Inside Vicky Pattison's marriage - sleeping in separate beds to 'alien experience'
Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison and Ercan Ramadan got hitched officially in the UK last year, before jetting off to a lavish ceremony in Italy, surrounded by their famous family and friends
Vicky Pattison has been a familiar face on our screens since she was introduced on Geordie Shore 14 years ago. The reality star, who is preparing to star in another TV series called The Honesty Box, immediately became a fan favourite thanks to her quick wit and no-nonsense approach to things.
During her time on Geordie Shore, fans watched as she went through difficult relationships. It wasn't until she met Ercan Ramadan that she found the love of her life. The couple, who had been dating since January 2019, got hitched officially in the UK last year, before jetting off to a lavish ceremony in Italy, surrounded by their famous family and friends.
Harrods coffee backed by Deborah Meaden and Sara Davies that 'helps with brain fog'
Vicky's new show with Married At First Sight Australia's Lucinda Light, The Honesty Box, is coming to E4 and will test "if honesty is the best policy when it comes to finding true and everlasting love."
Cast members will come together in a tropical paradise where they're not allowed to lie. The description said: "To encourage full transparency in their new relationships there is a potential prize fund of £100,000 up for grabs, but only if the Truetopians choose to be open and completely honest about their true feelings."
Ahead of her new show, we take a look at Vicky's own relationship with Ercan...
Sleeping in separate beds
The gorgeous couple have been married for less than a year and don't sleep in the same bed. While most people usually share a bed once they start dating, Vicky and Ercan spend most of their nights apart.
Explaining that their dogs are getting in the way of any potential nookie between the pair, she told OK! magazine: "We're just desperate to sleep in the same bed together. I sleep with the dogs and he sleeps in the spare room!'
Despite sleeping separately, Vicky did praise her husband for bringing out the best in her, gushing: "We love each other for our differences. He's making me more patient, calm and thoughtful. I like to think I'm making him more ambitious and proactive."
'Alien experience'
When she first got married, Vicky revealed the start of a marriage felt like an 'alien experience'. She appeared on BBC Radio 4's Women's Hour, the reality star admitted the first six months after getting hitched had been "difficult".
She said: "I don't think it's how anyone anticipates, their first six months of marriage, you know, it's a very alien experience. I mean it has been difficult, I have been frustrated, I have been upset and I have been overwhelmed quite a lot."
Vicky was also criticised for making a deepfake sex tape of herself for a documentary about the impact of image-based sexual abuse.
However, the stunt didn't go down well with several viewers as many accused the influencer of orchestrating a 'publicity stunt'.
Admitting she hadn't been a "joy to live with" during the ordeal, Vicky said: "So even without thinking about, the deepfake itself, I haven't been a joy to live with quite frankly and I do feel for my husband, but he's very supportive."
No plans for children yet
Vicky and Ercan are not yet trying for children but have planned for the future. The reality star said she previously froze her eggs before the couple decided to start IVF.
After getting married, her friends assumed she would be trying to have children as soon as possible, but Vicky said she wanted to enjoy being married for at least a year before trying for a family.
She said: "Everyone thought we'd try for kids quite quickly – so did we! But we're going to enjoy being married, for at least a year. I'd love a honeymoon first! A little week in the Caribbean would be lovely."

I've been with my husband for years and he does everything right – but I have to pretend he's someone else to enjoy sex
A WOMAN has admitted to fantasising about having sex with other men despite claiming her husband is perfect. The mum-of-two said she was 'craving' sex with a new partner and regularly dreamt about it while having intercourse with her husband. The couple has been together for ten years, and while she said the sex life was healthy and regular, she couldn't help but think of other people. Asking for advice on Mumsnet, the woman shared: "I have a decent marriage, no complaints in any area. "I have a good husband and a nice life. We are early 30s with two young children. "Just lately, I've been craving sex with a different man - no man in particular, just not my husband!" She revealed the pair had gotten together quite young and didn't experiment much before becoming exclusive. "I don't understand why, other than we've been together since we were 20 and we both have limited sexual experience before one another (though I have slept with two other guys in my teens)," she explained. "Maybe I feel like I missed out, I'm not sure." She added: "DH has a high sex drive and we have sex most days. He is extremely attentive and knows exactly what I like. He is good in bed. "But I have to pretend that he's someone else in order to enjoy it! I've been drinking a lot in the evenings to deal with this." The woman also said she was unsure as to why she felt this way and if anybody else had similar experiences. Geordie Shore star reveals she's FINALLY had sex again after being celibate for nearly three years One wrote: "This is a massive, massive concern and I implore you to get help right away. You are on a very slippery slope, and you need professional help to figure out why you need alcohol to cope." They added: "You have a husband who loves you and two beautiful children who need their mum to be happy and healthy. You deserve all the happiness in the world, and alcohol can take that all away from you. "Alcohol is not your friend. Please reach out to whomever you feel you can for support, and please seek professional guidance." Another suggested: "Could you bring that fantasy into the bedroom and maybe ask him to role play for you? Or if there's an accent that really turns you on ask him to whisper to you in that voice? Maybe you could turn this into a nice kink that involves him!" A third chimed in: "He's probably doing the same, almost all guys dream of other women they want to have sex with while making love to their wives and pretend they are a different woman. "It's harmless if that's all it is. Pretending you or someone else gives him a thrill and makes sex easier just as it does for you. It's ok." "I think it's natural to fantasise about sex with other people some of the time but not to the extent of not wanting sex with your DH," a fourth added. "You did get together and settle down pretty young so that probably is contributing to how you feel. But he sounds like a great guy. "There are a lot of s**theads out there. So be careful not to wish him away. If your DCs are very young, your relationship with your DH may seem more about you as parents than anything else. "You will likely find you start to relate to each other more just as adults once your children are a bit older and not absorbing quite as much of your time."

