Serie A: Parma vs. Napoli – Probable line-ups and where to watch on TV
Antonio Conte's table-topping Napoli have a mathematical opportunity to secure the Serie A title depending on results elsewhere when they take on Parma away from home in the penultimate round of league fixtures on Sunday evening.
The Partenopei lead Inter by one point at the top of the standings with two games to go, and will win the Serie A title this evening if they beat Parma and if Lazio beat the Nerazzurri in San Siro. Both of these matches will be taking place simultaneously.

Napoli's biggest miss is Stanislav Lobotka, who is not expected to travel while suffering with an ankle issue. He adds to an injury list that also includes Italy international Alessandro Buongiorno and Juan Jesus.

That means that Billy Gilmour is expected to start in midfield alongside Scott McTominay and Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, with Matias Olivera in line for another shift at centre-back.
Kick-off, like every game in Serie A taking place on Sunday, will be at 19.45 BST.

The charge is related to an altercation at a Miami boxing event in May. Rolapp had been with the NFL for 22 years and was considered a potential successor to Roger Goodell. ⚽️ De Bruyne to Napoli: Kevin De Bruyne is joining Serie A champion Napoli following his exit from Manchester City, where the Belgian midfielder spent the past 10 years and established himself as one of the club's all-time greats. 🏈 Bronze Brady: The Patriots will unveil a 12-foot-tall statue of Tom Brady (a nod to his No. 12 jersey number) outside Gillette Stadium before their preseason opener in August. 🏆 Draisait, Oilers stun Panthers to draw even Draisaitl is mobbed by his teammates. () Hours after finishing runner-up for the Hart Trophy, Leon Draisaitl put on an MVP-like performance on the league's biggest stage, showing why many believed he should have won. Advertisement Captain clutch: Draisaitl scored his fourth overtime goal of these playoffs (most ever in a single postseason) to lift the Oilers past the Panthers, 5-4 (OT), and even the Stanley Cup Final at two games apiece. He also set up two of Edmonton's goals in the historic come-from-behind win. Epic collapse: Entering Thursday, teams were 37-0 when leading a Cup Final game by three or more goals in the first period. They're now 37-1 after the Panthers blew a 3-0 lead. Epic comeback: The Oilers are the first road team to rally from a three-goal deficit in a Cup Final game since the Canadiens did it against the Seattle Metropolitans 106 years ago (1919). Super sub: Oilers goaltender Stuart Skinner was replaced after the first period by journeyman backup Calvin Pickard, whose acrobatic saves paved the way for the comeback. He's now 7-0 in the postseason and could presumably take over the starting duties for Game 5 tomorrow night in Edmonton. Are you not entertained?! Three of the first four games of this final have gone to overtime, which has only happened four times before. We've also seen the two latest tying goals in Cup Final history over the past week: In Game 2, it was Edmonton's Corey Perry (17.8 seconds left) . In Game 4, it was Florida's Sam Reinhart (19.5 seconds). ⛳️ U.S. Open: Round 1 recap J.J. Spaun didn't seem phased by Oakmont in his first competitive round there. () Oakmont Country Club lived up to its billing on Thursday, yielding just 10 rounds under par during Round 1 of the U.S. Open, with an average score of +4.63. Advertisement Yes, but: For all the carnage at the famously difficult track, there was still plenty of impressive golf and highlight shots. Clubhouse leader: J.J. Spaun (-4) shot the first bogey-free round at Oakmont since Dustin Johnson's first round in 2016. Johnson went on to finish -4 and win the tournament. Rare albatross: Patrick Reed recorded the fourth albatross in U.S. Open history when his 286-yard second shot found the cup on the par-5 fourth hole. First eagle ever: Oakmont's par-4 3rd hole had never surrendered an eagle during the U.S. Open… until Shane Lowry carded one during an otherwise ugly round (+9). More from Round 1: Brooks Koepka (-2) is in the hunt after a tongue lashing from his coach … Rory McIlroy (+4) left without talking to media (again) … Bryson DeChambeau (+3) averted a disastrous rules mistake … Scottie Scheffler (+3) turned in a 5.5-hour slog. () Good read: Phil Mickelson walks in silence in possible last U.S. Open (Jay Busbee, Yahoo Sports) As Phil Mickelson, aka Lefty, aka Phil the Thrill, aka FIGJAM, aka one of the two most famous golfers of the 21st century, teed off Thursday in what might be his final U.S. Open, there were more security guards than journalists following him. And there were two security guards. ⚾️ Chart of the day: David vs. Goliath (Lev Akabas/Sportico) Eight teams are in Omaha this weekend for the 2025 College World Series. One of them is not like the others. Advertisement Underdog story: Murray State upset Duke on Monday to clinch their first-ever trip to Omaha and become just the fourth regional No. 4 seed ever to reach the CWS. Not bad for a team with a tiny stadium and a paltry $858,000 budget, which ranks 253rd out of 308 D-I programs and pales in comparison to the other seven teams in Omaha, as illustrated above. Taking on the big boys: The three teams Murray State faced to get here (Ole Miss, Duke, Georgia Tech) have a combined 24 pitchers who average 92+ mph on their fastball. The Racers have none. Thankfully, their offense absolutely rakes and averaged 8.8 runs per game this season, tied for 11th in the nation. Exhaustion – Only Real Madrid Played More Matches Than Inter Milan This Season

