Results:
After 8 weeks of rigorous trial, the group that was taking the extract showed a remarkable 36% decrease in hair cortisol levels.
That indicated a major reduction in long-term stress levels. The researchers also tested the salivary cortisol, which was also lower, meaning that the participants' bodies handled stress more calmly. Blood pressure readings after the stress were lower as well. The cherry on top was the improved sleep.
The participants reported better sleep quality on Athens insomnia scale and the data from sleep trackers also confirmed the same.
