Harry claimed he was the victim of a 'stitch-up' after his appeal for higher security was dismissed.
The Duke of Sussex told the BBC he can only come to the UK safely if he is invited.
He said the security review was 'initiated under a previous government' and that 'there is now a new government.'

Prince Harry said he is feeling 'very let down.'
He continued: 'What I'm struggling to forgive, and will probably always struggle to forgive, is that a decision that was made in 2020 that affects me every single day, and that is knowingly putting me and my family in harm's way.'
In the bombshell interview with the BBC, Prince Harry also claimed that King Charles no longer talks to him and that he doesn't know 'how much longer my father has.'

All the clues Zoe Slater star Michelle Ryan is making a bombshell return to EastEnders TONIGHT after 20 years away
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) EASTENDERS is set to reveal a massive surprise in tonight's episode and all the clues are pointing to it being the return of Zoe Slater. The Sun exclusively revealed how the iconic character is set to make a shock comeback 20 years after actress Michelle Ryan quit the soap. 3 Michelle Ryan is returning to the soap - but is it tonight? Credit: BBC And with today's episode being held back from an early iPlayer release for new boss Ben Wadey's first episode - here are all the signs that point to Zoe's return. We know she's coming back The Sun revealed last month how Michelle Ryan was making a bombshell comeback as her iconic character. A source said: 'Bosses have repeatedly reached out to Michelle over the years, but the timing has never been quite right. 'People are still talking about her character, so it's a real coup to bring her back. 'She feels like now is the perfect moment — and there was an exciting script on the table.' But is she back tonight? It's an anniversary As we all know EastEnders loves an anniversary. It's been 20 years since Zoe's exit, and 25 five since the Slaters arrived as a big new family. With Kat taking over the Queen Vic - it's clear new boss Ben Wadey intends for the Slaters to be at the centre of the show once more. So what better way to do that than bring back to prodigal daughter? EastEnders' Kat Slater calls her estranged daughter Zoe Slater who left 13 years ago Teasers The BBC knows how to give good tease for storylines. And after a rock few years, it got its mojo back with the flashforward and The Six storyline - but now it needs something new. Videos posted onto the soap's social media have dropped a few hints that Zoe's return is imminent. One video features the distinctive sound of a woman's heels clacking through the Square. Another shows a poster with three letters standing out - Z, O and E. New boss teases 3 New boss Ben Wadey is making the Slaters central to the show Credit: PA Ben Wadey, EastEnders Executive Producer said: 'Next week marks the start of something big in Walford that we hope will get everyone talking, and it's only just the beginning. 'We've got twists, shocks, and plenty of drama lined up for a summer you don't want to miss.' Could it be anything but Zoe at this point? Spoiler hints 3 Is Zoe set for a bombshell reunion with her estranged mum? Credit: BBC This week we know that Alfie will get a phone call from Stacey and have a 'problem to contend with'. In tomorrow's episode, Alfie is revealed to be 'elsewhere' as Kat desperately tries to contact him. By Wednesday, Kat has spoken to Alfie but feels he isn't being completely honest with her. And Thursday, when it's time for them to make their marriage official, things go from bad to worse as Alfie says he has to fly to Australia to see his brother Spencer as he's not coping. All this suggests that Alfie will be connected to the big mystery - in one big way. Alfie's brother Spencer's ex Kelly is Zoe's best pal - and when she left two decades ago, she was likely pregnant with his child - and Spencer had no idea. The fan theory is that Kelly has now died and Zoe will return with the now grown-up child of Kelly and Spencer - hence Spencer struggling.

