Suspicious girlfriend sets a trap to catch her boyfriend cheating - and you won't believe his astonishing excuse when she busts him
Stacey Eden, from Sydney, explained in a TikTok video that a Good Samaritan had let her know that her partner was using a dating app.
Stacey then made a profile on the app and managed to track down her boyfriend.
'I liked his photo. He initiated the conversation with the fake profile - he messaged her,' she said.
'He sent her a name with the wrong spelling, he said he doesn't have any social media, he doesn't use it.
'He asked for her phone number, he then gave his phone number. He then asked her to message him on WhatsApp, which apparently he only uses for work.
'Then he sent her pictures of himself. Then she sent pictures of herself, and he sent more pictures of himself in his underwear.'
Stacey said her partner agreed to meet up with the fake account.
'Then he decided, I'm going to drive two hours away and go and see this girl.'
After a day's work, Stacey drove to the meeting location and filmed herself crouching behind a wall as she waited for her partner to arrive.
'Am I crazy? Yeah, I am. But these are the lengths I'll go to, to show someone that they're not to f*** with me' she confided.
'...I have never felt this much adrenaline in my entire life.'
Meanwhile, the boyfriend messaged the 'real' Stacey to say goodnight, telling her, 'I'm going to sleep baby, I'm getting tired... have a good shift at work'.
'He thinks I'm working a double shift - he thinks I'm working overnight while he's out galivanting with women.'
Shortly afterwards he parked near Stacey's hiding spot. She had given him a fake address, and she filmed him wandering up and down the road searching in vain for it.
'I'm going to go confront him,' she said finally.
She could then be heard asking, 'what are you doing?' while her partner responded, 'I knew it was you'.
The man claimed he had made the trip to meet up with the fake profile in an effort to prove it was Stacey.
'This can be our final goodbye,' she concluded after a tense back and forth.
'Everyone keeps saying it doesn't count because I set him up,' Stacey later reflected.
'Did I though? Did I really set him up or did I just give him an opportunity to make a choice? Because it seems to me that he made his choice.
'And he keeps saying "but I knew it was you, I only went because I knew it was you."
'Okay, so what about all the other things you did? That doesn't count as cheating? Because in my books it counts as cheating.'
Stacey also revealed this was the second time she had caught her boyfriend cheating on her.
'I tried to show him how much I loved him - I tried to show him that he was deserving of that love even after he cheated on me because I know what he did came from a place of self hatred,' she explained.
'It came from a place of self-sabotage because he did not believe he was worthy of that love.

Beaumont Lamarre-Condon has been charged with two counts of murder over the deaths of flight attendant Luke Davies, 29, and TV presenter Jesse Baird, 26, in February 2024. Lamarre-Condon is accused of shooting the couple at Mr Baird's Paddington home in Sydney's east, before bundling their bodies in surfboard bags and dumping them at a rural property. Lamarre-Condon did not appear in Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday, when his legal team sought leave to withdraw from his case after 'an issue arose'. State-funded legal service Legal Aid has arranged for the brief of evidence - which runs in excess of 20 volumes - to be handed over to his new lawyer, Benjamin Archbold. Crown prosecutor Brendan Donnelly opposed any further delays in the case, citing the fact that the charges were certified against Lamarre-Condon in July 2024. Negotiations had been ongoing for 'many, many months' and the alleged murderer was given 'plenty of opportunity' to enter pleas, Mr Donnelly said. 'The Crown is ready for this matter to proceed to trial,' he said. 'Any further delay... is unreasonable.' Magistrate Christopher Halburd decided to err on the side of caution so Lamarre-Condon could have an opportunity to enter pleas after speaking with Mr Archbold. 'You don't get any more serious allegations than this,' he said. The magistrate adjourned the matter for six weeks to allow the parties to figure out 'what's actually happening'. The accused murderer's mother, Coleen Lamarre, watched on in the courtroom but remained silent as she left. The proceedings were also monitored via an audiovisual link by family of one of the men Lamarre-Condon is accused of murdering. It is the second time the former police officer has changed legal representation. His previous lawyer withdrew in November when Lamarre-Condon was expected to enter pleas. The decision caused months of delays in the double-murder case. Lamarre-Condon is facing two counts of domestic violence-related murder and two aggravated break and enter charges. NSW Police allege the attack was premeditated and followed a months-long campaign of 'predatory behaviour' targeting Mr Baird. Lamarre-Condon briefly dated the TV presenter before Mr Baird began a relationship with Mr Davies. Police allege the former senior constable used his service weapon to shoot the couple before attempting to dispose of their bodies. Lamarre-Condon was sacked by the NSW Police Force in March 2024. He had joined the force in 2019 and previously ran a celebrity blog, posing in photos with dozens of A-listers including Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Harry Styles. His matter will return to court in August.

BREAKING NEWS Dramatic update after baby boy drowned in lake next to popular campground
A man has been charged with manslaughter after a baby drowned at a popular campsite. The 42-year-old was arrested days after the seven-month-old boy was discovered by his mother in the rest area's lake, near Gympie north of Brisbane. The man was known to the child, police said. The boy's family were passing through on their way back to far north Queensland and camped at Chatsworth Park about 50m from the water's edge on Friday night, police said. The mother called emergency services to the campsite after she found her child unresponsive in the lake on Saturday morning. People performed CPR on the baby before he was rushed to hospital, but the child was declared dead later that night. Police on Monday said the mother had not been able to explain how the child had ended up in the water. 'The mother of the child did retrieve this child from the water. It's been a very traumatic experience for her clearly,' Detective Inspector Craig Mansfield told reporters. Homicide detectives were called in and the 42-year-old man was on Tuesday arrested at Bundamba, more than 200km south of the campsite. The man has been charged with domestic violence-related manslaughter and is due to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
