Serious crash closes Highway 560
A 'serious' collision has closed Highway 560 in Gowganda, Ont. in both directions on Saturday.
The crash, announced by Ontario Provincial Police just before 11:30 a.m., has closed the roadway at Fourth Avenue.
'Please avoid the area and expect lengthy closures,' police said on social media.
OPP said members of the Temiskaming detachment are on scene.
The Ministry of Transportation's Ontario 511 Travellers Information service confirmed the crash and resulting road closure shortly after police.
Police have not released any details on the cause of the crash, the number of vehicles involved or if there are any injuries.
There is no estimate when the highway will reopen and no detours have been listed.

Large grant provided to the Canadian Transportation Museum
Canadian Transportation Museum and Heritage Village located at 6155 Arner Townline in Kingsville.
