was axed by the BBC, with James admitting in 2020 he had no idea the show had been cancelled. Some fans who stayed with the lads until White Gold predicted that the window sales comedy would be making a return following the Insta pics, with that being the most recent project James and Joe worked on together. MichaelParkerus was clear about what he wants: 'I don't care if it's good [or bad], I'll watch anything that supports you four getting back together.' Since then, the four stars of The Inbetweeners have all been working on separate things, with the 2019 Fwends Reunited show still the last time any of them worked together. The reunion show was panned by fans, sadly, as people had expected the talk show to be a one-off sequel episode. Out of all the cast, though, work-wise, it looks like James and Joe are the closest, as this is not the first time they have worked on a new project in 2025, with the two teaming up for an Oasis-themed sketch in aid of Comic Relief. The sketch – titled Oasis: The Reunion – followed efforts to get the feuding brothers back on stage together and starred Martin Lewis as an accountant. More Trending Joe revealed last year that he, James, Simon, and Blake have all discussed the possibility of an Inbetweeners comeback, adding that they think it would be a 'nice thing to do'. 'We're all still around; we're all still in each other's lives. We all still like each other, and if it was something that came up, I think we would want to do it,' he said. View More » Joe continued: 'I feel like we all still really like each other. We've all been able to go away and get various monkeys off our backs, in terms of things that we felt we needed to do other than The Inbetweeners to prove something to ourselves.' Got a story? Chris Robshaw is forced to invest in top-price security to protect his family after being targeted by a stalker which nearly led him to turn down Strictly

Strictly Come Dancing star Chris Robshaw was forced to invest in top-of-the-range security to keep his family safe from the campaign of harassment by a female stalker over the past year. The former rugby player was one of the 15 celebrities to be announced for the BBC show last week, but it has since emerged he almost turned down the opportunity due to the situation. And now friends of the 39-year-old told the Mail about the toll it has taken on his wife, the opera singer Camilla Kerslake, on her mental health after she has been 'left scared to leave the house on her own with the kids'. Ms Kerslake, 37, shares Hunter, five, and 18-month-old Wilder, with her husband of seven years and a source close to the family said: 'Particularly when she was post-partum, she was petrified she wouldn't be able to outrun this individual. 'Normally she's unbreakable, the backbone of the family, but this has reduced her to a shell of the strong woman we all know. For Chris, watching this has been heartbreaking. 'They have invested in top-of-the-range security systems to keep the family safe.' While the identity of the stalker has not been revealed, it is known that the former Harlequins captain briefly met her twice at work events last year. Instead of asking for presents for her birthday, it can be revealed Ms Kerslake requested security upgrades to their Surrey mansion, which last year she gave OK magazine a guided tour of. The source continued: 'They've talked about the idea of a security guard dog because they love their animals but also Camilla especially, would feel more protected. 'It's heartbreaking that it's come to this but that's how seriously they are taking it. 'This stalker business is no joke. She's destroyed the lives of small business owners, families, and left others thousands of pounds out of pocket. 'The claims she makes are sickening, and some of her victims have been left struggling mentally after their ordeal.' Six months after meeting the woman, Mr Robshaw was then said to have been targeted by the woman, who proceeded to threaten violence and spread false allegations about him and his colleagues, after which he contacted the police. It is reported the woman, who is now on the National Police Wanted List, has fled the country and is being pursued by the police. This year's Strictly cast includes Love Island star Dani Dyer, Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison, EastEnders actress Balvinder Sopal, Game of Thrones star Kristian Nairn, Lioness Karen Carney, Lorraine Showbiz correspondent Ross King and influencer Ellie Goldstein, who made history when she became the first model with Down syndrome to cover British Vogue magazine. Rugby player Chris, Neighbours actor Stefan Dennis, YouTuber George Clarke, Doctor Who actress Alex Kingston, The Apprentice star Tom Skinner and sportsman Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink will also be taking to the Strictly ballroom next month. The BBC show has endured its fair share of controversy in recent months, with it alleged earlier this month that BBC had hired a law firm to probe allegations of drug taking by two individuals. One of the stars involved in the drugs probe was also suspected of drinking while working on the show after crew smelt alcohol on their breath. Wynne Evans, 53, who competed on the show in 2024, was also accused of inappropriate behaviour and forced to apologise for making an unacceptable sexual remark on stage at a press event, which led to him resigning from the Strictly tour. In 2023, actress Amanda Abbington, 51, complained about professional dancer Giovanni Pernice, 34, being 'unnecessary, abusive, cruel and mean' during their rehearsals which she said caused her to quit midway through the season. And in the same year, former Love Island contestant Zara McDermott, 28, was left 'incredibly distressed' following her experience in the training room with Graziano Di Prima, 31, who admitted to kicking the documentary maker, resulting in his axing.
