'Is Your Dad Superman?' School Girls Raise Hands And Smiles With Pride
Last Updated: A video of little girls inside a classroom raising hands on being asked whether their fathers are real-life superheroes touched the hearts of millions. Nothing is more beautiful than a bond between a father and his daughter. A father can go to any lengths to protect and provide for their little angel, evoking a sense of belief and great confidence in the girl child. Unsurprisingly, then, an emotional video surfaced on the internet from a school, where dozens of girls raised their hands when asked whether they believe their fathers are real-life superheroes. In perhaps the sweetest video seen on Instagram on August 7, this group of class girls were asked by a teacher: how many of them truly believed their fathers were capable of superhuman powers, including the ability to fly? Without any hesitation and the cutest possible smile, these girls raised their hands in a gesture that won the hearts over the internet. Posting the clip on their handle, Times Now detailed the incident in a note attached to the wonderful clip. 'In one of the sweetest school moments captured on camera, young girls share what they truly feel about their fathers — and it's pure magic," the note read. 'From saying their dads are their heroes to believing they can actually fly, this heartwarming reel is winning hearts across the internet." In the video, one can see that the girls and boys are sitting separately inside the classroom packed with students. The teacher proceeds to ask the girls, 'How many of you think your father is a Superman who jumps from one terrace to another at night?" To everyone's delight, these little ones raised their hands in unison and offered a big smile at the question before erupting in loud cheers inside the classroom. What the internet said about the girls' hand-raise The clip attracted millions of views and a flood of comments, where the users expressed their love for the girls' hand-raise, with some even revealing their wish to get a girl child in the future. 'The reason why I dream of having a baby girl," wrote one user. Another commented, 'Actually, fathers are not only the heroes of our lives, they are the first best friend of every girl's life. In fact, I have always considered my father my best friend and secret keeper. I truly feel blessed." 'I also used to think my father could actually pull a train engine. It seemed doable then — but my father is still my hero," said someone else. view comments First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. Robert Pattinson To Begin The Batman 2 Shooting On This Date
Last Updated: The Batman Part 2 will see Robert Pattinson reprising his role as Bruce Wayne, aka the iconic Dark Knight of Gotham. Batman fans, did you hear? The makers of Batman: Part II just shared a big update on the upcoming superhero film. Featuring Robert Pattinson as the iconic Caped Crusader, the highly anticipated DC film is a sequel to the Matt Reeves-directed movie The Batman. It hit the theatres back in March 2022 and was a massive hit among the fans of the DC superhero, earning a massive $772 million at the worldwide box office. Recently, in a letter that was received by Warner Bros. Discovery's shareholders, the makers announced that Batman: Part II is officially scheduled to begin shooting next year. As reported by Variety, ''The Batman II' (2027) is preparing to begin shooting next spring, among several other projects in development," a section of the letter read. Reportedly, Batman: Part II has already entered the pre-production stage. The principal photography of the film is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2026, at Warner Bros. Studios located in London. While Robert Pattinson will return as Bruce Wayne, aka the Dark Knight of Gotham, Colin Farrell will also return as the antagonist, The Penguin. Moreover, Jeffrey Wright will once again be as Commissioner Gordon, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, and Barry Keoghan will reprise his role as the Joker in Batman 2. Why Batman Part 2 Got Delayed? Just like The Batman, its sequel also faced quite a number of delays, partly due to the changes at DC Studios when James Gunn took charge alongside Peter Safran. While the Superman director is busy streamlining the DC Universe, he did not stop Matt Reeves from continuing the story of Batman in the Elseworlds. This meant that Robert Pattinson's Batman won't be sharing the new DC Universe with David Corenswet's Superman. What Is The Plot Of Batman 2? Just weeks back, the director of the upcoming movie, Matt Reeves, revealed that the script for Batman 2 is now complete. But he refrained from divulging details on what the storyline would be. However, if reports are to be believed, the sequel to the 2022 film would revolve around Gotham's recovery from the flood, which was shown in the first instalment. There are chances that the plot could also be set after the events of the TV series The Penguin, which revolved around the origin of Oswald Cobblepot, who became one of the biggest criminals in Gotham. The Batman Part 2 is scheduled to hit the theatres in October 2027, over five years after the release of the first film. First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
