While reviewing the Metro Rail project, the Chairman directed the officials to coordinate and support the officials related to the Metro Rail project from the stakeholders, including the State, Centre and the bankers concerned. He said that the transport project like the metro rail is necessary for the current and future needs of the public and the government is giving priority to the Metro Rail in the city. Later, he participated in the weekly grievance redressal programme Praja Darbar. He received suggestions and objections related to VMRDA's Master Plan 2041.
