Taking to Instagram, he was seen puffing on a cigar as he went topless while wearing red shorts, a sun hat and sunglasses while playing up to the crowd.
He said on his story that O Beach was celebrating its 30th anniversary, though the establishment was actually opened in 2012.
But McGregor was not the only high-profile star to show up.
He was pictured alongside glamour model Katie Price and Tottenham defender Kevin Danso.

Price reshared the story to her own Instagram page with the caption: "You legend," after McGregor tagged her in his own story and said: "Forever".
Danso did likewise but refrained from any added caption, instead just tagging the MMA fighter.
McGregor later changed his look to a matching black and white shirt and shorts combo as he headed to Ushuaia during the night.
The 36-year-old also posed for a photo with Gary Lineker's brother, Wayne.

Lineker is no stranger to welcoming high-profile guests to his club.
Earlier this year, he welcomed football star brothers Jude and Jobe Bellingham as well as Premier League-winning manager Arne Slot.

Coote has rarely been seen in public since, but a report in The Sun earlier this month showed the former official enjoying a surprise new career. Coote has reportedly started working for the delivery company near his home in Newark in Nottinghamshire and opened up on his new role. 'I'm just trying to make an honest living,' he said. Woodburn, whose death following a short illness was confirmed by her manager, would visit dirty homes with MacKenzie on the Channel 4 show, and proceed to clean them, with the duo sharing tips as they went. In a statement, MacKenzie said: 'Kim was a tormented soul, but now she's finally at peace. We clashed often. Behind the fierce persona was deep pain and incredible strength. 'She survived because she had to. I hope she's resting now. She was an unforgettable woman.' Kim Woodburn was evicted in third place during the Big Brother 2017 final (Ian West/PA) The highly camp show, with its dramatic music and Woodburn's scolding of the offending homeowners, proved a huge hit, turning the two into overnight stars. The show, which ran from 2003 to 2009, led to book deals and other endorsements, with Woodburn appearing on various reality shows. Woodburn appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2017 and was among the line-up for E4's Celebrity Cooking School in 2022.
