Days of Our Lives' Stacy Haiduk Reveals Her Fun New Role
Stacy Haiduk has been doing double duty lately on Days of Our Lives. She's been appearing as Kristen, who desperately wants EJ to tell her where her mom is. And she's also jumped into the shoes of EJ's mom, Susan Banks, who was worried after her son was shot. It's all in a day's work for the actress who previously told her fans to buckle up for one of her projects. Now, she eagerly announced another project she's working on.
Haiduk revealed on Instagram, 'This past February, I had the honor to work on a beautiful movie called Merry Christmas Elijah. Directed by Tyler Samsun. It's a movie about families working with remarkable children with autism! I was so grateful to work with this talented group of people! Bringing awareness!!!!! These are some BTS Photos from the movie! Take a peak!!!!! @merrychristmaselijah Much Love and Light!!!!🥰❤️.'
Along with that were several images from behind the scenes of the film, as well as screenshots of social media posts promoting it. There was also a graphic that lovingly stated, 'Autism Awareness Month.' Co-star Paul Telfer (Xander) reacted, 'Can't wait to see this @stacy_haiduk!'

Among the cast members working with Haiduk were Daniel Roebuck (Lost), Kiley Opsal (American Prom, 2024), and John Wells (The Possessed, 2017) who responded, 'Was a pleasure meeting and working with you! I think we did something of which we may all feel proud. 🙏.'
According to its IMDb page, Merry Christmas Elijah is about an architect who goes on a road trip with his autistic son at Christmas time. 'Their journey of struggle and hope inspires a billionaire developer who has an autistic son of his own,' it explained. Haiduk's followers can't wait to see the film, with one exclaiming, 'Stacy- You beautiful soul! This post captures the heart & love behind this film.'

Christian Rock Band Newsboys React to Former Lead Singer Michael Tait's Sexual Assault Allegations: 'Heartbroken and Angry'
Christian rock group Newsboys released a statement following allegations of sexual assault against former lead singer Michael Tait An investigation by The Roys Report was made public a day prior that included claims against Tait of alleged sexual assaults that took place between 2004 and 2014 "While Michael has not addressed these allegations, we are devastated even by the implications," the band saidChristian rockers Newsboys are speaking out after allegations of sexual assault were made against the group's former lead singer, Michael Tait. On Thursday, June 5, the band shared a note on Instagram, one day after an investigation by The Roys Report was made public that included claims against Tait of alleged sexual assaults that took place between 2004 and 2014. "Last night our hearts were shattered when we read the news alleging drug abuse and inappropriate sexual actions by our former lead singer, Michael Tait," read the statement, which was shared by the band's current lineup of Jeff Frankenstein, Jody Davis, Duncan Phillips and Adam Agee. "While Michael has not addressed these allegations, we are devastated even by the implications," the group continued. "The four of us are husbands and fathers. Between the four of us, we have fourteen children. Our wives and children have made many sacrifices while we have dedicated our lives to playing music together that glorifies God." They added, "We are horrified, heartbroken, and angry at this report and in many ways, we feel as if we and our families have been deceived for the last fifteen years." Before departing the band in January, Tait "confessed to us and our management" that he 'had been living a double-life," the band members then wrote, adding that they "never imagined that it could be this bad." Tait, formerly of the group DC Talk, has not publicly responded to the sexual assault allegations. The musician did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Saturday, June 7. The Roys Report — the Christian media outlet behind the two-and-a-half-year investigation — claimed it spoke with three men who say Tait befriended them on Christian music tours in 2004, 2010 and 2014 and sexually assaulted them. Tait previously announced his departure from Newsboys on Jan. 16, writing on Instagram that it was a "monumental and heartfelt decision" that "has been a shock to even myself." He joined Newsboys in 2009 following the exit of band co-founder and then-lead vocalist Peter Furler. "But amidst prayer and fasting, I have clarity that this is the right decision," he continued in his departure announcement, later writing that he hoped listeners would "continue to support my brothers as they continue on in the Newsboys mission." "My heart remains focused on spreading hope and love in everything I do. Thank you for walking this journey with me. I'm forever grateful," he concluded. "So sorry my friends," the "Maggie May" and "Forever Young" singer, 80, wrote on Instagram Saturday. "I'm devastated and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to my fans. I'll be back on stage and will see you soon." Stewart was recently honored with a Lifetime Achievement honor at the American Music Awards show and is expected to perform in the "Legend" slot at the Glastonbury Music Festival later this month.
