Jaideep Ahlawat Imitates Shefali Shah's Moves, Leaves Fans In Splits: 'What Was I Doing?'

News1829-04-2025

Actress Shefali Shah posted a BTS dance video with Jaideep Ahlawat on International Dance Day, leaving fans in splits.
To celebrate International Dance Day, Shefali Shah gave fans a delightful behind-the-scenes treat featuring Jaideep Ahlawat and it instantly became a hit on the internet. The actors, who previously shared screen space in Three of Us, were seen rehearsing on set in a video that had everyone smiling.
The video posted by Shefali on Instagram showed her practicing classical dance, gracefully demonstrating the moves. But what stole the show was Jaideep Ahlawat, standing in the background, hilariously mimicking her steps. His exaggerated imitation, complete with expressive gestures and comic timing, left fans in splits.
The video, also shared by Netflix India, captures Jaideep copying Shefali's moves with playful enthusiasm before he pauses mid-routine, looking adorably puzzled. In the final frame, he chuckles and takes a seat, clearly amused by his own performance.
Shefali wrote in the caption, 'Just no points for guessing who is the better dancer. My vote goes to him for sure!" She signed off with hashtags like #InternationalDanceDay and #Humor, setting the perfect tone for the lighthearted clip.

Jaideep joined in with a cheeky comment: 'What was I doing !!!??" followed by a see-no-evil monkey and sweat-smile emojis. The camaraderie between the two actors didn't go unnoticed, as fans jumped into the comments section with praise and laughter.
'Gajab ho sir… Shefali madam rocks," wrote one user, while another crowned Jaideep 'the real pookie in the series." Others dubbed him the 'Latest Dance Throb of Bollywood," giving a nod to his viral dance number Jaadu from his latest Netflix release Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins.
The film, which dropped on Netflix on April 25, stars Saif Ali Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Kunal Kapoor, and Nikita Dutta. A slick heist drama, it revolves around the hunt for a rare African gem called the Red Sun. Jaideep's dance in Jaadu has already taken over the internet and now his goofy on-set dance has only added to his growing popularity.
Meanwhile, Shefali Shah will next be seen in Delhi Crime Season 3 alongside Rajesh Tailang and Rasika Dugal.

True to their usual fun selves, the singers stepped out and started giggling as soon as they spotted ARMYs waiting at the base. A little shy, they hid behind their bouquets, laughing to themselves for a few moments. Then came the formalities, they were called up for their speeches, received military honours, and saluted to mark their service. World's most popular TikTok star Khaby Lame leaves the U.S. after being detained by ICE

Khaby Lame, the world's most popular TikTok personality with millions of followers, has left the U.S. after being detained by immigration agents in Las Vegas for allegedly overstaying his visa. The Senegalese-Italian influencer, whose legal name is Seringe Khabane Lame, was detained Friday (June 6, 2025) at Harry Reid International Airport but was allowed to leave the country without a deportation order, a spokesperson for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed in a statement. Also Read | Trump launches paid self-deportation program to end 'invasion' Mr Lame arrived in the U.S. on April 30 and 'overstayed the terms of his visa,' the ICE spokesperson said. The Associated Press sent a message seeking comment Tuesday (June 10, 2025) to the email address listed on Mr Lame's Instagram account. He has not publicly commented on his detainment. His detainment and voluntary departure from the U.S. comes amid President Donald Trump's escalating crackdown on immigration, including raids in Los Angeles that sparked days of protests against ICE, as the president tests the bounds of his executive authority. A voluntary departure — which was granted to Mr Lame — allows those facing removal from the U.S. to avoid a deportation order on their immigration record, which could prevent them from being allowed back into the U.S. for up to a decade. The 25-year-old rose to international fame during the pandemic without ever saying a word in his videos, which would show him reacting to absurdly complicated 'life hacks.' He has over 162 million followers on TikTok alone. The Senegal-born influencer moved to Italy when he was an infant with his working class parents and has Italian citizenship. His internet fame quickly evolved. He signed a multi-year partnership with designer brand Hugo Boss in 2022. In January, he was appointed as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador. Last month, he attended the Met Gala in New York City, days after arriving in the U.S.

BTS' RM says mental health worsened amid HYBE issues, had to rely on pills: ‘I cried all night, kept saying I was going to die'

BTS RM was discharged from the military on June 10 after 18 months of service, along with fellow band member Kim Taehyung. Though the two served at different military bases, both enlisted on the same day and were discharged from Chuncheon. Upon their return, the two held a comeback Weverse live, which was joined by BTS's oldest member, Kim Seokjin, and they spoke about how their MBTI had changed over the months. But once the live ended, both idols then held separate lives to talk to fans and share their experiences at the military base. However, what RM shared has deeply upset and angered fans. The K-pop idol revealed he was diagnosed with insomnia and couldn't sleep for two days straight due to everything happening at their agency, HYBE. Also read: 'Taehyung was so passionate': Award-winning director recalls how BTS' V got rid of IU's MV scene, cut his hair and enlisted the next day While all the BTS members recalled having a good time in the military, serving the nation, RM seemed to have had a hard time. The BTS leader shared with fans how physically and emotionally draining his service had been, especially with everything going on at his company, HYBE, around the same time. Last year and even now, BTS' agency led by Bang Si Hyuk has been embroiled in a number of controversies, ranging from the ADOR vs. Min Hee Jin fight, the NewJeans feud, and now a probe on Bang. Although RM didn't blame HYBE directly, fans connected the timing and felt he was clearly affected by it all. RM revealed that he had suffered from serious insomnia, so bad that at one point, he didn't sleep for 78 hours straight. 'They're sleeping right next to you, snoring and grinding their teeth. So… There was a time when I did not get a single minute of sleep for two days, for about 78 hours. That was toward the end of April. I mean, there were a lot of things happening outside the base. I remember thinking to myself, 'Oh, I'm going to die at this rate.' Like, I have to keep going with the daily schedule, but I'm running on no sleep. I'd be lying down and—those of you who have insomnia know what I'm talking about. I'm tired but I just can't fall asleep.' He kept questioning himself, wondering why he was struggling so much in the military when he had handled worse things in the past. 'Why are you so weak? You've been through more challenging times already. So why are you losing to things like sleep… or the military?' RM revealed he tried to push himself to be positive again and to go back to the roots, to go back to being 'Mr. Why Not?' He said, 'It was a way for me to try to hype myself up, but it doesn't really work when you're in the army. But I'm going to come around.' In the same livestream, RM shared that he had to get professional help during his service. The therapist diagnosed him with insomnia and gave him sleeping pills, which he's now been taking for 1 year and 2 months. A day before discharge, the K-pop idol revealed crying all night after his fellow comrades went to sleep and kept consoling himself that his military service had finally ended. After the livestream, fans showed RM support and praised his honesty. But there was also a lot of anger. Many fans were furious, not just at how harsh the military conditions sounded, but also at HYBE. Since RM mentioned this all started around the time HYBE was dealing with its internal drama, fans felt that maybe the company didn't protect him well enough.
