Linkin Park Scores Back-To-Back New Top 10 Singles
On May 16, Linkin Park will release the deluxe edition of From Zero. The standard version of the album dropped in the fall of 2024 and was promoted with a slew of hugely successful singles. The collection proved that the band, which had been out of the spotlight for years, could still produce radio smashes and continued to command a massive fanbase.
Two tracks from the upcoming expanded project have already been shared, and one of them debuts inside the top 10 on multiple Billboard rankings this week in the U.S.
"Unshatter" is the second official single from the deluxe edition of From Zero. It arrives just about a month after "Up from the Bottom," which also became a big Billboard success. This week, "Unshatter" lands on five tallies published by the music magazine. It opens inside the top 10 on all but one of them, thanks largely to about 1,400 pure purchases, according to Luminate.
Linkin Park's "Unshatter" hits No. 3 as it arrives on both the Alternative Digital Song Sales and Hard Rock Digital Song Sales charts. That's the highest position it reaches on any list.
On the Alternative Digital Song Sales chart, it's bested by Sleep Token's 'Damocles,' which also leads the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales ranking. On the former list, "Messy" by Lola Young drops from No. 1 to No. 2, while former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar debuts his tribute to Eddie Van Halen titled 'Encore (Thank You, Goodnight)' in the runner-up spot on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart.
"Unshatter" also begins its time on both the Rock Digital Song Sales and Hot Hard Rock Songs charts, kicking off at Nos. 5 and 6, respectively.
The same new Linkin Park single is also present on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart, Billboard's most important tally dedicated to individual tunes in those genres. The band's track barely becomes a top 40 win, as it gets its start at No. 38.
Throughout the decades, Linkin Park has collected dozens of smashes on most of these rankings. It has accrued the fewest appearances on the Hot Hard Rock Songs chart, as "Unshatter" marks the band's twenty-first placement. The group has earned the most entries on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs list, where it has collected a total of 51 placements.

Linkin Park's Debut Album Is Back In A Big Way
Linkin Park's music is surging once again in the United Kingdom, which happens regularly. The band is in the middle of its From Zero World Tour, which recently wrapped a European leg that included stops in Germany, France, and England. Several of the Grammy winner's projects are climbing the charts, with fans in the United Kingdom focusing on Hybrid Theory, as the group's debut full-length mounts an impressive comeback. Hybrid Theory Returns to Three Charts This week, Hybrid Theory appears on six different U.K. albums rankings. The project returns to half of them, doubling the number of charts where it's found. It's a top 40 seller again on the Official Vinyl Albums chart, reentering at No. 37. The set also returns to both the Official Album Downloads and Official Albums rankings, landing at Nos. 65 and 87, respectively. Linkin Park Surges Into the Top 10 At the same time it reappears on those three tallies, Hybrid Theory jumps on the other three it already occupied last frame. The set breaks back into the top 10 on the Official Rock and Metal Albums chart, climbing from No. 11 to No. 6. It also reaches the top 40 on both the Official Album Sales and Official Physical Albums lists, improving by more than 10 spaces on each to Nos. 36 and 39, respectively. Hybrid Theory Has Hit the Top 10 Everywhere In the past, Hybrid Theory has reached the top 10 on every U.K. chart it's touched, though it has only managed to lead one: the Official Rock and Metal Albums list. Its lowest peak remains the No. 6 position, where it stalled on the Official Vinyl Albums roster. The album's chart longevity varies widely from list to list. It has only just passed the half-year mark on the Official Vinyl Albums chart, where it is now up to 27 weeks. On the Official Rock and Metal Albums chart, however, it has logged more than 1,000 frames and is almost always present somewhere on the tally. Four Linkin Park Albums Chart Together Hybrid Theory is one of four Linkin Park releases that are currently charting in the U.K. The band's comeback set From Zero, which arrived less than a year ago, reenters three lists and rises on the Official Rock and Metal Albums chart, where Meteora can also be found. Papercuts, a compilation of many of its biggest hits from before the group's most recent era, is also climbing on several rankings at the same time.

‘We're About to Do a F—ing Podcast': Taylor Swift to Appear on Travis Kelce's ‘New Heights'
After sending the Internet into a frenzy with hints that Taylor Swift would soon be making her New Heights debut, Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce have confirmed that the pop star is indeed joining them on the podcast — and she just might make a big announcement during the episode. Late Monday night (Aug. 13), the two brothers officially revealed that they would be welcoming the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's superstar girlfriend as a guest on the show by sharing an adorable video on social media. In the clip, Swift sits next to Travis and compliments his blue sweater, to which he replies: 'It's the color of your eyes, sweetie … it's why we match so well.' More from Billboard Here's Why Taylor Swift Fans Think She's About to Announce 'TS12' With Travis Kelce's Help: 'THIS IS NOT A DRILL' If Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Get Married, Andy Reid Has a 'Lot of Great Stories' to Tell at Their Wedding Taylor Swift Raves About Boyfriend Travis Kelce's New Movie 'Happy Gilmore 2': 'Absolute Must Watch' 'We're about to do a f—ing podcast!' the singer then says in disbelief. Swift's cameo on New Heights will premiere at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday (Aug. 13). The big reveal comes just hours after New Heights first teased that the 14-time Grammy winner would finally be appearing on the program, something fans have been asking for since Swift first started dating Travis about two years ago. Earlier Monday, the Kelce brothers shared a cryptic promo image with a sparkly orange background and a blacked-out silhouette of a mystery woman, whom Swifties quickly concluded must be the musician. Also adding to the hype, Swift's official fan account, Taylor Nation, shared 12 images of the artist wearing orange outfits on stage at her Eras Tour. 'Thinking about when she said 'See you next era…,'' the caption read. With that post coming just 12 minutes after the New Heights teaser, fans were immediately certain that the podcast would be the platform on which Swift announces her highly anticipated 12th studio album — though they'll have to tune in Wednesday to find out for sure. Regardless of whether or not she does share TS12 news, however, the hitmaker certainly has a lot to catch up with listeners about; in the past year alone, she's wrapped up her two-year billion-dollar Eras trek and reclaimed the master rights to her first six albums. Plus, the New Heights episode will mark a full-circle moment for Swift and Travis no matter what, as the couple's romance first began with the pod. Weeks after the athlete professed his crush on the singer on a July 2023 episode — telling Jason at the time that he was 'butthurt' about failing to give her his phone number at an Eras show — Swift would appear at one of his home games. The rest was history. 'This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,' Swift recalled in her 2023 TIME Person of the Year interview. 'We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I'm grateful for, because we got to get to know each other. By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple.'
