Lainey Wilson Cast in Film Adaptation of Colleen Hoover's Bestselling Novel ‘Reminders of Him'
The 32-year-old singer-songwriter will make her feature film debut in the forthcoming adaptation of Colleen Hoover's 2022 novel 'Reminders of Him,' which is slated to hit theaters on Feb. 13, 2026.
The New York Times bestselling author shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday,

The 'Heart Like a Truck' singer has previously dabbled in acting, playing an aspiring country singer in the fifth season of the Paramount Network's hit neo-Western drama series 'Yellowstone.'
As for 'Reminders of Him,' actress Maika Monroe, known for her roles in the horror films 'Watcher' (2022) and 'Longlegs' (2024), will lead the cast alongside 'Tell Me Lies' actor Tyriq Withers, who plays her onscreen love interest, Ledger Ward.
