The couple just announced they're expecting their first baby.
Sophie, 30, shared a heart-warming video from a hospital scan, confirming the news and giving fans a glimpse into their next big chapter.
But don't think they've gone completely PG...
In true Jamie, 36, and Sophie fashion, their most eyebrow-raising confessions include everything from mid-workout orgasms to sexcapades that probably should have stayed behind closed doors.

Speaking about their recent shoot with The Times, Sophie revealed that she was left a little red-faced after Jamie decided to add a little more information into one of the journalist's questions.
Speaking on their podcast Newlyweds, Sophie explained that the journalist asked a simple question like "how long have you been going out for.'

She said that Jamie 'decided to tell her the first time we had sex and it was electrifying, and looked at me like ahah.'
Sophie continues: 'And I'm like 'are you f**king OK mate? Like you had an electric shock.'
First time a charm
Back in 2022 on ITV2's Shopping with Keith Lemon show, Jaimie decided to do a tell-all about their first time having sex.
He explained that the pair were 'quite drunk and we both orgasmed!' Also gushing that he has 'never loved anything more in my entire life' while also describing it as 'electric.'
Chatting to Keith about getting engaged, Jamie said: 'With Sophie, I've never loved anything more in my entire life, she is just the greatest.

Speaking on their podcast, Sophie explained that women have developed a soft spot for Jamie after he completed his Ultra Marathon this year, leading it onto whether they think of themselves as 'sex icons.'
Jaimie asked Sophie if she thinks he is good looking, to which she replied: 'Yes, I am married to you you weirdo.'

Speaking on her previous weekly Wednesdays podcasts, which she hosted with former co-star Melissa Tattam, the friends discussed unusual situations in which they've climaxed.

Moving on to the next question, Sophie asks: 'Are there any sexual fantasies you have that you haven't told me?'
Starting to chuckle to himself, Jamie says: 'No... I just can't.'
To which Sophie replies: 'Oh my god,' and the examiner goes on to confirm that her husband's answer is in fact a lie.
This lead Sophie onto probe him by saying: 'Oh my god, you're f***ing rank, like what?
'Like what? Sexual fantasies, what's that, someone's dressing up?'
Jamie replies: 'Sophie, just ask the question, go on,' to which she goes on to ask if he would like to dress up as a 'schoolgirl'.

Speaking very candidly about their marriage, Jamie explained that he 'can't be bothered' to perform as much now when it comes to getting frisky in the sheets.
In a hilariously candid interview with The Sun, he confessed: 'Sophie did say I was bog standard at sex and that is probably a fair description. You get worse as you get married. You become lazy.
'I used to start doing joined-up handwriting then I thought, 'I can't be bothered with that as it's quicker for me to not do it joined up', I'm a bit like that in the bedroom.

In 2022, the former Made in Chelsea favourites let listeners of their podcast into an awkward encounter they had with their cleaner.
They explained that they had misplaced one of their 'massive' sex toys, only for their cleaner to find it.
Talking about getting things a bit 'frisky', Jamie explained that they had ordered a toy online, but despite 'never using it' the 'cleaner found it!'
But Sophie quickly interrupted asking: 'What toy?"

Jamie went on to tell a story about Sophie's unbothered response about sex.
"If this isn't sexy, I don't know what is," he joked.
"The other day I was a little bit frisky. I said to Sophie: 'Oh come on honey, let's just do it.'
"Sophie's response was 'Alright but I'm not going to do anything.'"
"That is only because this boy is like in heat all the time," Sophie explained.
"So sometimes I'm like: 'F**k that, I'm not doing anything, I'm exhausted.'"
'Real' & passionate
The pair enjoyed not one but two lavish wedding ceremonies in 2023, and Sophie joked she was going 'to have real passionate sex' with her husband Jamie after the second wedding ceremony in Seville on May 19.

Having spoken about other friends 'who have scheduled time to have sex' during their big day, Sophie revealed that she wouldn't want to do that as she'd be 'quite tired' after celebrating.
She also revealed that she would find it embarrassing that everyone knows 'they're sh***ing tonight.'
Speaking to GK Barry on the Saving Grace podcast, Sophie 'felt sick' discussing the topic of sex on their wedding night, as Jamie "forgot' they were filming a podcast.
He added: 'Oh wait, this is a podcast… forget it. We have had friends who have scheduled time to have sex.
'I think getting married there is a lot going on. It's also a really strange and weird thing.
'You have all your friends and family there, you have to walk down the aisle, you have to do a dance, you have to do speeches, you have to stand up and say all these different things.
'Everything is really hectic that by the end of the night you're just knackered.'
Sophie added: 'Thank god you're saying that! I think we will be quite tired that night.'
