EastEnders 'lets slip' Nicola Mitchell's 'demise' as fans spot eerie foreshadowing

EastEnders' Nicola Mitchell didn't have the best of birthdays in today's episode as Teddy Mitchell found out about Shireen's body - and fans predict there's more trouble ahead
EastEnders fans have predicted Nicola Mitchell 's 'eventual demise' after today's drama in the Square. In tonight's episode Teddy finally learned that Nicola had buried Harry's ex-girlfriend Shireen's body in Paradise Park after overhearing a conversation between herself and Ravi Gulati.
Earlier in the week Benji, who buried the body for Nicola, refused to help her and revealed he'd buried her missing diamond necklace with the body so the crime could be linked back to her. However, a smug Nicola thought she had everything under control when she thought she could bribe Ravi with £10,000 to do the dirty work for her.

However, once Ravi found out it was a body she wanted him to move all hell broke loose. Unfortunately for Nicola Teddy walked in on their conversation and Ravi had no problems in revealing all to Teddy. Of course Teddy was left furious, as Nicola begged him not to tell their sons Barney and Harry.
Nicola later tearfully admits it was Shireen after screaming: "It was four years ago!," leading to Teddy to put two and two together. It looks like there's no way out for Nicola now, and fans predict things could be getting even worse for her.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: "After today (lmao) I feel like that line is foreshadowing Nicola's eventual demise. I just hope Ravi makes it out alive to the other side as well…" as they shared a picture of a scene from Monday with Ravi and Zack, who is Barney's biological father, in the Minute Mart.

As Zack explained he had been fired by Nicola, Ravi told him she was a "wrong'un". Zack later responded: "I wish we could bring Nicola down a peg or two."
Ravi then chillingly said: "She's got a brass neck and it'll choke her at some point, don't you worry about it." Which fans now think is a clear sign Nicola is set for a downfall.

One fan penned: "I think today was foreshadowing him or Zack or both playing a part in bringing down Nicola in the future, but I don't think he knows anything right now", as another agreed: "do hope its ravi to bring down nicola. it would be slightly satisfying #EastEnders."
However, Shireen's body wasn't the only secret she was hiding from Teddy, who is still blissfully unaware that his son, Barney, is actually Zack's son. How long will Nicola be able to keep another bombshell secret?
EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

EastEnders bombshell as Queen Vic's loudmouth new landlady revealed as owners Linda & Elaine put iconic pub up for sale

ALBERT Square's next landlady at the Queen Vic pub is Kat Moon, The Sun can reveal. The leopard print-loving loudmouth takes over the EastEnders boozer after owners Linda Carter and her mum Elaine Peacock were forced to put it up for sale. 8 8 8 It marks a glorious return behind the Walford watering hole for Kat — previously Kat Slater, and licensee with husband Alfie Moon from 2010 to 2013. This time, for as yet unknown reasons, it will be just her name above the door. A source said: 'This will be Kat's third time working in the Queen Vic, but this will be her first time at the helm. 'It's a full-circle moment for the character, as when she first moved on to Albert Square in 2000, Kat gained employment as a barmaid at the pub. Then, ten years on, she helped Alfie. 'But now she's going to be the sole licensee of the boozer and it will kick-start a whole new chapter for the pub. 'Kat follows in the high heels of the Square's most formidable women — Angie Watts, her daughter Sharon and Peggy Mitchell — and puts her at the centre of the action.' The move also places actress Jessie Wallace at the heart of the soap and establishes her among the BBC's most valued talent. Over the past five years, bosses have relied on Jessie, 53, as part of the soap's biggest storylines, including Alfie's prostate cancer battle and a failed marriage to Phil Mitchell. And its another show of support after Jessie got a conditional caution from cops for assaulting a police officer outside a nightclub in 2022. Kat's new job comes after she this week ties the knot with Alfie (Shane Richie) for the third time — more than two decades after first saying 'I do'. EastEnders favourite kicked out by partner in fiery argument as 'cheating' exposed They are one of the soap's most popular couples. The sale of the boozer comes after it blew up in February, claiming the lives of Martin Fowler (James Bye) and killer accountant Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman). BIG BOOZE TO FILL.. ANGIE WATTS (Anita Dobson) 8 THE Queen Vic's first lady, serving alongside husband Dirty Den from 1975 to 1988. Angie left when she moved to Spain with lover, Sonny. PAT BUTCHER 8 BOLSHY Pat pulled pints with gravel-voiced husband Frank from 1988 to 1990 but they gave up to look after daughter Janine and run a B&B. SHARON WATTS (Letitia Dean) QUEEN Vic landlady from 1991 as owners Phil and Grant Mitchell (her husband) had criminal records. She left in 1994 then returned several times. PEGGY MITCHELL Barbara Windsor 8 AFTER Phil's affair with Sharon, the brothers' mum took on the Vic with Grant — becoming the longest-serving landlady, off and on from 1994 to 2010. The pair were originally coupled up on premiere night, but when American bombshell Toni arrived, she stole Ben for herself, leaving Shakira single and vulnerable to being dumped from the island. While fans were expecting some awkwardness between the former couple, they were shocked to hear Ben's brutal comment about his former flame. In a chat with Toni, Ben said he was glad the Vegas pool party waitress picked him, adding: "Shakira needed to be humbled." ‌ ‌ The remark left viewers stunned, and many are questioning what went down between the pair behind the scenes. Kanye West has 'very different name now' after rebranding himself

