RM gets candid about K-pop's training system and perfection culture
As reported by Koreaboo, in an interview published in April, RM was asked about the demanding nature of the K-pop trainee system. The interviewer pointed out the years of intense training, competitive survival-style environments, and the pressure artists face even after debut.
RM didn't hold back. 'My company doesn't like it when I answer questions like this, because I do acknowledge parts of it," he said with honesty.