Inside Maura Higgins' summer holiday makeup bag as huge new TV job is revealed
As Maura Higgins prepares for her latest television role, the reality star gave fans a glimpse at the makeup must-haves she used to create her summer glow on holiday Maura Higgins is preparing to step into her latest stint on reality TV, as it was recently announced that she would be joining the American version of The Traitors. Before heading into the famed Traitors castle, Maura has spent the last few months jetting off around the world for both holiday and work, and along the way has given fans a glimpse at the products she uses to create her glowy holiday makeup. Although she shared a complete breakdown of all of the products she uses, there were three in particular that were responsible for creating her bronzed glow… and they're all under £25. Hailing from affordable brands like L'Oreal and REFY, Maura's sunkissed makeup look is easy and affordable to copy, and we can guarantee her go-to products will be making their way into our holiday makeup bags this year. One reason Maura's holiday look is so enviable is its soft, subtle glow that looks healthy and radiant, rather than shiny or oily. For her base, Maura used the L'Oréal Paris Paradise Lumi Glotion, which is a steal at £11.99, which acts as a glow-boosting skin tint that brightens and hydrates your skin for up to 24 hours – perfect for wearing in the sun. It acts as a primer, foundation, highlighter and contour in one, saving you space in your travel beauty bag, and contains glycerin and shea butter which helps moisturise your skin. It comes in a variety of shades to suit all skin tones, giving you a fresh, natural-looking glow. To accentuate her tan, Maura applied REFY's £18 Cream Bronzer to help sculpt her features and add some extra bronzing without the sun damage. The cream formula is buildable with a weightless finish, and contains vitamin E and sunflower seed oil, which help hydrate and condition your skin whilst also getting rid of excess oil. Finally to add some extra glow, Maura applied Vieve's Skin Dew liquid highlighter, £24, which is also packed with skin-loving ingredients like papaya fruit extract, which brightens and adds radiance, shea butter and argan oil for hydration and conditioning, and dragon's blood extract and squalene to moisturise and nourish your complexion. The liquid highlighter also contains golden light-reflecting pigments that suit all skin tones, giving you that instant golden hour glow. Everything comes in handy travel-sized packaging that leaves plenty of room in your beauty bag and gets through hand luggage restrictions, and each one helps hydrate and nourish your skin making them perfect after a day in the sun. The incredible rise of JJ Spaun – from underdog to Tiger Woods and 3am hospital visit
The American star had come through plenty before he won the US Open at Oakmont JJ Spaun has revealed the incredible background to his staggering US Open triumph. The 34-year-old fulfilled a lifetime ambition with his success at Oakmont and a key message from Tiger Woods helped him deny Bob MacIntyre and seal the deal. Spaun dealt with plenty on the course in his career and during the brutal final round before clinching, but he also had issues away from it during the night prior to round four when he had to make a medical dash to the chemist with daughter Violet being sick. The American sorted that and then sorted the trophy success with his wife Melody and his children in attendance to soak up the amazing moment. On the pre-round pharmacy trip, Spaun, who suffered anguish earlier in the season when losing a play-off to Rory McIlroy to The Players Championship, explained: 'I was running to CVS in downtown because my daughter had a stomach bug and was vomiting all night long. My wife was up at 3am and she's like: Violet is vomiting all over. She can't keep anything down. It was kind of a rough start to the morning. I'm not blaming that on my start, but it fit the mould of what was going on, the chaos. 'It was a very touching moment to see my girls there [after win]. My oldest daughter was at the Valero when I won and she was about the same age as my youngest daughter now. It was so cool to just have my whole family there on Father's Day. It's just incredible. I have no words to describe the moment. 'My daughter, every time dad goes golfing, she's like: Were you the winner today? Sometimes I'm like, Yeah, I was. She's like, Where's my surprise? So today she's like: You're the winner. She got to see it. She didn't have to ask me. So that was a really fun moment. 'When I go back home after the round, my kids are there and it's such a big distraction where I'm not even having to dwell on anything or think too much, which is a good thing. Like The Players was tough, I was alone that week. I'm just kind of sitting there at night in my hotel room trying not to go on social media, Twitter or whatever, X. It's nice to be able to have the kids to be around and be a dad. That kind of keeps your mind off golf and kind of gets me in a calm, cool, collective mindset.' Spaun also used a lesson from Woods after an awful front nine-nine on Sunday threatened to derail his hopes. He explained: 'I was having lunch with Max Homa at home. We live in the same area. He was telling a Tiger story where he was like: As long as you are still there, you don't have to do anything crazy, especially at a US Open. He's like: Tiger said this would happen and the wind will switch, but you've got to just stay there. Even if you're four back, you've just got to stay there. You don't have to do anything crazy. 'I was thinking about that when I was four back, maybe going back out after the [rain] delay. Then I made some good pars, nothing crazy. Got a really good birdie. Next thing I'm tied for the lead within four holes of the restart. 'That just back to you don't have to do anything crazy at a US Open. All those things came true.' Spaun has endured struggles before the glory and revealed: 'Last year in June I was looking like I was going to lose my job and that was when I had that moment where if this is how I go out, I might as well go down swinging. That's kind of how my coach tells me about my golf shots or my golf swing on the course. If there's a challenging shot, he's like, at least you go down committing to the shot. Don't bail one out right because you feel uncomfortable, just go down swinging. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. That's kind of the mantra I've been having all year. 'I think it's just perseverance. I've always kind of battled through whatever it may be to get to where I needed to be and get to what I wanted. I've had slumps kind of at every level. I've always went back and said: You've done this before. You've been down before. You got out of it. There's kind of like a little pattern, so hopefully I don't do that pattern again. 'It's definitely like a storybook, fairytale ending, kind of underdog fighting back, not giving up, never quitting. With the rain and everything and then the putt, I mean, you couldn't write a better story. I'm just so fortunate to be on the receiving end of that.'
