To get that $25 monthly price once the two months at $10 expire, you will have to agree to use AutoPay to snag a $5 discount. If you turn off AutoPay, the price will be $30 per month. As long as you are not financing a device through Boost, there is no contract, and you can cancel at any time. This is important. You are entitled to 30GB of high-speed premium data each month. Once you consume more than the 30GB of premium data you're given, your data speed could be seriously throttled to 512kbps.
You can choose from as many as 9 add on features: Hotspot-turns your phone into a high-speed Wi-Fi access point and draws from your plan's high-speed data allotment. ($10/month).
High Speed Data-available as a monthly recurring extra, you can get extra high-speed data in 10GB increments. ($10/month).
Premium Visual Voicemail-your voicemail can be transcribed to text; available for messages in English and Spanish. ($3/month).
Global Talk & Text-make phone calls to over 100+ countries and texts to over 191+ countries/destinations. ($10/month).
North America Connect-get unlimited talk and text in Canada and Mexico. Comes with 5GB of data while roaming in Canada and Mexico. ($10/month).
Global Roaming-when traveling out of the country, you can stay in touch with friends and family back home. (Introductory price $20/month).
Boost Protect-protects your phone from loss, damage, or theft. ($8/month).
Boost Family Guard-a parental control app that allows parents to track their children's devices, view their location history, set up safety zones, and regulate screen time. ($10 month).
Boost Secure Connect-use this feature to safeguard your data, protect your privacy, and guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. ($4/month). After the first two months, you will either continue the service at $25 per month ($30 without AutoPay) or cancel. 5G service requires a 5G compatible device, and 5G service is not available everywhere. Apple iPhone users must have a device running iOS 15.2 or later. For more information on this deal, visit Boost Mobile online.

iPhone 17 series to cost more, except the vanilla iPhone 17
Despite Trump's tariffs on non-US-made goods, Apple was able to delay the inevitable price hikes on its products, leaving the iPhone 16 family phones at their original prices. However, that's about to change with the iPhone 17. A market analyst predicts that Apple will raise its prices by $50 in the US on almost all models. This means that the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max will ask $1,049 and $1,249, respectively. Since the rumored iPhone 17 Slim doesn't have an equivalent in the current iPhone 16 lineup, it's hard to tell what the pricing will be, but the general sentiment is that it will replace the iPhone 16 Plus and will inherit the same price tag. If that's true, the 17 Slim will likely go for $949. The only iPhone in the series that will escape the rumored $50 price hike is the vanilla iPhone 17. According to the analyst, Apple increasing prices is mostly due to the import tariffs as well as the rising cost of some components. In any case, that was bound to happen at some point because the iPhone Pro, for example, has been selling for $999 in the US since 2019. Source

Tipster reveals when the Google Pixel 10 Pro will go on sale
Peter, 30 July 2025 Last week, Google revealed the designs of all four Pixel 10-series phones and the week before that it had already confirmed that the new series will be unveiled on August 20. That's the unveiling, but when will they be available for purchase? We were contacted by someone who works at a phone shop, claiming to have seen documents that state that the Google Pixel 10 Pro sale will go live on August 20. This might apply to the entire 10-series, though it might not – last year Google launched the vanilla and Pro XL models in August, then the small Pro and the Pro Fold in September. Given that the tip was specifically for the 10 Pro, we don't think that the 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL will be split this time around. Whether the Pro Fold is ready in time is another question. We can't verify the claims of our tipster, but the information is not surprising either. Note that the August 20 date most likely refers to the start of pre-orders - Google should begin shipping pre-orders and kick off open sales of the new models several days after that. The Google Pixel 10 series Looking back at the 9-series, it was unveiled on August 13 and pre-orders for the vanilla and Pro XL models started immediately after the event. Shipping and open sales for those two started on August 22. Deliveries of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold were set for September 4 and open sales began the day after. If the Pixel 10 series follows the same timeline, pre-orders will start on August 20 and the first models will be shipping by the end of the month. Nine days later is August 29, a Friday. There's a good chance that the upcoming Google Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a will follow the same timeline as the Pixel phones. For a preview of what to expect from the Pixel 10 quartet, check out this leak. Thank you to our anonymous tipster!
