Oasis fans spot clue and are convinced Gallagher brothers 'missed' touring together
Fans believe they have spotted a clue during an Oasis show which suggests Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher "missed" performing together. The Gallagher brothers reunited for their first shows in 16 years, kicking off their Live '25 dates in Cardiff earlier this month. Attendees of the sold out shows in Cardiff and Manchester have since suggested the Liam and Noel look delighted to be back performing together.
A post to the r/Oasis Reddit page had a fan share their thoughts on how the brothers seemed to be relishing their time on stage together. Oasis recently performed their final Manchester date, with the series of sold out shows at Heaton Park received well by those in attendance.
Even those who didn't manage to bag tickets to the show said they enjoyed the experience, sitting on top of "Gallagher hill" and watching the show from a vantage point outside the festival grounds.
The post to the Oasis subreddit reads: "I feel as if Noel missed this a lot more than he admitted earlier on. Was at Heaton Park on Saturday, one of the many things I took away from that special night was how much Noel was loving it.
"I can understand the first few years with the High Flying Birds post break up. But he repeatedly gave the 'been there, done that, don't need to do it again' speech in response to comeback rumours through the years.
"I don't know, I'm no mind reader but I think deep down, he really, really missed doing shows like this as 'Oasis' all along.
"I absolutely loved to watch how much he enjoyed it, it just added to how epic the night was. I wish I could experience that all over again."
Another fan has suggested a moment at the Cardiff gig highlighted just how much Gallagher had missed performing with his brother and the rest of the Oasis members.
They wrote: "His face during Slide Away in Cardiff said it all." Fans are now convinced the brothers have loved the shows so much they may head back into the recording studio for their first album since Dig Out Your Soul.
One fan wrote: "I really do wonder if a new album would be in the works after the tour ends."
Another suggested: "I think so. I don't think this reformation was ever going to be a one-off thing unless him and Liam didn't get on, and they're loving it. Someone like Noel and someone like Liam can't resist making new music, and with them together again it's inevitable."
Though a new album hadn't been planned and was even ruled out by management, fans are hopeful Oasis will change their mind and return to the studio.
One listener wrote: "Even if a new album wasn't planned, I bet he's thinking about it now. But I think it's better if they just take one step at a time: let's finish the tour well (something I have no doubt will happen), and then we'll see."

'UK's poshest Greggs' is in Grade II listed building and steeped in history
Greggs is one of the UK's most beloved fast food chains, and fans of the eatery are just realising there's a particularly 'posh' branch in a 300-year-old building There's nothing quite like sinking your teeth into a Greggs pastry while you're rushing about, or grabbing one of their sandwiches or coffees from the beloved sausage roll emporium for your lunch. Devotees love it for being affordable and dependable - and you can spot its distinctive blue, white and yellow Greggs branding from miles away. But this particular branch in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, appears rather different and has been crowned "the poshest" Greggs in Britain. This extraordinary branch sits within a 17th century Grade II* listed structure and is frequently hailed as the most beautiful Greggs across the nation. The heritage building's facade features timber panelling and merges Victorian, Georgian, Tudor and 1930s architectural elements. Back in the 1700s, it launched as a grocer and tea merchant, which remained in business until the 1960s. Today, it houses Britain's beloved bakery chain. Until recently, the outlet was covered in scaffolding as part of an 18-month restoration scheme. This work is now finished: the building's front has been reconstructed whilst numerous windows have been renewed and sections of the roof have been fixed. On Reddit, the outlet was christened "the country's poshest Greggs". This week, a TikTok user posted footage of the establishment and declared: "Sorry but this is the poshest Greggs I've ever seen." Greggs responded to the clip, saying: "RIP Henry VIII you would have loved Bury St Edmunds Greggs." Someone else remarked: "That isn't a Greggs. That's a Gregorys." Another said: "It's like Greggs and Wetherspoons had a baby." Another person concurred, observing: "That ain't Greggs that's Gregory's tavern for the whimsical." "I just know people eating sausage rolls with their pinky's out," one user quipped. Another likened the place to "Greggs if it was in a fantasy world." A local resident chimed in: "I grew up in that town. Everybody called it bakers oven cause that's what it was called before Greggs took it over." "I kind of like the fact they've not changed the outside of the building too much," said one other. "Love Bury Greggs," another fan declared. "If only every Greggs looked like that," added one other. In other food news, a woman recently tried a"secret" coffee shop at Buckingham Palace but was floored by the price. Another food lover tried the "UK's most expensive sandwiches" from Harrods and shared her review. Do you have a story? Get in touch at