Exhaustion – Only Real Madrid Played More Matches Than Inter Milan This Season Only Real Madrid have played more matches than Inter Milan have across the season just gone. Today's print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, note the 'total exhaustion' of the campaign for the Nerazzurri. Advertisement Inter Milan were active across absolutely all fronts last season. The Nerazzurri played 38 matches in Serie A, as usual. Then, in the Coppa Italia, Inter reached the semifinals, meaning four matches in total. There were two matches in the Supercoppa Italiana. And then the Champions League added fifteen matches to the fixture list. Inter reached the final of both competitions, though they lost in both cases. Only Real Madrid Have Played More Matches Than Inter Milan This Season MILAN, ITALY – APRIL 16: Lautaro Martinez of FC Internazionale celebrates with his team-mate Federico Dimarco after scoring their team's first goal during the UEFA Champions League 2024/25 Quarter Final Second Leg match between FC Internazionale Milano and FC Bayern München at San Siro on April 16, 2025 in Milan, Italy. (Photo by) All of these add up to an eye-watering 59 matches for Inter Milan this season. That is just one short of the sixty that the Nerazzurri could have played had they reached the Coppa Italia final. Advertisement Then, there will be the Club World Cup. Next week's group stage opener against Monterrey will be match number sixty for Inter – and they will hit 62 at minimum. That is the number that Real Madrid have played already. Therefore, Los Blancos are the only club in Europe with more matches played than Inter this season. Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain played a total of 58 matches this season. PSG have a European Treble to show for their efforts. On the other hand, Inter and Real Madrid finished the campaign empty-handed, as their constant efforts perhaps hindered their pursuit of trophies.

Club World Cup: Six new signings to look out for

Club World Cup: Six new signings to look out for After the introduction of an early transfer window ahead of the tournament, there are plenty of high-profile signings set to debut at this summer's Club World Cup. Ahead of the tournament's opening fixtures this weekend, we've picked out six stars set to wear their new colours for the first time. Club World Cup: Six new signings to look out for Jonathan Tah (Bayern Munich) Bayern Munich have snapped up the signing of Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen on a free transfer. Advertisement Weakening a direct rival and strengthening their squad has been a regular recruitment focus for Bayern in recent years and Tah fits that brief perfectly. The 29-year-old made 402 appearances for Leverkusen over the last decade and formed part of the club's maiden title-winning squad in 2023/24. An experienced international with 37 caps for Germany, the defender is an astute addition to Vincent Kompany's squad. Jobe Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund) Jobe Bellingham has followed in the footsteps of older brother Jude, leaving English football for Borussia Dortmund. The 19-year-old helped Sunderland to promotion last season but will now make the jump from Championship to Champions League football. While the inevitable comparisons with his sibling will be impossible to ignore, the Bellingham family know just how nurturing an environment Dortmund can be. The teenager has missed England's u-21 European Championship campaign to feature at the Club World Cup with his new side. Liam Delap (Chelsea) Liam Delap is another who stepped down from England duty to take part in the Club World Cup. Advertisement The 22-year-old is a new addition at Chelsea, having joined from relegated Ipswich Town in a £30m deal. Chelsea beat off stiff competition to land Delap, who was a shining light in a struggling side with 12 league goals for the Tractor Boys. Delap has won plenty of plaudits for his old-school style of centre-forward play and will be aiming to oust Nicolas Jackson as Chelsea's leading man. Luis Henrique (Inter Milan) On the back of a disappointing end to the season that saw Inter miss out on Serie A and lose the Champions League final in record-breaking fashion, the Italians have entered the market. Advertisement Luis Henrique has moved to the San Siro from Marseille in a £19.4m deal, after a productive season in Ligue 1. The Brazilian scored seven times and provided seven assists to help the French side to Champions League qualification. The 23-year-old also ranked fourth in Ligue 1 for crosses and eighth for successful take-ons. Rayan Cherki (Manchester City) Manchester City have wasted no time in rebuilding their squad with four additions confirmed in the mini-window. Arguably the most exciting is Rayan Cherki, who has joined from Lyon for a fee of £30.9m. The winger is ready for the next step after taking his game to a new level in 2024/25. An excitement machine, Cherki scored 12 times and provided 19 assists, leading both Ligue 1 and the Europa League for goals created. Earlier this month, he marked his France debut with a spectacular goal against Spain to raise the anticipation of his arrival. Advertisement With Kevin De Bruyne leaving the Etihad this summer, the 21-year-old's task is to replace that output. Trent Alexander-Arnold (Real Madrid) The will-he won't-he saga ended predictably as Trent Alexander-Arnold left Liverpool for Real Madrid. A move to the Spanish capital had long been expected as the defender's contract ran down at Anfield. Unveiled this week, Alexander-Arnold discussed, in Spanish, his excitement to get started, and the Club World Cup offers an early opportunity for silverware. The likes of Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior will be relishing the service from Alexander-Arnold, who has redefined attacking expectations from full-back in recent years. Alexander-Arnold is as close to a Galactico right-back as there is.
