Oasis gigs: Monitoring a Champagne Supernova from the sky
An estimated 70,000 fans are once again heading to Murrayfield on Tuesday.
At Fettes police station in Edinburgh, preparations are under way for the third day of their Scottish run.
A major police operation has been in place throughout the weekend, deploying helicopters and drones to monitor the crowds and ensure public safety from the skies.
Superintendent David Robertson told STV News: 'This really is an example of Police Scotland maximising our use of emerging technology to support the public and deliver major events with a real focus on public safety.
'I've been policing events for many years. Previously, we relied on fixed local authority CCTVs, which are invaluable.But drone and helicopter allow a versatile, agile approach to really understand what's going on the ground, deploy resources more accurately and responsively to address any emerging threats.' He added: 'It gives me a great degree of confidence, being able to recognise the impact of any particular event.
'It shows the effective delivery of multi-agency planning – but we can't be complacent.'
The operation is coordinated from the Multi-Agency Co-ordination Centre (MACC), a dedicated command hub also used during events such as the death of Queen Elizabeth II and Edinburgh's Bonfire Night celebrations.
Police Scotland, British Transport Police, the City of Edinburgh Council, and Murrayfield Stadium have worked closely for months to plan and coordinate security operations for the event.
Mr Robertson said the force's use of drones has increased over the last few years to support a range of different police operations, such as major events, missing people and anti-social behaviour.
'It's important that we gather intel from a range of sources to assess emerging threats and risks.
'The use of drone and helicopter gives us a perspective we didn't have before, particularly around crowd dynamics. All of our commanders are able to receive feeds from drones into mobile devices.
'We take the feed from the ground, stadium and the view from the air for a broader perspective.'
The concerts have been a landmark moment for fans, marking the first time Liam and Noel Gallagher performed together in Scotland since the band split in 2009.

Police have hailed the weekend as a success, with a total of three arrests for minor disorder on Friday and no arrests on Saturday.
'We saw a great atmosphere. Close to 70,000 came to see a globally significant act,' Mr Roberston said.
'People were out to have a good time – and the small number of arrests really shows the good nature of fans attending the concert. I think that's fantastic.'

Lewis Cuthbert, 25, has not been seen since 4pm on Monday, August 4. A frantic search is underway to trace a Scots busker who has been missing for nearly two weeks. Lewis Cuthbert, 25, has not been seen since 4pm on Monday, August 4. The last sighting of Lewis was in the Lesmahagow Road area of Strathaven in South Lanarkshire. He was reported missing to police on Friday, August 8. Officers say it's unusual for him to be out of contact with his family. Lewis is described as around 5ft 10ins, of a slim build and with short, brown curly hair. When last seen, he was wearing a brown jacket with a collar, dark coloured rolled up jeans and brown dress shoes. Lewis is known to go to Glasgow city centre to busk. He was also carrying a black backpack, a Bluetooth speaker and a microphone at the time of his disappearance. He also goes for walks in the countryside around Strathaven. Inspector Billy Sloan said: 'It is unusual for Lewis to be out of contact with his family for this length of time and extensive searches and enquiries are ongoing to trace him. 'Concerns are growing for his welfare and we need to make sure he is safe and well so we are asking anyone who has seen him or knows where he might be to get in touch. 'If you live in the Strathaven area please keep an eye out for him and also check gardens and sheds in case he has sought shelter. 'We are also asking people to look out for him in the city centre of Glasgow as he busks.' Liam Gallagher's eldest son, Lennon, decided not to head to Dublin to see his dad and uncle Noel perform the first of two Oasis concerts in Ireland this weekend Liam Gallagher's son decided against seeing Oasis in Manchester – despite his brother being there. Lennon, 25, instead, decided to head to a celebrity party in Ibiza with his girlfriend, Izzy Richmond. Since the Oasis tour kicked off in Cardiff last month, Lennon has attended a string of shows alongside his brother Gene, 25, and his cousin, Anaïs, the daughter of Noel and Meg Mathews. But as the almighty band returned to Ireland for the first time in 16 years, it was just Gene and Anaïs who had travelled over. Instead, model and musician Lennon headed over to Ibiza and attended a swanky party with Izzy, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Top Boy star Jasmine Jobson. Lennon and Izzy looked more loved-up than ever as they enjoyed the scorching weather on the famous party island. It comes after Noel's daughter Anaïs shared an eight-word message to Oasis fans in Dublin. The pair headed to the opening night of Boiler Room on the White Isle, hosted by Las Cicadas Ibiza, courtesy of PATRÓN Tequila, before heading to the mega club, Ushuaia. The couple danced the night away at the event, headlined by Grammy Award-winning star Nathy Peluso. Prior to the tour launching, Lennon struggled to contain his excitement. He said: "You know, we all cannot wait. It's going to be fantastic." However, he wasn't too fussed on rehearsals and admitted he was letting his dad focus on the work. "Nah, I'm just letting him get on with that. I'll see it for the real thing when it starts," he said. Music fans flocked to Croke Park in Dublin to watch Oasis take to the stage - with lead singer Noel Gallagher's daughter, Anaïs Gallaghe, among the electric crowds Anaïs Gallagher had a marvellous time watching her father performing on stage at one of Oasis's hugely successful reunion tour gigs. The 25-year-old model and photographer is the daughter of 58-year-old Noel Gallagher and his ex-wife Meg Mathews, 59. And she looked very proud of her old pops as she joined tens of thousands of other music lovers at Croke Park, Dublin, over the weekend. Singing along in the crowd, Anaïs belted out the classic Oasis track, Live Forever, and shared footage of herself via Instagram Stories. She then uploaded a snap of her dad alongside her 52-year-old uncle Liam Gallagher, as they sang on stage to the delight of Oasis fans. Saturday night marked the first of two nights for the boys performing at the iconic Irish venue. It comes after her cousin Lennon skipped the Dublin shows and headed to Ibiza with his girlfriend. But the Oasis Live '25 Tour has been a smash hit - with critics and fans alike applauding the band for performing better than ever before. The Dublin gigs have been praised by fans, with Croke Park's doors opening again at 5pm on Sunday night for a second round of hits. First support act, Cast, were due to take to the stage at 6pm, followed by Richard Ashcroft at 7pm. Oasis, will walk out at 8.15pm on the dot, with the concert finishing at 10:15pm. Songs on the set list include Some Might Say, Supersonic, and Champagne Supernova.