Marnie Simpson insists she has 'no regrets' over stripping off on OnlyFans and vows to continue while she's 'young' as she fires back at mum-shamers
has insisted that she has 'no regrets' over stripping off on OnlyFans as she fired back at mum-shamers. The Georgie Shore star, 33, who is currently pregnant with her third child, joined the adult subscription website back in 2022 and has since thrilled fans with an array of sizzling lingerie snaps - which she's told is not 'explicit', but 'applied nudity.' And in a new interview, Marnie told how she has no plans to stop showcasing her figure and will continue to do so while she's 'young' as she praised the 'empowering' platform. Marnie went on to note that while she's used to criticism following her years of starring on the controversial MTV show, she remarked that 'no one should have the right to judge others' when it comes to their choices in life. Speaking to The Sun about her decision to share racy photos on the X-rated social media platform, Marnie said she has 'no regrets', explaining: 'While I'm young, I'm going to embrace my body and I'm really proud of my body. Then why not.. I feel empowered by embracing it.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop Following her explicit and drunken antics on Geordie Shore, Marnie told how she's been 'judged and mum-shamed' over the years, but she feels the tide is changing when it comes to adult content creation. She said: 'I honestly feel the stigma and taboo is already breaking down. As the years go by, it's becoming more normalised. So many girls and women and ladies are just having that choice for themselves and I think it's really empowering.' She added that adult content creation is a 'normal thing now' with less 'stigma' than in the past, with the stunner going on to insist that in the current climate, no one should be passing judgement on others for choosing to strip off. Marnie shared: 'I definitely like where it's going because no one should have the right to judge others, there shouldn't really be a stigma around it because not everyone is doing the same thing on there - it's each to their own.' Meanwhile, while she's proud of her OnlyFans career, the reality star also said she doesn't 'live with regret' amid her past antics on Geordie Shore, which she starred in on and off between 2013 to 2025. She told that with the way the world is currently, she doesn't feel that her TV past needs to be 'a conversation' when her children grow older, revealing she has a 'very open and honest' relationship with her family. In February, Marnie opened up about how she plans to talk to her children about her career on the X-rated social media platform, OnlyFans. The beauty is expecting her third child with husband Casey Johnson. The couple already share two sons, Rox, five, and Oax, two. She told new magazine: 'All I'm trying to do is create an amazing life for my family and myself. I've raised my children to be good people, not to judge, and to always be supportive. 'I don't think it'll even need to be a discussion - they know me inside out. Plus, I did much worse on Geordie Shore!' When asked about the type of content she shares on the adult platform, the reality star clarified: 'I'm not classed as an explicit account - it's more applied nudity.' It comes after Marnie announced her pregnancy with a black-and-white video featuring her ultrasound and touching moments of her children cradling her bump. Fans were shocked by the news, as Marnie had previously insisted she wouldn't have a third child due to her past difficult pregnancies. When pregnant with her second child, she stated: 'I would not go to three. I think you've got to find the balance for yourselves. 'We want to enjoy our lives as well. We've not waited too long to have kids and I feel like having two, we can give them the best life possible.' Casey and Marnie first became an item in June 2017 after they appeared on the reality show, Single AF together. The couple tied the knot in 2023.

