How to watch 4 NFL preseason games live on NFL Network
The Arizona Cardinals have their second preseason game of the year Saturday night and face the Denver Broncos. It will be a battle of backups, as the two teams held a joint practice on Thursday and both have decided to sit their starters, so it will be a first-half battle between Cardinals quarterback Jacoby Brissett and Broncos quarterback Jarrett Stidham.
The game, while it will be on television locally on Arizona's Family CBS 5 and have Dave Pasch and Sam Acho calling the game, it is also part of the preseason live coverage on NFL Network. It is the final of four games that will air live.
So, before your Saturday night watching the Cardinals, you can also get in a lot of preseason football on a Saturday (almost as if you are getting warmed for the college football season).
Here is the NFL Network TV coverage of live preseason games.
How to watch NFL preseason games live on NFL Network on Saturday
NFL Network will air four live preseason games. However, they are not national broadcasts. The games will not have NFL Network broadcasters. They will carry the home team's TV broadcast, so you will hear the hom teams' broadcast team.
Cleveland Browns at Philadelphia Eagles: 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. Arizona time)
The coverage kicks off with the Browns and Eagles. The Cardinals will not play either team in the regular season.
You will hear the Eagles' broadcast team of Scott Graham and Ross Tucker calling the game.
San Francisco 49ers at Las Vegas Raiders: 4 p.m. ET (1 p.m. Arizona time)
This game features a division rival the Cardinals will face twice in the regular season in the 49ers and the Raiders, whom the Cardinals face in their preseason finale at State Farm Stadium next week.
You will hear the Raiders' broadcast of Jason Horowitz, Rich Gannon and Kirk Morrison.
New York Jets at New York Giants: 7 p.m. ET (4 p.m. Arizona time)
The Cardinals won't face either team, but Cardinals fans might be interested in watching the Giants because former Arizona State star running Cam Skattebo is a rookie. It is uncertain whether he will play or not, as he is recovering from a hamstring injury.
The broadcast team is the Giants' squad of Bob Papa, Carl Banks and Phil Simms.
Arizona Cardinals at Denver Broncos: 9:30 p.m. ET (6:30 p.m. Arizona time)
Local Arizona fans will not be able to watch this game on NFL Network. The home broadcast is on CBS 5. The Broncos' broadcast team of Steve Levy and Ryan Harris will be on TV.
