"Having children changes everything," she said. "It changes your whole life. It's brutal and incredible. Not only do they go into every decision of if I'm working, where I'm working, when I'm working, (but also) they've taught me - I didn't know that I could feel so much."
"They've changed my life, obviously, for the best, and they've changed me creatively," she added before quipping, "I highly recommend having kids if you want to be an actor."
Lawrence also reflected on the postpartum period while discussing the role. "There's not really anything like postpartum," she said. "It's extremely isolating. ... Extreme anxiety and extreme depression is isolating, no matter where you are. You feel like an alien."

Early reviews for "Die, My Love" have heaped praise on Lawrence, with Deadline's Damon Wise writing that it "might yet prove to be a career best" for the actress, IndieWire's Ryan Lattanzio saying that she has "never been better," and Vanity Fair's Richard Lawson declaring that she is "mesmerizing."
If Lawrence is nominated at the Oscars in 2026, it would be her first Academy Award nod since 2016, when she was up for best actress for "Joy." She won best actress for "Silver Linings Playbook" in 2013, when she was 22, and has also been nominated for "Winter's Bone" and "American Hustle."
After taking a step back from acting, Lawrence has only appeared in a handful of films in recent years, including the 2021 satire "Don't Look Up" and the 2023 romantic comedy "No Hard Feelings." Speaking about her acting hiatus on "The Late Show" in 2021, "I took a break and nobody really cared," she said.
"I got to feel like I could become a part of the world again without fanfare."

Her hair and beauty secrets are also worth noting – especially as they involve plenty that can be emulated even when you're far off an A-list budget. Bombshell blonde Though she's known for her signature blonde pixie cut, Theron is unafraid to transform her hairstyle when work requires it. She's shaved her head, tried a bowl cut, and even braved a mullet for her most recent role in The Old Guard 2. 'I was like, 'It's f---ing gorgeous! However, due to his religious beliefs, he refused to carry a weapon. The film follows his experience in the army and the conflict with religion that brought. In particular, it focuses on his heroics during the Battle of Okinawa. Originally released back in 2016, Hacksaw Ridge was directed by Mel Gibson, known for also helming and starring in Braveheart as well as his acting roles in Lethal Weapon and Mad Max movies. Former Spider-Man star Andrew Garfield took on the lead role of Desmond Doss and received an Oscar nomination for his performance. In fact, the film in total received six Academy Award nods, although it only won two for Best Sound Mixing and Best Film Editing. Earning an 84% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, it is still hailed as one of the best war movies ever made by many critics and fans. In fact, one reviewer claimed it was the "best war movie since Saving Private Ryan." One fan claimed: "A gritty war film that tells an incredible true story, that by itself is an entertaining gory modern masterpiece." While another added: "This is just a masterpiece of film. The performance of Andrew Garfield as Doss made a perfect combination on this film. The narrative of it it is also very impressive for me because I don't usually watch war movies but this one is different in the best way possible." Someone else posted: "Without a doubt one of the most brutal war movies I have ever seen. Even with its hard-to-watch scenes, this movie brought forward one of the most compelling war accounts I have ever heard. This movie is a testament to how faith and loyalty can bring someone through any hardship, and it made the movie absolutely incredible." The sad news was announced by the Hollywood star's niece, Sydney Pitt, on social media as she shared a heartbreaking post in honour of her late grandmother on Wednesday. Sydney, daughter of the World War Z actor's brother Doug, said her sweet "grammy" could "keep up with all 14 of us grandkids without missing a beat" in an emotional Instagram post. Sharing a series of snaps of the former school counsellor throughout the years, Sydney wrote: "My sweet Grammy, Jane Etta, we were not ready for you to go yet but knowing you are finally free to sing, dance, and paint again makes it a tad easier. "If you knew Grammy, you knew she had the biggest heart. She cared deeply for everyone and everything, no questions asked. She taught me how to paint, how to be strong, how to lead with kindness, to love Jesus through everything, and to find joy in the smallest things. "She made up the silliest games just to make us laugh, and she believed in fairness, in putting others first, and doing good simply because it was the right thing to do. "She could keep up with all 14 of us grandkids without missing a beat. There was no limit to the love she gave, and everyone who met her felt it. "I don't know how we move forward without her.