Marnie Simpson hits back at trolls after she's mum-shamed for OnlyFans as she vows to keep stripping off while young
MARNIE Simpson has admitted her controversial TV career has put her under the spotlight when it comes to mum-shamers over the last decade. But the Geordie Shore reality star, 33, has now insisted that she has 'no regrets' when it comes to her wild and raunchy televised scenes on the hit Paramount+ show. 8 8 8 The Newcastle lass exclusively told The Sun: ' I've been judged and mum-shamed for years - I won't bring up my children to be judgemental.' The OnlyFans creator, who joined the adult subscription site in 2022, Marnie said she is proud of her TV career - despite what some trolls may say. Geordie Shore made history as one of UK's wildest TV shows - best known for its chaotic antics, explicit sex scenes, boozy parties and threesomes. But looking back on telly career, which also includes Ex on The Beach and Celebrity Big Brother, Marnie said she has nothing to be ashamed of. Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Marnie said: 'I think all my wild nights in my Geordie Shore days were all really crazy but I also had so much fun - I think my 20s were so amazing, I got to do so many amazing things. I got to travel, I got the best experiences, I don't really live with regret.' Marnie was at the center of a number of fiery clashes on Geordie Shore - with one of her most memorable moments being a mother of all cat fights with former co-star Charlotte Crosby after she kissed newcomer Marty McKenna, just hours after he snogged Chloe Ferry. When Marnie first rocked up in series seven, she made a few enemies among the girls when she made a beeline for Scotty T and Gaz Beadle. And in series nine, one the biggest house party fights broke out after she kissed her best mate Kyle Christie to make Aaron Chalmers jealous. And let's not forget the X-rated bedroom sessions that saw her get down and dirty with Gaz, Aaron and even girl pal Chloe Ferry. The pregnant star, who is mum to sons, Rox, five, and Oax, two, with husband Casey Johnson, said she is not concerned about her children seeing her telly past on the internet. She shared: 'The way the world is going at the minute, I don't think it will need to be a conversation. 'I feel like my relationship with my family is very open and honest and I think it will be the same with me and my kids. 'I don't keep anything back, they know everything about me and I feel they're going to be brought up to not be judgemental. 'I feel like if anything, the conversations will be about Geordie Shore, not OnlyFans.' The popular TV personality said she would be supportive of whatever career path her children takes, even if it's joining a reality TV show one day. 'I would be happy for my kids doing anything that made them happy, as long as it wasn't hurting other people,' Marnie said. 'Whatever they want to do, I'm going to raise them the best I can until they're 18 and then they can make their own decisions in life, as long as it makes them happy and they're not hurting anyone, they can do what they want.' Since Marnie made her first TV appearance in 2013, her life changed forever and not always for the better. She has been the subject of vile trolls and social media hate, with mum-shamers relentlessly telling her to 'have some respect'. Marnie has been forced to defend her decision to strip off and share sexy lingerie photos on her platform. Marnie insisted she has 'no regrets' when it comes to stripping off for money, saying: 'While I'm young, I'm going to embrace my body and I'm really proud of my body. 'Then why not.. I feel empowered by embracing it.' When it comes to being cruelly trolled, she said: 'I feel like I wouldn't say that's down to OnlyFans, I've been judged and mum-shamed for years because I come from such a controversial reality show. I come from Geordie Shore. 'We've kind of dealt with that for the past 13 years, that's no different to me.' Marnie admitted the world is now moving towards accepting adult content creators - but said she'll always face scrutiny. She said: 'I honestly feel the stigma and taboo is already breaking down. 'As the years go by, it's becoming more normalised [working on adult subscription sites]. 'So many girls and women and ladies are just having that choice for themselves and I think it's really empowering. 'It's such a normal thing now, I think back in the day, there was a lot more stigma around it but I think it's becoming such a global thing now. 'There are so many people worldwide who are on the platform and there is a reason for that. 'I think it's good that no one feels that they can't be on there and that they're judged. 'I definitely like where it's going because no one should have the right to judge others, there shouldn't really be a stigma around it because not everyone is doing the same thing on there - it's each to their own.' Despite not everyone being accepting of this career choice, Marnie is raking in the cash and will be introducing a new OnlyFans YouTube channel in a bid to reach more fans. 'I've enjoyed it because I feel like it's given me a lot of freedom, a lot of confidence, I feel like I get to connect with people on a deeper level,' she shared. 'I love having the freedom of working for myself and choosing how I spend my time, so it works for me perfectly.' Marnie will be able to share more personal and daily updates with fans on the new channel, just months after her In The Real Life series launched on the OnlyFans platform. Marnie, who announced she is expecting a baby girl with singer Casey, said the last few months have been hard physically, but she is excited to jump straight back into her content creating after giving birth. She told us: 'I don't feel at my most confident right this second, I've got to be honest. 'I am six months pregnant and pregnancy isn't really for me - I find it really tough. 'I've been really sick and I've really struggled. 'At this second I don't feel my sexiest, but since reaching my 30s, I've recently felt the most confident within myself, physically, mentally, emotionally. 'I've just felt so strong and strong minded and my best.' The star had a very difficult first birth and while pregnant with her second child she insisted she would not have any more. She said at the time: 'I would not go to three,' she said. 'I think you've got to find the balance for yourselves. "We want to enjoy our lives as well. We've not waited too long to have kids and I feel like having two, we can give them the best life possible.' Marnie previously described her first labour, which lasted 28 hours, as traumatic and insisted on having a c-section the second time round. Marnie was diagnosed with a chronic UTI in 2016 and after giving birth to baby Rox in 2019, her symptoms began to get a lot worse. Marnie got engaged to X Factor singer Casey back in 2020, and they wed in May 2023. The pair met on the show Single AF in 2017. They confirmed their relationship just a few months after the show ended - a move that is against show rules but it didn't seem to worry the smitten love-birds. 8 8 8 8 8