Kanye West, also known as Ye, is said to have changed his name for the second time in recent years, with the rapper's latest name reportedly disclosed on business documents Kanye West, also known as Ye, has quietly changed his name for the second time in recent years. The rapper's latest name is said to have been used on legal documents related to businesses associated with him. The musician, 48, is reportedly referred to as Ye Ye on documents filed with the State of California by his chief financial officer, Hussain Lalani. It comes after he had previously become known as Ye, with it announced that he had legally changed his name to that in 2021. His apparent latest name hasn't been publicly announced by him, though. It's said to have emerged when his businesses filed a Statement of Information, which provides up-to-date information for an entity, such as addresses and directors. The US Sun, which has reportedly seen the documents in question, states that Ox Paha Inc now calls him 'Ye Ye' on them. It further claims that his clothing brand Yeezy Apparel, as well as his music businesses Yeezy Record Label LLC and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc, are also referring to him by that name. It adds that the business headquarters of Ox Paha Inc., Yeezy Record Label LLC and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc. has changed. It was said to have been a church in Northridge, Los Angeles, that burnt down after being left vacant by him, but is now reportedly listed as the office building in the city of Los Angeles that he bought in 2023, reports the Mirror US. The news comes after he announced earlier this month that he would be making a new account on X to reflect his name Ye. He shared his plans in a post on June 1. He wrote in a message to his followers on the platform: "Ima finally stop using the @kanyewest Twitter cause my name is Ye. Gonna start a Ye account and it is what it is." It came after Piers Morgan mentioned his handle on the platform du r ing an interview last month. The rapper had walked out of an interview on Uncensored. He left after Piers said that he had 32 million, rather than 33 million, followers on X. The host later issued a correction, but within minutes of the interview starting, he had left. Piers later suggested that it happened before he could ask about antisemitism and other topics. Ye - who in tweets weeks later said he was "done with antisemitism" and that he loves "all people," as well posting "God forgive me for the pain I've caused" - having been criticised for comments and other actions in recent years. Just last month, it was reported that he had released a song titled Heil Hitler (Hooligan Version). Host Piers told fellow guest Sneako after Ye left: "Tell him from me he's a snivelling, little coward, and he's an anti-semite and a Hitler worshipper. That's what I would have asked him if he'd had the b***s to sit there and take the questions." One fan later wrote on X: " Piers Morgan calling him ' Kanye West ' is exactly why Ye left the interview." Piers reacted to the suggestion by saying: "His X account name is @kanyewest …" The rapper has since shared plans to stop using the @kanyewest on the platform.
